In this short promotional video, Charlotte, owner of Walkies and Whiskers Montreal, and a co‑host discuss their rigorous, daily testing of enrichment toys for dogs, especially during winter. They explain that most snuffle mats fail to keep dogs occupied for a meaningful period, but the featured snuffle mat consistently engages dogs for longer than two minutes, calms them afterward, and withstands daily use. As professional dog walkers, they only recommend products they personally use with their clients, emphasizing that their endorsement is based on real‑world performance rather than marketing claims.

If your dog finishes their enrichment in under 2 minutes, this is for you.
Hi, my name's Charlotte and I'm the owner of Walkies and Whiskers Montreal, and this right here is our little friend Luna. We test enrichment toys on the daily here at Walkies. I mean, especially given the snow outside in the winter. But most of them, they just don't make the cut, especially when we're talking about keeping dogs engaged for a significant period of time. But hey, don't just take my word for it. Let's hear all about how we use snuffle mats at Walkies and Whiskers.
As professional dog walkers, enrichment isn't a cute add-on for us, it's essential. We've tested a lot of snuffle mats and most of them just don't hold up. This is the only snuffle mat we consistently reach for. Dogs stay engaged longer, they're calmer after, and it actually holds up to daily use. We don't recommend products unless we use them with our own clients. Don't trust anyone else but paws and dogs to keep your furry friend enriched and engaged.
