4 Aug 2022 · 5 min
A short motivational podcast by Siddharth Rajsekar explaining the stages of building a digital coaching business through an airport/flight analogy. He outlines sequential milestones—product development, sales and offer improvement, scaling (reinvesting/ads), automation and delegation, and leader empowerment—and urges listeners to focus on the next milestone and not quit. The episode includes a call-to-action inviting listeners to join his community (Freedom 3.0/membership) for structured support and gamified accountability.

It takes time to build something really worthwhile. And what I learned from one of my mentors, Vic, he says that what usually comes easy is not worthwhile. And what is usually worthwhile does not come easy. And when I was just thinking about this entire journey of digital coaching and how people really succeed, I shared this example in my inner circle call today with my group saying that.
Like the analogy of an airport. Now, there are some people who are entering the airport and there are some people who are at the check in counter, checking in their bags. There are some of them who have checked in their bags and there is a security check. Some of them have finished the security, security check and they've gone still further inside and they're sitting in the lounge waiting to get into the plane. There are some people who have, you know, waited there in that lounge and have gone to the plane and they're waiting for the plane to start. There are some of them who are already in the plane and it's moving towards the main Runway, but they're still in line, they're still waiting in the queue. There are some of them who are on the Runway who are sitting in the plane and the plane is ready to take off, but it's not taken off yet. And there are some who are in the plane which has just taken off and there are some who are already flying high in the sky.
Now that's how the digital coaching business is. There are some people who are still in the beginning stages, they're just entering the airport and there are some who are flying really high, making amazing, you know, income in this business. Now, one thing you need to understand.
Is that irrespective of what stage that you're in, the only thing you need to focus on is being, be on the journey. Okay? The only way you can ever, you know, fail in this business is if you quit.
And if you just decide not to take the plane. Those are the people who are missing out on that opportunity to impact so many others with their knowledge. But now that you're on the journey, I mean, if you're hearing this, you may probably be in my community and you're on the journey. All you have to do is focus on your next milestone. So if you're in the beginning phase, work on building a solid product. If you're in that product building stage, focus on improving the product. If you're, if you've already built the product, focus on getting good sales and improving your sales process and your offer. If you're getting good sales, think about how you can scale by reinvesting your money back into advertising and multiple other things. If you're already in the scaling phase, think about how you can automate, delegate, outsource and start to build different other systems that can give you more freedom. If you're in that super scaling phase, then see how you can, you know, empower your leaders and facilitators to do a lot of stuff for you rather than you doing everything yourself. And this is the journey. It's a 10 crore in three to four years journey that I actually, you know, walk people through as they come into my community. And today I shared this airport analogy to tell people that irrespective of what stage that they are in, they just need to focus on the next milestone. Once you get to the next milestone, then focus on the next milestone. Once you focus on that, once you complete that, then focus on the next milestone. And that's exactly how I have designed my entire brand new freedom 3.0 journey in my community. If you're not a part of my community, I would highly recommend that you go to Sidsidsids Co join and join the community to really get your hold on this. And if you're already part of my community, just focus on the next step and to accelerate your success. My down membership is the ultimate membership that can help you, you know, achieve your goals much faster because of the gamification, the, you know, the whole point system and the habits tracking that we actually do. So I hope that this particular podcast has given you a good perspective about.
Stages of the journey.
And there are no shortcuts to this game. There are some people who get faster to the security check and there are some people who get who reach the security check much slower, but their planes may take off much earlier than the other person who got in early to the security check. So you just need to keep in mind that irrespective of what stage that you're in, it does not matter. All you have to focus on is your own progress on a daily basis. I hope this podcast made sense. Siddharth Rajshek here, signing off. Catch you in the next episode. Bye bye.
