Why is it that sometimes we don't take action on things even though we know that that's the right thing to do? That's what I want to be covering this podcast and give you my perspective on this. So take some notes and let's get in. Hey there, Siddharth Rajshak here. Welcome to yet another episode of the Freedom Business Podcast. And I'm going to be answering the question, why don't we take action, even though we know the path now? If you really wanted to do something, you would already be doing it. Okay, I just wanted to think about this. If you really wanted to do something, you would already be doing it. And the reason why you're not taking action, even though you know that it is the right thing to do, there is some resistance that's inside you. The resistance could be, what if I fail? What will people think about me? What will happen if, you know, I don't succeed in this and many other internal stuff. And also a lot of people don't take action even though they know what is the right thing to do. Also, it has a lot to do with internal fears. You know, fears of self doubt. Maybe you don't love yourself, or maybe you have this belief that I'm not good enough and you have this feeling that I'll be ridiculed and all other stuff. You know, all that external, all that noise, not external, all the internal chatter in your brains, in your mind that's keeping you stuck. And also lack of faith. You know, even though you know that something is the right path, maybe you don't totally believe in it. You don't have faith in the system, or maybe you don't have faith in the process. Maybe you don't have faith in the mentor who's even teaching you this. Maybe some mentor is teaching you, hey, do this. This is a good way to grow on YouTube or this is a very nice way to grow your podcast. This is a fantastic way to build your business. And they've shown you a path and you're thinking.
Maybe it's not for me. I mean, you may be this. Is this the conversation that could be inside your head. So you have to think a little bit deeper than just the information.
What I have observed in my journey over the last 10 years was that in the first six years, I was in the same mode. I was learning, learning, learning, getting high on knowledge, but I was not high on action. I was going through various different training programs. I did not believe and apply the knowledge that was given to me. I knew what the path was, but I did not take action because I was not convinced or I did not completely surrender. So the crux of the matter is lack of surrender. Why you don't, why you're not able to take action even though you know something is the right path is because lack of surrender. And the root cause of lack of surrender is lack of faith and lack of self belief. So if you can work on these two areas, you'll be able to move forward much faster. And I can see this. Many of my students have crossed like multiple crores in revenues. When I just look at the. A common thread or a pattern and all of their success stories, even the hall of fame members in our community, the common thread or the pattern has been that there was a point where they doubted the whole system and the process. And then they came in and something clicked in their mind and they surrendered to the process. Okay? They surrendered to the system that was given and they took action with faith and conviction. Faith in themselves and conviction that, yes, I can do it. When this shifted inside, the results started to show. So how does that, how can we really work on this? Like, even you may be in a position right now where you know, you have all the knowledge, you know what the path has to be, but you don't. You're not walking that path. So how do you really, you know, get inspired to do it? The solution to that is you got to like, change your environment.
You got to change your friends, you got to change the information that you give yourself. You got to change the books that you read. You got to change your patterns, Break the patterns. If you're doing the same thing every single day and expecting different results, that's called insanity. Okay? But you got to, if something is not working in your life, stop doing that. And if something is working, do more of that. Okay? So the quick fix to this entire problem is to change your environment and to be a part of a community. And that's why I'm a big propagator of building communities and helping my experts and my students also build their own communities. Because your environment is stronger than your willpower. And if you can help people, if you give them an environment which is conducive to helping them achieve their goals and you give them a path, the environment will inspire them to take the action. Because on their own, they're going to have self doubt, self belief and lack of faith, lack of surrender. I hope this podcast has made some sense to you.
