Angels, Love and Positivity Show with Michael André Ford

Foreign. Spotlight series, an offshoot of the Angels positivity and love show. Amazing guests the world over with incredible experiences, insights, stuff to share, and they've often turned around and they're giving service to the rest of us. So we're super fortunate just to have incredible guests coming back to us. Although her main show on the APL show isn't appearing until March, I think it's March 9th and she'll be back, I hope, in the future. Is Solara Rose coming to us from California, A divine, infinite oracle. The way I describe her, though, is the highest vibe. Just constantly choosing and sculpting each word for us keeps it at a high vibe. She's delivering clarity and helps people, both individuals and groups, with clarity, performance. So it translates into performance and action. I'm going to try to say it another way too, is she just helps people do a little less of this and getting here so they can be who they already truly are. Solara, really good to see you again. I'm just thrilled every time I get to see you. Yay.

I was so excited to play with you. You're one of my favorite beings to play with. And so I'm stoked to see what.

We unfold and maybe we'll play with a little bit of light later. I totally forgot to do any of that, so we'll have to remember that. Okay.

Yeah.

Do you mind giving us the biggest picture first? 2025 seems to be a big year. Like 2010, 2011, 2012 was. But why is it more consciousness gentleness for mankind on the horizon? What's going on?

Oh, yeah, it's certainly a time, as it always is. We're always in these ceaseless cycles of really just clarifying our chalice of all of our finite self concepts and opening into the supreme majesty of all that we are in absolute truth. So it's an expansion of enlightened awareness, and it's just accelerating because we're all calling for it. We're all in the deepest core of our being, calling for pure divine love, calling for peace and harmony and world flourishing. So it's just. It's hyper accelerating and we. We see it happening in so many places and spaces. So the dawn of super consciousness.

It doesn't have to be 24 7. No one's going to jettison their thinking completely. We're still going to pay attention to details, have to pay the bills or complain about this or that, or watch the news by mistake. But what's your tip for all of us to pump the brakes a Little, just do a little slowing down and appreciating more.

Yeah, actually, appreciation is my, my North Star for staying timelessly present in the now. It's just always the top of my consciousness, my awareness in my heart. Thank you. Thank you, life. Thank you, Source. Thank you, food that I'm eating. Thank you. I'm just in this royal engagement with pure consciousness, the love that is made manifest everywhere at all times. And what I would highly advise is that we know this. Our, our whole reality is an extension of what we have happening internally. It's our total symphony of internal content. So what we read, what we listen to, what we surround ourselves by and immerse in is so important because it literally becomes us. And every place that we devote our energy, our attention, our words, every sensation, every emotion, all of this is actively sculpting our world. And so it just is an act of supreme self love. I would say, you know, slow down and come into the timeless present because it's the most valuable moment that exists. It quite literally sculpts our future or our past and our future simultaneously. And so who we are, being, what we are, choosing what we are embodying, how we're engaging with life, right here, right now holds all the power to shift and alter the tapestry of our entire existence. So right now, so important, slow down, drop in and savor the romance of life.

If everything's our instruction and like, where we put our focus and how we spend our energy is where we put our focus, how we spend our energy. Can you take us through one little exercise that we, you're guaranteeing us means that we're here not doing more thinking, which is like a constant. As soon as the show's done recording, I have to go right back to thinking, what gets us here? Do we know? How do we pinch ourselves and say, I'm in my heart?

Yeah. It's so beautiful. Well, one of the things that I love to do is I, I, I flip the off switch on the world, right? So I just, I create a lush, sensuous environment where I can really come in to my being and into my body. Because a lot of the cognitive, logical, analytical, it's really focalized up here. So we want to bring the energy fully into the body, breathe it all the way through, and be deeply, richly grounded in our system. And when we place our hand on our heart. So if you just lean back, put your hand on your heart, one hand on your solar plexus, your power center, ground it all in and start to envision that you're breathing pristine, divine, golden white light into your heart center. So just relaxing your body, your neck, your shoulders, and just beginning to oscillate this energy through the heart. Feeling your heart relaxing into the body, into the solar plexus, into the root, all the way into the earth star, into the earth and occupy your body fully. Feel the light of your soul, of your essence, occupying your being. And so physical touch is great for this, any kind of sensuality. The moment that you place your hand on your heart, you bring your awareness to it. And so then when we concentrate on breathing into the heart, it begins to draw the attention from the head into the heart. And so then it's. It's doing this as frequently as required. Feeling our heartbeat, you know, that's our natural. Our resting heart rate is our natural pace and rhythm in which we uniquely dance through life. So being intimate with the heart.

Okay, My favorite Winnie the Pooh quote is the one I say all the time, like every seventh show. So if you've heard it before, bear with me. But I'll give a different one first. Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them. But Piglet asks Winnie the Pooh, how do you spell love? And Winnie the Pooh says, you don't spell it, you feel it. So there seems to be a lot of structure, time limits, belief systems, values that can change one week to the next or one decade to the next. And then down here, there's like consciousness, awareness, limitlessness and stuff like that. Shining. How do you like to describe all this? And really, can you say it all a different way? What's this all about again?

Really, it's about being the embodiment of source, of pure love, of our limitless essence and nature, and recognizing that we are the infinite artisan, sculpting our existence through the technology of our super consciousness, the potency of our words that are etched with the passion of our heart. You know, our heart, the electromagnetic field of our heart is 50,000 times stronger than the electromagnetic field of the brain. So there's a significant amount of potency. And we all know. I believe by now most of us are aware that our somatic body, how we feel, what we're resonating, is quite literally rippling and reverberating into the field. And we're receiving an echo of our sound, our song, our symphony. And the most powerful creationary force we have within us is quite literally the music of our heart. And so reattuning to the music of our heart, our voice, and anchoring the sound of our Own voice is what supports us to be deeply, richly embodied in the felt sensation of love. Our own sound signature is what grounds it in. It's what we desire more than anything else. You know, many beings believe that they wish to receive love from the world. And of course, it's glorious to share love. It's essential that we all share love with one another. But there's nothing quite as satiating as our own sound signature to our body, to our being. So the more that we speak love and resonate love and sing it from our heart space, the more we become encoded with it. That energy reverberates and extends into the field, and then we ultimately manifest a world of our own divinity, reflecting itself back to us in its entirety.

And can you share with us a personal experience, whether it's seeing light on others, seeing light around you, or an experience with the universe that you're like, yeah, I still shake my head on that at one point or another, but I love it because it reminds me how infinite and big everything is. Do you have a moment you can share? Looking back, that's fun to tell?

Oh, my gosh, I have so many moments that are fun to tell. I mean, a great example would be I was in Costa Rica quite a while ago, actually. And so at that time I was calling in support for a massive creative project that we have. And I wasn't doing any marketing or anything like this to get it out into the world because it's just more my style to be in the frequency and allow things to unfold. So there was this magical alignment. I connected with this beautiful being, and he's like, hey, I would love to give you a quarter million, a quarter of a million dollars to sit with me in presence in these frequencies for a week in Costa Rica in a luxuriant, heavenly temple space. And it's just one of those magical moments where it's just so indicative of how powerful the frequency of. Of love is. And also I would say with this, it, it's. It's embodying the infinite grand field of love, right? So I'm like, it's this embodiment of the aurora of the one unified field of divine love and light and union and accord. And that frequency is so, so powerful. And it just gives rise. There are things to things that are beyond, you know, our capacity to even cogniz. And so magical moments like that. And then also just so many times in my journey, watching with precision how just these shifts and these micro shifts and coming home to love in here alters everything. Out here without us having to touch the outer reality. And it's such a spectacular phenomena to witness when it's just like, oh wow, I'm the amulet. You know, all I have to do is return to the center of the heart here and it's adapts everything out here.

Beautiful. I have a nitty gritty technical question, science related. And we have a guest coming on who's really well known for decades doing science and study of, you know, the unified field theory, if I said it correctly, you know, light as we just described it everywhere but the science approach. But there's, I'd say there's still a touchy feely aspect to it all. What's an observation about? Not that the catch up that they're playing, they're doing it the best they can through thinking and science and measuring. How would you address all that and what would be or either a reminder for everybody, you know, science versus you can just kind of leapfrog the whole monopoly board and throw it aside, but collect cash. How would you describe the whole attempt to kind of quantify everything versus just getting started?

Yeah, I think it's actually kind of adorable that we as human beings think that we can quantify infinity and that we're actually ever going to come to a space where we discover the smallest minute particles and packets of energy and the largest ones. It's just going to continue to reveal more and more and more whichever directionality that we go in. So I think it's sweet. And the science to me is so exquisite in the regard that when we're just beginning to become self aware, it gives the mind something to hold on to, to have certainty. Like oh wow, I have clarity now around how this works. Now that I have the clarity around how it works, I'm going to go implement it. And now that I've implemented, I implemented it, I have the direct experience of it in my life. And so now I'm sure of my own abilities and capacities as the source artisan of my reality. And now I can drop the science. I don't require it anymore. So it has, it has its most beautiful place. I think it's all a part of self discovery, self exploration, self clarification. We're learning who and what we are through the lens of science and technology. And I think it's quite gorgeous. I love science, I love physics and quantum physics. And yes, please let us find and discover the equation for the unified field. You know, that's like infinity. I'm still in my own consciousness. One of the questions I ask is, what are the constituents of consciousness? What is it made of? You know, there's light, sound, frequency, vibration, energy, awareness. Quintessence. Strings. Super strings. All these. So what is it made of? Right. It's like the most elusive, the most elusive inquiry of all time.

Can we get seven answers right now? They can be quick ones. From 1, 2, 3, like 5 or so angels, maybe 6. And then one light being. Do you mind just relaying answers? Because they can be really cute answers. I'll put up a photo of Joy and Angel. What does she say? Consciousness is?

Music.

And then what is Charlotte, everybody's favorite school teacher from third grade or third form if you live in New Zealand. What does she say consciousness is?

Ah, quintessence.

I love it. Min is like Mother Hawaii. Light, waves of energy and water. Serious background, but not trying to be serious. An angel today.

Gold.

Yeah. Oh, but what does she say? Consciousness.

She says consciousness is made of gold. Light. I love our particles.

Claire, Whose resilience? An angel. What does she say?

That which is only known by the knower.

Oh, I like that one the best so far. Why don't we have. There's a Syrian, a woman from Sirius. Let's have her come in. She doesn't need a photo. Oh, and I was going to let you feel her and let her come in. Okay. I was giving you as much space. I try not to look at you when you're listening.

So who am I listening for?

A woman from Sirius with a green flowing outfit. She'll give her version of consciousness. I think it's all the same, but yeah.

One infinite, grand supreme harmonic of love. Infinite accord. All being, oneness, all being light, all being the harmonic that we experience as the ecstasy of love. Pure being. I am that. And as this, all things are known. All wisdom, all knowledge, all understanding. I am the one.

Okay, very last one and we get back to a normal interview. But Light being named Grace. And I think she's also going to come in for you right now with orange light. But she'll say it in such a way that both you and I should be like, that was nice.

I am both your source of freedom and vitality.

I like it. Okay, what's one thing everyone can go ahead and do a little less of? Daily and it's going to pay off in spades. Ten minutes less of this, five minutes less of that. What do you recommend?

Oh, newest technology. Scrolling mind. Mindless. You know, things that we do to avoid being just deeply present with ourselves. So we all know what those things Are for us those things that we're doing that we know aren't ultimately fruitful or productive or healthy and we get to be graceful and loving and compassionate with ourselves, but places where we're focalizing our energy that it could be best, best invested in other ways, more fruitful ways.

Meditation for you, is it fluctuated over the years? Is it a set pattern today? How do you describe it for you today?

Yeah, it's actually, it's been quite ceremonial, ritualistic for many, many, many years. And since I have been with my beloved, it's just, it's this living it, it's dancing it, it's walking it. And the moments when I'm called into ceremony and meditation, it happens every day and it's. There's a very unique flavor. Sometimes it's I'm simply breathing and emptying myself and just breathing into the majestic aura of heaven and home. And sometimes I'm doing a full on multifaceted light activation which is so incredibly ornate and thorough. And yeah, so it's many different shapes, forms and flavors and whatever's being called for in the moment as I dance through life.

Okay, and here's another kind of societal day to day question for you personally and share what you want to share. Have you noticed as you go out and about, are there reactions in any way around you? I can give a couple examples. Like if I'm running, dogs in the old days used to quietly come up to the fence, wag their tails, but now they bark even like three houses away. If I just set foot outside or rev for a long time around me on the highway and take off, even if I'm running or I'm driving and there's more of that. So none of that really matters, but it's just simply different energies interacting briefly. Notice that around you at times and do you have a couple patterns you don't mind sharing?

Yeah, I mean almost always children, animals are super smitten with moving, you know, because we're just feeling each other's essence and it's super sweet and playful and human beings, human beings. So one of the things that I receive quite a lot is people who give me a hug and I hug them and they feel the essence and the solidity of home and they feel so grounded into it that some people just actually don't want to let go. Like they feel it. So they're just like, oh, like, you know, it's home, you know, and it's just this nectar that they maybe haven't felt in a very long time. And so it's really sweet and sacred. Yeah. To share that with them. And.

Okay, books from you in the future or projects or retreats. Can you name something that's already been out and available in the past? But also what do you suspect might be ahead? But I'm going to put up an angel who's great at marketing, by the way, and suggesting if you want to close your eyes and catch a quiet book cover, you're not allowed to care exactly what it is. But if you can also forecast where you might be a year or two from now with something fun as an offering. But first, in the past, what have you been doing for folks? And especially some highlights.

Yeah, I love to work in intimate one on one containers with people luminaries, global leaders, people who are, you know, wishing to embody their divine essence fully and then emanate that into the world in the form of a legacy. So we're a creative agency also that we support people with birthing their, their gifts into the world, their authentic being into the world. And we are, so we have this glorious palace, oasis, sanctuary and Taos and going to be facilitating retreats and mystical, deep, intimate, mystical spiritual experiences that are actually just like this casual, like lean back. We're all in our energy and our source, divine energy and power in our gifts, in our mastery. And it's like round table style. It's fun, it's fluid. Everyone is deeply nourished and cared for and facilitating experiences to really augment and amplify the energy through the, you know, through the global field.

And what can you see? Evolving, shifting, since everything is always growth and expansion. Next year, later this year, two years from now, is there an area that you think would be fun we can look forward to from you? I'm holding. She might have extra help for you there.

Yes. Well, I mean this one's super spectacular. It's math and it's been in the works for over a decade. So there's an experience I have called Eternus and it literally guides people through the embodiment of their infinity avatar. So there's 13 primary energy vortices that move through the vertical channel of the body. There are power centers, how we connect into the circuitry of the field and become fully divinely embodied. And it's this magnificent themed curriculum where each theme of the 13 has its own kind of divine, superheroic, sensuous, beautiful, magical, powerful archetype. And so we're building, we're in the architecture of the web, the platform, the membership site and also the app where people can interact with this in the ways that they're uniquely drawn towards. And so it's a. It's a mega project. It's going to be massive in the world, so I would be on the lookout for that Eternus. It's. It's super powerful and fun.

I love that you have a favorite tree type that just every time you see a bunch of them, you light up.

Ah, pines. I love pine trees.

And are you hearing them directly or feeling the connection or both?

Oh, both. Actually. Pine trees are the first trees that ever spoke to me. They just. It was like this gentle. They're. They're pines. Right. They are just cooing at me and, like, kind of like wanting to interact with my essence. It was the sweetest thing I had ever felt. Yeah. Just pure wisdom.

I. We have a lot of hills in North San Antonio. Like 12%. Great. I'm a runner, so I've been informed to make sure I ask the hill for help if the music's not doing it. And the cedar trees as well, for help. And it was dull knife, a Native American chief is unconditional love like a mountain range wisdom with some humor. So it's an actual name. Original was Morningstar. But he's super gentle. And if you want to catch one of those sacred, Native American sacred scents in the air, tobacco, sweetgrass, juniper and so on. Pine. Catch it in the air. But if you don't mind reflecting, he has a message, either to you or all of us. What are you getting?

Ah, yes. Ground the resonance of the love of self, of source, into the physical body embodiment. Simple. Like, that's the whole message. The whole message is. That's really what we're here to do, is to be. Yeah. Is to ground that frequency. So, okay, so let me extrapolate upon that just a little bit. When the. When the cells of the body, the molecules, the atoms are vibrating in perfect accord, cellular accord, brain hemisphere harmonization. This is embodied enlightenment. And so it's really a harmonic at the deepest level. And when we have that happening within ourselves, takes care of everything else.

We're going to move away from that to a much more technical, like, front page of a newspaper. People are seeing lights all over the globe. It could be an orb, it could be a light, it could look like an airplane. But change. How do you tackle the. Hey, maybe we're not the only casino on the Vegas strip. Big picture question for all of us. How do you tackle galactic this, galactic that, universe this, universe that. What's the soft Gentle message for us all.

Well, with elegant grace, it's quite obvious that we're not the only ones on the block. You know, you look into the night sky, there's billions and trillions of stars and galaxies. And so I would just invite the excited expansionary perspective that if we're a tiny little dot in the tapestry of all of that and we have this magnificent life, it's quite evident that there's much more life. And that's the nature of infinity, is life.

Do you have an origin story? But you don't have to share it out loud. You can just say yes, firmly. You've been given some good details in the past or recently. How do you like to handle that description? Or are you purely in the moment and you don't worry about those details?

Yes, and I'm honored to share.

Okay, Please.

Yeah. Okay. So one. I remember being Source, right? Like the all that is who has had all the incarnations, has been. Everything has. Is the embodiment of the source field and the incarnation specifically before this lifetime, which is interesting because in a simultaneous reality, I was. I was the star system in which Sirius is enveloped, and I was the entire star system, an ancient elder, incredibly wise, incredibly ancient. And so I'm just there being a galaxy. And another star system came to me and said, vibrationally communicated, you are needed on Earth. And so without any hesitation, I recalled darting here and to incarnate, like just. And on the way, the only awareness that I had was I can endure anything temporarily. So I knew that I was coming to essentially support the alchemical transmutation of some deep, rich unconscious layers. And it's really fascinating because in my birth chart, I have a very anomalous aspect that hasn't happened in any human in over 200 years. And I have seven retrogrades in my chart at the time of birth. Like, there's astrologists who are research, who are looking, who are researching to find me, to do research, to see how the energy behaves. But essentially what that means is that all the energy of the planets is pointed inward. So there's an extraordinary power to take things in and alchemize them into fully illumined consciousness. And so that's just the energetic configuration that my being chose for this lifetime in order to. To do that and speak from experience.

I came in without too much. Very vacuous. But it's not going to always be that way. I'll get. I'll get better at this. But very blank. So I got to write everything down. But Charlotte and Like you said, it's overlapping, concurrent past lives if you want, whether it's here or elsewhere. Yes, I've got a Pleiadian, Andromedan, serious background among other places. Blah blah, blah, blah, blah. And I figured out what the past lives like. Some of them overlapped time wise. So it was. I think it's Lisa Barnett. The Akashic records. Wonderful. In Southern California. Always wears the aquamarine. I love her. The soul as can be like fragments into different experiences, all overlapping. You could be a Native American healer in this time period, but a little bit overlapping while you're in Germany or over there so that you can compare and contrast. So with that, can you talk to us about the density, the light, or from here to here, plus the way Esther Hicks would say it, or seth from the 1970s, Jane Roberts. The whole contrast that's available, the flavor. And I have a quote that I think covers it that gets you started. Sorry. In the end, love is what shows us life in different colors.

Oh, that's so exquisitely beautiful. True. So we were there, resonating as infinite immortal bliss and ecstasy and all beingness and all knowingness. And we were like, well, I know that I can be this at any moment and any time. This is my permanent nature. I wish to have a different experience. Let's go incarnate. And so it's really all choice. It's just. It comes to choice. We wish to have an experience aside from that one. And so as we know now, all of our experiences are ultimately choices. We're at choice in the moment. So.

Joy, I've got her here. If you can put up your hands and just feel her vibe. If you want to see the light, either eyes open, eyes closed, or both. Have her bring up a topic for you. And what topic are you getting?

Just the emergent flowering of consciousness and pure being in the here and now. Liberation from time. Liberation from constraints of the mind that attempts to plan. Architect, Architect. Map. Figure things out. To allow the organic blueprint of our source seed in our DNA to emerge unencumbered naturally in every here and now. To trust the moment. To allow ourselves to live in love limitless, knowing that all things will unfold to their supreme potential as we stay present to this emergence of light and love that we are in every here and now.

Yay. Can we make a flower of light? I don't know why I'm saying it that way, but it's okay. Here's four angels and just here. Yeah, we're about to have some fun. And then I'm going to just put my hand up in Texas. You're in California, I believe, right now. If you could put your hand up and just. What are you feeling for a vibe this way. Let me go breathe again.

What do you feel for la?

Just hand to hand right now. What are you feeling? Energetic.

Oh, yeah. I feel like a lot of like fun, playful, Hawaiian, pineappley. Like dancing in the sun, diving in the ocean. Like refreshing, rejuvenating, crisp, clear lucidity. Yeah. Play.

I'll have dolphin consciousness come in, which is already starting to come in for you, but I'll still show a photo, so Fun guy to lead the way. Yay. So let's let dolphin consciousness be our ambassadors. I'm gonna whoosh three times, each one a little bit bigger. But if you could let bubbles of vortexing light illuminate. I'm doing you. Illuminate everything around you with joy, ease and grace and more. And then see what happens. To let a flower somehow in the middle of this of light come in. Here comes the first one. I'll blow. My microphone's up here. It will be a little bit of Hawaii. You might get sea spritz here said. And let us know if you got a little sea spritz.

Yes. It's so beautiful. Okay, so there was a golden rose. And when you did the sea spritz, it actually started sparkling. Ruby and white light.

Oh, my God. And I love ruby colors. Like childhood. My mind's eye, when she showed up when I was like five, it would be ruby light, like a red wine glass, swished to the sun. The brightest red of life itself. That's what I Remember from Washington D.C. here comes the second one. So let dolphins go cray cray. And she might be a pink dolphin in there leading the pod school. Whatever it is. Here comes. And more whooshing.

Feather light to take flight. Other light, ultrasonic frequencies.

And the very last one. Let them all make you a light frequency transmission. I'm going to double whoosh like a goose. And if you. If you could for three seconds see a light symbol in front of you and eyes closed, let it go into your field. A total gift from them. Hear what it is ahead of time if you want, but it'll be the galactic light codes or Earth sacred geometry or Egyptian hieroglyphs. Earth sacred geometry. If I didn't say that. Native American symbols, something Sanskrit. You'll know. They know. You already know. Oh, hold on. Okay, so it's going to look dorky. I'm going to go goose Two ping pong paddles, one on each side. Are you ready? If you don't mind saying yes or ready?

Yes, ready.

Here it goes. And Solara Rose, what did you get? So you can use words for the audience to follow and anybody at home play it back and let go and feel it.

Yeah, well, really fascinating because this symbol doesn't come to me frequently. I believe it's Celtic. It has a triangle in the tree of life is wrapped within the triangle and it's surrounded by a circle and it was just like this. And when you brought in the pink, it started to spin and it said, this is the balance of life being the balance of all cosmic energy in the harmony and every harmony with the self and all in every moment of our existence. Mastery. So beautiful.

We're completely changing directions. So if somebody stumbled into this video and they're like, oh my God, her vibe is so high, how can they approach you for a first baby step to hire you or to get you engaging with their energy?

Yeah, of course. So one, you can explore my website, Solararose.com and there's a whole gala of liquid gold truth transmissions on there for them. And you know, I like to, I. Because I do a lot of really big things in the world and work with people long term, which is like a high level commitment. If you come to me and say, I would love support with this, we can create something custom for you. So I love to curate experiences for people and that's just so unique to where people are on their journey. So yeah, to actually get in touch with me and my team is the best way.

And you put together groups as well where you'll have like anywhere from eight to 20 speakers from, for what we'll call an online event. Can you touch upon those briefly?

Yeah, well, I, I don't normally run them so I don't do the summits, but I participate in them quite frequently. So you can. There's on my media page, there's, there's links and there's like a whole list of, I mean there's hundreds on there by now of, of talks and summits and experiences that I've participated in, facilitated all of this.

So yeah, I'm gonna pull up one last angel and it'll be Charlotte. She might have been Nefertiti in ancient Egypt, if you don't mind. Yeah, if you don't mind allowing ancient Egyptian incense to come in that most people haven't caught in 4,500 plus years, whatever, maybe 200 last year. But catch what you can Catch in the air and let purr. Also, whichever way through. Light, symbols or words take us in one more direction.

Yeah. Jasmine, Saffron, Frankincense, Myrrh. Sacred sensuality. Tuning into the sensuousness of our instrument. There's so much that can be said about that. But allowing ourselves to go beyond the rigidity of the mind into the sensuous essence of the heart, the soul, the beingness, the body, the quintessential whispers of spirit that move us like the wind. Tuning into that aspect of our being to allow our quintessence, our quintessential pure intelligence to speak.

And the more we slow down out of the mind, drop into the body and allow the heart to connect more. It's already connected. The more everything unfolds. Broader, bigger, in a more light, away from density way. Right? Yeah.

And it's also going beyond the form. Right. If you think it's. It's really the essence of like when we're dancing or when we're making love, we're totally let go. We're not in the head, we're feeling, we're breathing, we're sensing, we're totally present and it'll be fascinating. So I would invite you to gift this to yourself. Notice how easy or non easy it is for you to actually get into, to go beyond the mind and to just to feel the moment. To dance without thinking, to sing without thinking, without, you know, to just allow the organic flow and emergence of your. Your. The art that you are.

And last interactive whatchamacallit. I'll put this up and do light here and you'll see light. But then could you ask for everyone to come in and pile on and do extra light beyond what would be my field? So you're having extra fun and sharing something from that. Are you ready for this? It's just. You get a dad joke as well. So I'll get a new one, but it might not be that good. Why do all the fish in the ocean sing so poorly? Because it's really hard to tuna fish. And you can just see a filament, a lighter string, or all sorts of light between my fingers. What color are you seeing or colors?

White.

And then I'll go bigger. And if you could ask everybody, including dolphins, to come in, you can get an object, a butterfly, a flower, geometric patterns. What are you getting in between? Bigger.

Spiral of life.

And what's a final parting reminder again, how simple this is because it's just beyond time and thinking, blah, blah, blah. What's your reminder for us all.

The reminder is to return home to our heart of pure divine love. We know who we are in ultimate truth and what we are in ultimate truth. And the beingness of the love that we are is what sets us free. So to focalize our beautiful holy energy and attention entirely on being the embodiment of the source of the divine that we know in our hearts to to be that it is the greatest reward, the greatest fulfillment and the ultimate creationary power that gives rise to our greatest dreams and destiny in this lifetime. Always returning home to that love. It is everything.

I love it. Would you be able to gift us a Solara Rose patented mantra? If you'll say it like three to five times, just say it so that people can go back and use that as a launch pad to let go.

The presence of pure love is the only one here. Pure divine love is the only one here. Pure divine love. I am the only one here. Beneath all the layers, all that remains is the one presence of love. Remember this and you will set yourself free.

Oh, wonderful. Thank you. Great to have you on the show. Solara, good to see you again. Yes.

I love you so much. Thank you.

Thank you very much.

Sa.
