Top 3 Traits Of Billionaires
2 Aug 2022 · 0 min
A short podcast by Siddharth Rajsekar explaining three traits common to billionaires: high energy driven by a clear "why" and goals; rapid learning from mistakes (described as being a "one mistake learner"); and an ability to handle very high pressure. Rajsekar frames these as trainable habits and closes with three action items: work with high energy, treat failure as feedback and move on, and consciously raise your pressure threshold; he ends with a call-to-action directing listeners to asksids.com and a VIP Facebook Messenger invite.
So what does Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and other billionaires have in common? It boils down to just three traits. In this podcast, I'm going to be elaborating on those three traits which make a billionaire a billionaire. Let's get in.
Trait number one, energy. Billionaires run their business with relentless energy and passion. And this is the driver. And there's no way that you'll be able to achieve any success without passion and energy. The same goes with Internet based business businesses. You need to have the energy and the passion to really follow through in creating your content, putting stuff out there, running your campaigns, driving the marketing. You need to have a passion and energy. And usually energy is fueled by a very strong why. You need to know the reason why you want to do what you want to do, and you need to have a very clear goal that you want to go after. So if you don't have a clear goal, you'll not have the energy. The second trait that billionaires have is they make mistakes and they make it really fast. Usually billionaires are what we call as one mistake learners. In this world, you may find a lot of people who are a hundred mistake learners, they make a hundred mistakes, the same mistakes again and again, and then they learn their lesson. But the billionaires have a very unique trait that they are one mistake learner. They are quick to fail, they are quick to learn and they are quick to move on. So if this is a huge trait and usually the schooling system they treat, no, it's all designed so that the people who fail are treated less or they don't want you to fail. But failure is one of the biggest stepping stones to success. We've heard this. Theoretically it makes sense. But if you look at the billionaires in today's world, they're the ones who make a lot of mistakes. But the key is they are a one mistake learner. The third trait which makes a billionaire a billionaire is their ability to handle pressure. You know, if you have a very low pressure threshold in your personality when it comes to your business or decision making, you know what, you're out of the game. You can never really move up in those levels. But a billionaire usually is somebody who can handle very, very, very, very high pressure thresholds, okay, without really breaking or losing their grit over there. So handling pressure is a unique ability which is there for billionaires. And it's something that can be exercised. It's not that you need to consciously exercise that and grow your pressure threshold. So my message for you in today's Podcast is three things. Your first action is work with high energy. Work with high passion. Know your reason why, set your goals. Know exactly why you want to do what you want to do. The second lesson for you is be a one mistake learner. If you've made a mistake, that's perfectly fine. Take that as a feedback. Your failure is only feedback. And move on, move on to the next. And the third one, the third lesson is increase your pressure thresholds consciously. If you do the opposite of this, you're going to go broke. There's no doubts. But by consciously applying these three principles, your life is going to change. You may hit that billion sooner than you can even think of.
