Life & Business Updates As I Start 2024

Today is day number 11 out of my 90 day podcasting challenge and I just thought I'll give you some life updates, some overall updates on how things have been going so far, how the year has been the start of this year and today we just had a graduation ceremony which went on for three hours where we felicitated more than 60 of our members who have crossed the the hall of Fame mark as well as the Freedom Finisher mark and many of them got, you know, felicitated. In fact, if you go to my YouTube channel, just search for Sidharth Rajshekhar on YouTube and just see the upload on YouTube that I've done on January 11, 2024 and you'll be able to see the recording and replay. Now for me, a few life updates that I would like to share is this year has been an amazing start. So I started off this year by even before the start of the year went by going for a detox and completely rejuvenating myself to start the year after coming back on January 1st. The first thing that I did was I had a leadership council call with my diamond members and then I did multiple calls with my Quantum members and usually our calls in Quantum go on for four hours, five hours, we start at 10am it finishes like 3pm and I'm really proud to say that we've been able to come up with some game changing ideas, especially when it comes to performance, marketing and helping many of our Quantum members renew, refresh and improve their advertising so that they can get better. And then what we did is we had a few huddles with our Quantum because we are going to have a quantum retreat on February 1, February 2. So we had a huddle with the speakers, we had a huddle with our magic crew that they're putting together. And I started off this year with a bang with the hackathon on January 6th. So we had I think close to 600, 700 people in this hackathon and we allocated them into multiple teams, more than 400, I think 500 people have applied on teams and 500 people have been allocated to teams. So in each team there are 10 people. So, so the game is on now and things are picking up steam over there. Another thing that we did was we also had multiple meetings with Tagmango. So I've been in touch and mentoring the Tagmango founders on different features that can be included in the Tagmango platform. Because I'm also building and driving communities and I want to make sure that all of my ideas are able to be manifested on that particular tool. And the tool is not just as an lms, but it's also going to be acting as a full fledged community platform with gamification and multiple other things. So we had a lot of meetings over there. Another thing that we did is personal side. We did, you know, some temple visits just to plan the year, start the year and started a whole new launch of the new batch of Quantum. We onboard around 20, 25 people into Quantum batch. They went through a rigorous three month incubation process and then we got them on. In fact, I'm planning to start another incubator around February 14, which is Vasanth Panchami and it's Valentine's Day. I thought it's a very auspicious day and we May onboard maybe five or six new Quantum members by March 31. So in case any of you here are listening to this and you want to be a part of the next Quantum batch for that, the qualification criteria is that you need to be making know at least 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs per month to even get to that stage. So in case you're somebody like that, just send an email to my teams connected internalized.com that you're interested to be a part of the Quantum group and there's going to be an incubation process. So what, what we normally do is we put Everybody into a WhatsApp group and there's a a series of videos and recordings that you need to go through if you qualify in that WhatsApp group. We'll be opening and closing those videos from our previous Quantum recordings and we're going to be doing this as a 45 day process. And once you are totally warmed up into the process of Quantum only, then we'll be taking you on. And as you know, it's my high ticket mastermind and it's a selection based process. So if you're interested just send an email to my team. My team will get back to you with an application form. We will review your application form and only if you feel you'd be the right fit. We'll even invite you for the launch of the incubation that we'll be planning on February 14, 2024. So those are my UPD. Besides that, I just want to share that today we had our graduation day. We had so many people who got results and those of you who have not watched that, who are not there, just go check it out. Personal side, just been wanting to spend more time with the kids this year. We want to cut down on all the external travels. Anything that's extra, that's, you know, that's not really adding value to what I'm doing. I've said no to a lot of projects, said no to a lot of opportunities. I said no to a lot of speaking engagements that I feel will actually distract me from the main goal, which is helping our students get results. So these are just some life updates, personal updates, community updates that I would like to share in this podcast.
