And in this particular podcast, I'm going to be sharing with you the essential systems and tools that have actually powered up my business. So take notes, it's going to be interesting. I'll give you the pros and cons of each of these tools and when to actually use them. Let's get in.
So I run my business without any office and I just have three employees working for me. But the tools that actually run my business are like incredible because this has given me so much of freedom to do whatever I want to do. And many of these work like in the background and really connect every aspect of my business. So if you're a brand new member and if you're not a part of my community yet, please go to SIDS Co Live and register for my next webinar. If you'd like to learn more of more about what I do and if you are already a part of my community, take notes and I'll explain to you all these 20 tools and the pros and cons and when to apply them. Okay, the first most important tool that I use is ConvertKit. So ConvertKit is an email marketing tool and I like that the best, mainly for its deliverability, for its simplicity of use, incredible support and it does its job really well and you know, automations and segmenting and stuff like that. So ConvertKit is my number one email marketing system. There are many other systems out there in the marketplace, but this is the one that I would recommend. The second tool that's powering up my business is a tool called teachable teachable.com that is my LMS that are learning management system where I'm loading All my courses again in this space. It's a very crowded space. There are many LMS providers, but this is by far the best in the market in terms of usability, flexibility, quality, and they're always improving the system and affordability as well. The third tool that I recommend for my students is a tool called Demio D e mio d e mio.com which is great for webinars, especially if you're starting off. It's got some really nice.
Automation features where you can tag your webinar attendees and stuff like that. The fourth tool that I use a lot is a tool called Click Magic and you would see all the links below. My videos all go with a SIDS Co, right? Sids co whatever is the hyperlink. Now, all of those links are customized on a platform called Click Magic. It's a link tracking tool so I can actually track and see how many people are clicking on my links from various different platforms, whether it's a paid campaign or a free campaign. And I can track those links. The fifth tool that actually powers up my business is a tool called OptimizePress. It's like a page building software and it's a WordPress based page builder, which is phenomenal. I love it because of its simplicity of use. And even my website, Both my websites, siddharthrachikar.com and intellifestlehub.com all the landing pages are built on Optimizepress and it's pretty good, does its job, very good. Typography designs are great. And even the subscription, it's like $200 a year, which is much more affordable compared to many other tools which are like $100, $200 a month. Okay, it starts with $100 a year, but I'm on the $200 a year package. Another tool that I use a lot is Webinar Fuel. Okay. Webinar Fuel is an automated webinar software. It is not for doing live webinars. And what I like about it is it's like the insanely. You know, it's got some insane features when it comes to advanced automation and how you can split test videos for your automated webinars. You can create all kinds of simulations, emulations, and also do set different kinds of rules if you want to segment your audience separately based on what actions people take in the webinar. So Webinar Fuel is a brilliant tool that I recommend for automated webinars. Another tool that I recommend is called Brain fm. If you want to do like focused, productive work, this is Like Binaural Beats and other technology that has been designed to help people get more focus while they're doing work. So if you go to B R, A I and Brain fm, you can actually check out this tool. I found this recently and it's more than a year back and it's helped me a lot. The other tool that I recommend is Crisp AI. Even now I'm using this tool. It's a fantastic tool to cut down the background sound. So right now, even in my room here, there's a fan running. There's slight echo in the room. But this tool cuts off all the noise and all the echo and everything else. If you're using Zoom, my recommendation is on Zoom. Keep the default noise reduction to just the moderate, not like full noise reduction. And when you turn on Krisp AI along with Zoom, it'll be like pristine, clear. Like you can even record just with a simple headset. And it'll be very, very, very clear. Another tool that I recommend is Restream IO. Restream is a tool that you can use to parallel stream live stream across multiple platforms simultaneously. So you can go live on Facebook, on YouTube, on LinkedIn and Twitter also they have a linkage with that and Facebook pages and Facebook groups simultaneously. And this is what I use to go live. Okay. Another tool that I use is called One Stream, okay? OneStream Live. It's a great tool for going live, but recorded, you know, so you can actually upload videos and those videos will start streaming using this tool. And for a regular person, they may think that you're actually live. It'll show the live icon and stuff like that. But actually you can just upload videos and make those videos go live. So that's also a very cool feature. Another tool that I use is called Vidiq V I D IQ. And this tool is fantastic for YouTube research. So I check out my competitors, I check out for keywords, I look at my traffic analysis, I look at what will be the best time to post a video. Even my tagging, you know, when I'm going to be tagging my videos with the right kind of keywords, I also look at keywords that people are actually searching for. So Vidiq is a fantastic tool for optimizing your YouTube videos and uploading them. Tool number 12 is webinar jam, which is great for live webinars. And why I like Webinar Jam is I can convert that live webinar into an automated webinar along with all the comments and stuff recorded into it. So webinar Jam and ever webinar are number 12 and 13, though I use Webinar Fuel as well. I also test between these two platforms and both have their own pros and cons. The 14th tool that I use is Zapier. Zapier is a fantastic tool for integrating different, you know, different software. So for example, if somebody makes a payment for any of my courses, this tool actually automates the entire thing on the back end to give access to them, you know, to the, on the dashboards and to send all the reporting numbers in terms of how many people have bought. And all the, you know, financial data also gets into a Google spreadsheet. Everything happens on the background through Zapier. So I've been doing a lot of tasks through Zapier and it's been helping me save more time. Number 15 is mighty networks and that's my community building tool. That's what I would recommend for any one of you here who are starting off on this journey to really build your own social network and to start creating a community of your own paid community. So my paid community are all on Mighty Networks and I have my free community on Facebook groups. Number 16 is ClickFunnels. Even though I use OptimizedPress, I also use ClickFunnels for other things. It's a very famous tool, great page building tool, especially if you're somebody who wants to, you know, build landing pages which are very fast loading. Number 17 is a tool called Searchie S E A R C H I E Searchie IO. It's a great tool. It's where you can actually upload your videos, upload your audios, podcasts, and that'll start to index, it'll start to get indexed and you'll be able to. This tool actually transcribes everything. So it's a fantastic video search engine. You can create your own search engine and have that. Okay, so go and check out Searchy IO. Another tool that I use is called Repurpose IO. So if you want to like repurpose a podcast and make that into a video automatically and push it across various different social networks, repurpose IO can actually do it. And you can select your own theme and it'll do it by default. And it's very, very seamless. Number 19 is a tool called Screenflow which I use only for the Mac. The last two tools that I want to share is only for the Mac. It's a great video editing tool and that's what I've been using. That's what I had been using initially for all my video editing work and to capture my screen and stuff. And finally, the tool that I cannot live without now is called ecamm Live. E C A M M L I V ecamm Live. It's only for Mac, so I use ecamm Live to connect with Restream and I stream across different social media platforms. So it's a beautiful tool for streaming. Now, all my recordings that I do for my videos on YouTube and my courses, there's an option on eCamm to just set it to record. And the best part is I don't need to export the video the minute I hit the record button and I start speaking and the minute I the second I hit stop, right, it creates the video file and I can straightaway upload it so I don't really have to wait. There's no rendering time, nothing. So it's a beautiful tool for, you know, for production of video very fast and for streaming as well. So These are top 20 of my favorite online tools. I've got a. I've got more tools to share, but these are the ones that are running my business. So Just to recap, ConvertKit Teachable, Demio, Click Magic, OptimizePress, Webinar, Fuel Brain FM Crisp, AI Restream, OneStream, Vidiq, Webinar, Jam Ever Webinar, Zapier, Mighty Networks, ClickFunnels, Searchy, Repurpose, ScreenFlow and eCamm Live.
