Episode 31 - Dr. Steven Young Uses Both A Scientific And Holistic Approach To Improve Lives

This is a podcast episode (Do the Thing, Episode 31) where host Stacey Lauren interviews Dr. Steven Young, a clinician and holistic coach who blends scientific training (kinesiology; master's and doctorate in physical therapy) with mystical practices. Dr. Young describes a shift after a synchronistic event about nine years ago that led him to study alchemy, mysticism and energy work alongside conventional medicine. He shares practical tools: an intuition calibration exercise (feeling true vs false statements), beginner mindfulness practices, attention to language, and deeper modalities like holotropic breathwork, Vibravision energy training, and group rituals. He also discusses business projects: an app gamifying ~70 healing variables, a multi-technology healing chamber, courses (e.g., Wisdom Words), and curated transformational events (Italy, Mexico, Peru). Transcript includes tactical advice (daily routine: red light, Qigong, Vibravision, movement, infrared sauna) and several concrete claims (treated ~9,000 patients; 70 variables; combines seven technologies; co-founder of Ammortal; drstbeyond.com).

I do really believe 100% from every part of me that everyone has the.
Capacity to be able to do the.
Things that they want and not to be held back by the mental baggage that's in our head that we want to push through.
Welcome to the do the Thing podcast. In each episode we get down and personal with people who go after the things they want to make all their wildest dreams come true. Join us as we unveil and dissect a formula for what it takes to do the thing. Here is your host, Stacy Lauren.
Hey everyone. Welcome to the do the Thing podcast.
This is Stacy Lauren.
So I am really excited to introduce you to my next guest. I originally heard about him through some friends who raved about the extraordinary events he holds. His work really interested me and as my podcast got going, I knew that I wanted him to share his valuable wisdom with my audience. I still remember talking to him when I was thinking about going to one of his events and the exercise he taught me prior to going to the event has made a huge impact on how I make decisions and trust my intuition. He shares this exercise on this episode. I've done a lot of work over.
The last few years and it's really.
Cool to have an opportunity to have a platform like this so I can expose you to people who not only do the thing, but also to those who help others do the thing and experts who can analyze some different and quite often innovative or overlooked pieces of the formulas. Our next guest has such an intriguing story. As a young child, he was always fascinated by how human beings function. It's no wonder he studied different sciences. He has a degree in kinesiology and a master's and a doctorate in physical therapy as a leading holistic coach. It's his goal to help others find relief from chronic illness, remove barriers and live their divine truth. He believes humankind will experience a paradigm shift in our reality and wants to create technologies, processes and tools to guide us as it happens. In addition to his coaching programs and events, he is the co founder of a company called Ammortal. They are creating technologies that are tied to performance and health. This guest reminds me how fun it is to explore the subconscious, wander into the unknown, learn new concepts, or dive deeper into the ones that already interest you. He definitely opened my eyes to a brand new realm of possibilities. Please welcome Dr. Steven Young to the show.
Hey Steven.
Hi. Super excited to chat and share some wisdom.
Oh cool. Yeah, I'm really excited to have you on because I've had a lot of people that I know have gone to your events and been a part of your programs and. And we've talked a few times, but we really haven't been able to dive deep. So I'm excited to get this opportunity with you.
Yeah, me too.
So why don't you start off and tell the listeners about you, about your background and what you do.
Yeah. So I've. Ever since 14, I've been fascinated with like, how the human functions. And so around 14 years old, I started to read books on like, how to program the subconscious mind. Because I kind of realized that actually the exact download I got was there's no difference between Bill Gates, Martin Luther King and myself. They didn't have an extra head or a third arm. They just thought differently. And so my first study essentially was into psychology. And eventually I started to progress from there and study the physiology, like the biology of the body, the biomechanics. And then eventually I took that and applied it to the healing route and got degrees, a master's and a doctorate in physical therapy. And so I treated like 9,000 patients last 20 years. And nine years ago, I had this moment where I went upstairs in my office to get a massage and one of my coach friends texted me from Texas, I'm in New Jersey, she's in Texas. And she texted me about a minute and a half later and said, how was your massage? I was like, how do you know I just got a massage? And so that was my first real world experiences of there's something beyond the sciences. And so really for the last nine years, been really digging deep into alchemy, mysticism, magic, all the woo stuff.
Yeah, that's so cool. So nine years ago when that happened. So explain more about that. So what did you feel after your friend said that? What happened during that process?
Yeah, I've read about and heard of people, right, talking about some of the. We'll just call it the woo stuff. And you know, it's. Yeah, I don't really believe it because back then I was definitely pure scientist, Publish research, give me facts. And that experience basically knocked me off of that attachment in that rail of I need, I need quote, unquote proof. Because literally that was kind of like proof that there's something happening. Like, how did she know from Texas that I, in New Jersey got a massage? And so, yeah, that really led me to go down a path of studying again. The. We'll just call it the not yet measurable sciences.
Gotcha. That's amazing. And so, yeah, it's funny. So I'm like New to Woo.
And I'd say I'm about maybe 35% through my, my, my transition.
Yeah.
And it's been a fun, it's been a fun process. So I tried to. And I think the listeners of this podcast, they're all the range from the, like the total woo to the not as woo. And I did have my holistic psychologist on that. Her, her. She got A Clinical, a PhD in clinical psychology and then emphasized in spirituality. So that's why I was excited to have you on, because I'm excited to dive more into that just to expose people, whether they're like, already there and they're like really full on in, or they just want to learn about something new that can help them understand themselves better.
Yeah. Yeah. And my, my initial advice to anyone listening is that spirituality in a study of spirituality in a study of yourself is a game. And this game has been designed to be an infinite game. Right. Because if we did reach the end of it, we'd be like, we're done. And we probably would just kill ourselves. And so that's an interesting frame to look at because there is no X percent there, I can tell you that. So I started it when really when I was 16. I read the Baha Bagita and got into spirituality when I was 16. And so 31 years later, I can tell you I'm still like 1% in. I've been 1% in for 30, 31 years. Because you'll learn that as you know more about yourself and know more about spirituality, you just realize what you don't know that you didn't know, but now that you know, you don't know. And so this is like, applies to all knowledge, of learning of all things. And so I find that that frame is helpful for people so they don't need to compare. Like, oh, that person, 60%. I'm at 30%. Because that illusion of comparison is exactly what, you know, some people call it the devils. We'll just call it non existence or the darkness wants us to think.
Yeah. Could you explain more about what, what do you think is.
Give.
Give just more of a higher level or more detailed explanation of, you know, what, what this means. So if someone's, okay, this sounds interesting. What does it actually mean for me?
Yeah, essentially, if I were to super simplify it, I'm sure people have read these Facebook memes or any social media memes that say something along the lines of comparison is the root of discontent. Right. And so in Western society, we are brainwashed to compare ourselves to others. If you really study the language patterns of the coaches and obviously all the commercials and all the shows. Comparison has been programmed into us. It's built into the system. When you're in school, you got an A and someone else got a baby. Right. And so, but in nature, if you look at natural law, a tree doesn't compare itself to another tree. Right. An animal like a fox doesn't compare itself to another fox. And so it's only in the human mind that this concept of comparison is created. And without going super deep, it's designed to really trap us into wanting more because wanting more really helps capitalism. Right. And so what we realized is we get to opt out of that entire game.
Yeah. And I actually, I had this experience with you where I was thinking of coming to one of your events, but I was sort of on the fence and it was so cool because, like, you weren't trying to. I could tell you weren't for the money or anything.
Yeah.
We actually did this really cool exercise where you got to help me feel into whether or not I really wanted to go. And it turned out I wasn't look like ready yet. And so I thought maybe while we're on this topic, we could. You could explain what you did.
Sure.
To get me to. To do that. And anyway, that kind of makes me think. Yeah. Like you really were intentional on wanting it to be right. And because, I mean, I think any, any, nor. I don't want to say normal, but any like regular person that's like wanting someone to come to an event, they'd be like, oh, yeah, just come. It's going to be good for you.
Yeah.
But no, you really wanted to make sure it was right for me and I was ready.
So, yeah. Now I'll give people some context first and then I'll talk about the tactic, the mechanism and the context is the old school way of doing transactions, I'll call it. And business falls under a transactional reality. The old way of transacting was I got a win, which means someone else lost. And eventually people are like, oh, we wanted to be a win win. The drawback to still winning, winning is something else gets sacrificed. That could be the environment, earth, our health, our family time, something. And the new concept, instead of being transactional is to be more. The visual I give is instead of being a laser, you want to be a light bulb. You want to shine your light to everywhere, which I just call Omni Benefit. And what that means is if we just apply this framework in our businesses, in our lives, and we are Intentional about how every action, every decision and how we're doing things is designed to benefit everyone all around us. That is the context that I live in. And so if we apply that to that situation where you were thinking about coming to an event even if you didn't come, I essentially gave you a mechanism that does two things. One, you kind of realize the truth and the knowing resides in you. It does not reside in another person or a book. And that's super powerful. And then, of course, you got an exact mechanism, like an exact practice on how to access your own internal knowing. Right. And so. And that's one of those things where even if you didn't come to an event, you could always use that practice throughout your whole life. And it has benefited you. Right. Even though there was no, like, money transaction, because money is just an energy anyway. And so just there's. We're moving energy just like nature. So that's the context. And now the tactic is we all have an inner knowing of truth and falsehood. And so one thing that you can do to tune into this innate feeling is to say something that you know is true. For example, if you absolutely love your mom, you would say, I love my mother, and just feel into the state that you're in, your vibration, your emotions, somatically, what's happening in your body. Tune into that feeling, and then you're going to say a lie, which is, I don't love my mother, and then tune into your system. And so they'll have two very different distinct differences in feelings and states. And now that you tune into that, in the future when you're making decisions, you can simply say, me eating broccoli is healthy for me. I'm just making something up. And you feel into it. Is that true or false? Because your system will know innately.
Yeah. And I love that exercise. I've actually done it a lot since then for various things. And it's just so easy to get into that not trusting yourself place, especially when things happen, can cause you to feel that way. And it's so much better to be able to go inside than to have to go go ask like a million people. Oh, what do you think? What do you think? I'd much rather turn inside. So I think. I think that's such a great, great tool.
Yeah. And one other practice that can help this by reducing, eliminating, and even transmuting, completely shifting, not trusting itself, is to have faith. Right. I'm not a huge fan of boxed religion, but one of the things that box religion does really well is faith, Right? And so we. We start to realize that. I think most listeners would agree that it would be a little silly to think humans in the entire universe of all existence, of all things, that we are the most advanced beings in the universe, right? There's probably other beings that are a little bit more advanced. And so we don't even have to call them gods or aliens. We'll just say other beings that are more advanced. And if they are, they're probably able to influence our lives. Right? And so while we do have sovereignty over our choices, the duality, the opposite of having sovereignty over our choices is we actually don't have sovereignty. Right. There's some other higher force that is doing the things. And in religion, let's say Christianity, they would call like God's will. And so once we have that, and as long as we have faith, we realize that everything we've ever done, whether we labeled it as a mistake or something that was. That's bad, if we just have faith and know that that is being divinely guided. One, we. We see the lesson and the gift in that instead of just labeling as a mistake or bad. And two, from that practice, you really let go of the mistrust of the self. Right? Because you're operating the other way I said is you're operating from your divine aspect as well as your human aspect. So I think that practice, that framework, can help people essentially trust themselves infinitely more.
Yeah, thank you. Thanks for sharing that. Because doing this podcast called you the thing, it could be equally construed that I'm suggesting, or the people that we have on are suggesting just to do anything.
Do the thing.
Because someone says to do it.
Do the thing. Yeah, because it's cool.
Do the thing. Because there's something on social media that says to do it. And that's like the big thing I'm really trying to differentiate is don't just do the thing. Do the thing out of alignment for yourself. Do the thing. That's the best thing for you. And so, yeah, I think that's a really good way to tap into that. Tap into yourself. So then, you know the thing for you.
Yeah, yeah. That's such a beautiful frame. And as people tap into themselves and they're practicing knowing themselves, which we could call it spirituality or consciousness work, they essentially become more and more light beings or divine beings. That one thing I. One science I like to share is 78% of our DNA. Like, of our, our. Our things that code us do not make any proteins. They make light. So where I like to tell people and remind them that the science has proven that we're 3/4 light beings and 1/4 biological beings. So 22% of our DNA makes proteins. And so we're just tricked into thinking we're human beings, but we're really light beings. And I think as people practice tuning to themselves more, they connect with their inner light.
Right.
Which some people call it awakening or higher consciousness. And they start to act and do the thing from that, then it's magic. Then it's not just benefiting them, it's the Omni benefit. It benefits all.
Yeah.
What do you think's the first step for that?
Yeah, that can vary depending upon where people are in their practices. For someone that's just starting, I would practice mindfulness. Right. So not. Not meditation. Just like the next time you reach for a coffee cup or fork or put something in your mouth or put your clothes on, just be mindful. Like every moment, what, what muscle is working? What are, what are your thoughts? What are you feeling on your skin as you're putting your pants on? What that's doing is practicing presence. Right. And presence, then now is the magical moment. And so that would be like a beginner practice. Now if someone's. Yeah, I've been mindfulness practicing and doing some meditation, then the next step, I would say, now be very aware of your words. Right. And a common example I give is, you can imagine if someone wakes up and says, I have to go to work, I have to brush my teeth, I have to put clothes on, I have to drive to work, versus I get to wake up, I get to brush my teeth, I get to put clothes on, I get to go to work. They will vibrate differently. Right. One is out of obligation and something they don't want to do, and one is an opportunity and something that they want to do. And so start to pay attention to your words and how the words are affecting you vibrationally, and to go even deeper, then I would recommend reading old books, books that were published like 100 years ago. Right. And so books like on hermetics, like, I'm a huge fan of the Seven Hermetic Laws, because that will give you the foundational understanding of how reality actually works. Right. Not taught in schools because they would never empower humans that way.
Hmm. And then so the. The Hermetics 7 laws. Is there a next that you'd recommend or anything else on that side?
Yeah, I mean, once you're beyond the Hermetic laws, like if you're very familiar and you've been Living in, Embodying the seven Hermetic Laws, then probably the next book I would recommend is Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly P. Hall. This guy who passed away many years ago spent his entire life studying every spirituality, every religion, everything. And that book gives you a broad overview of it all. And so. And then you can decide which one you're called to dig deeper into. So it's a great book, understanding literally the entire history of religion, spirituality, mysticism, all that stuff.
Yeah, yeah, that's great. And then is there another? I know there's probably 5 million more steps, but just curious, is there something after, after reading old books that you'd recommend?
Yeah, really. Once you have this practice of mindfulness and your. Your language, and now you're understanding the laws, the seven laws that govern the. The universe. And now you're having deeper understanding of life, the origin of spirituality and religion. And from there I think you have a great foundation. And this is where you can go either path. A lot of our friends skip all of this, go right into psychedelics, which I highly do not recommend. You want a foundation before you get into any kind of psychedelics and open up your consciousness and portals. But psychedelics is only one of many, many, many ways to access that state. Of course, now you can do anything like holotropic breathing or deeper, all kinds of different meditation techniques to access it. And you're basically opening portals like you're opening or connecting directly to your divine self. And when you do that, you will learn and take on frequencies that you just cannot, purely from the intellect, purely from thinking. And so that I would recommend the next stage, once you have that foundation, is to tap into sort of that aspect of it.
Yeah. And I'm going to ask you to elementary it just for a minute. Can you explain more about what learning and taking on frequency means?
Sure, yeah. So first I'll start off with, you know, we're just a bunch of vibrating molecules, Right. All matter is just a bunch of vibrating molecules vibrating at different frequencies and in the human form. If you look into David Hawkins's work that the main book that describes this is called Power versus Force. He basically was able to map out sort of the vibrational energy as it relates to different emotions. For example, I think shame is 30 or 40, and guilt is, I think, either 40 or 50. Desire is 125, courage is 200, acceptance is 300. Then you're getting to like, joy and bliss around 400 to 500. And so there's science now sort of mapping out in A way the energetic intensity and the frequency of our emotions. And so that's one simple way to conceptualize it, is that your emotional state, right, how you're feeling essentially is really governing your life. Not just your thoughts, your conscious thoughts really only govern about 5% of what's happening in your life. The other 95% is really your emotions and your subconscious. And so when we access things through thinking only, we're only working in that 5%. The other 95% is completely in the dark, not being affected. And so this is why it's so important to get into that type of practice.
Yeah, I love that. Thanks for explaining that.
Yeah.
And then for holotropic breathing, so I've actually done that a few times before, but it was. Well, I wanted you to, number one, to explain that what that means. I've done it a few times, but only in a structured class. So. Yeah, first I was wondering, could you explain what that is so the listeners know that, don't know. And then also if it's something that you could do on your own or do they need to, like, actually go to a class for that?
Yeah, that's a really good question. So in general, it's a breathing pattern where you essentially take. And there's specific techniques I won't get into, but you take a really deep breath in and you immediately release all the air and you don't stop, just keep doing that. So deep breath in, exhale. Deep breath in, exhale. And over time, typically after 15, 20 minutes, by breathing that way, your body starts to release a chemical called dmt. And DMT is actually found in most foods. It's just that our stomach acid breaks it down, like dissolves it, so it never makes it into our blood. But when you breathe this way, we now know that not only your brain, like the pineal gland, but also your lungs make dmt. And so, and this is the same chemical, let's say, in ayahuasca, right? It's so you can naturally release this without any substance through this breath work. So that's holotropic breathing. As far as doing it on your own or supervised, I highly recommend that the first time someone does it that it is supervised. The reason is you want the ideal context, right? Someone needs to set the stage of what's about to happen. What does this mean for you? There's that. And two, because there is DMT being released, these chemicals again open up portals, right? Which is why you can have visions, you can have some pretty psychedelic experiences. Again, ideally, supervise at Least the first time, because someone needs to curate the energy of the space. Right. And so this is, for example, shamans are really good at understanding the energy of the space. They're doing all kinds of things to put like a, an energy force field or energy bubble around the room as people are doing any kind of, we'll call it portal opening. It's for their own protection. And so I recommend at least the first time to have it be guided. And then, you know, eventually you will learn how to cast your own energy bubble and energy shield and all that stuff. And then maybe then you can do it yourself.
Yeah, And I think that would be such a great skill is learning how to create your own space for doing all these types of things, because then you're able to embody it yourself.
Yeah, yeah. One of my favorite practices comes from. It's a former martial arts called Merpati Puti. It's from Indonesia. It's a energetic form of martial arts. And then these two brothers, Mas Mike and Mas Nate Moss just means like teacher. In Ogden, Utah. The brand is Vibravision. Their Vibravision training in five days will teach you how to not only catch your own energy bubble, but they have their own system of accessing your higher self and your intuition. And you learn how to harness energy into your body so you have more energy to do, you know, all the things you want to do in life.
Wow, that is, that is really cool.
Yeah.
We talked about what holotropic breathing is and it opening up portals and, and things like that. So what are the actual benefits of doing something like that?
Yeah. So essentially you're able to access the non conscious part of your mind. Right. Essentially the biggest benefit is now you're getting out of that 5%. And now you're. Imagine there's a room, right? And one section of room has light on it. And that's 5%. That's your conscious mind, Right. Those are your thoughts, your stories, your beliefs, your identity. Literally the other 95% of it is complete darkness. You have no idea what's in there. And so holotropic breathing and any sort of portal opening method is giving you a flashlight to go and Explore the other 95% of the dark room. And what you find, I don't know, may be pleasing and it may be scary. And ultimately the context is important. It's a part of you. And so as you lead into this is just an aspect of me, and you start to accept even the scary parts automatically. That scary thing that you just saw in the dark now goes into the light. The conscious. So you're literally clearing your. The darkness. Dark doesn't mean bad. It just means unseen, unrecognized. I call it the parts of you that you have yet to fully love. Right. Versus fixing or healing. It's parts of you that you have yet to fully love. You shine the light on it. You go, oh, my God, I'm so sorry. Oh, I have such love for you. You love that part. And it comes into the light. And this is. This is the work.
Yeah, I love that. What a great. It's a great explanation, actually better than I've ever heard it.
So thank you. Yes, that is. Yeah.
Well, so now I'm curious about when that. That massage happened and your friend had stopped from Texas. I think it's Texas. Get a massage. So what happens? So you're like, whoa, what just happened? So what happened next?
Yeah, I mean, I essentially. Well, one, I worked with her for a year to do all kinds of magical things. And then I just got my hands on. Prior to that, I was reading a lot of books on like neuroscience and how the mind works and all that stuff. And I switched from there to mysticism books. Right. Like the Kybalion and some of the books I've recommended, plus many, many others. I started to seek out and attract other magical beings just automatically. And for example, just a week and a half ago, I was in Austin, Texas, met someone, really at an Internet marketing party. And then we had a call, a zoom call, while I was back home in Jersey here. And then literally on the call, it was probably like, top three most magical mystical experience where he used his voice and he was using his fingers and he was clapping. He's basically using energy and vibration to move all kinds of stuff in my system that you just can't access with just thoughts. And I'll give you the real world effects of this because that sounds very weird. So he literally cleared and worked on about 50 plus things. And one of the things he sensed was that I had previous clients of mine. Their energy was still attached to me, thus not making room for new clients.
Oh, wow.
And he cleared that. And then literally that night I got an email because I'm doing this event in Italy, this uber magical event at Domen Hur, which is the most magical place. Basically, the email says, oh, we have eight people that want to go. And then the next night, which was last night, I get a message from someone I met six years ago and she's like, oh, I'm buying a huge property in Mexico. Let's work together to create something there. And so literally from me doing Nothing in the 3D world, I wasn't doing any marketing or outreach. They just came to me because the energy clearing happened.
Yeah, that's amazing. So you basically clear the space out of yourself and that opens level of abundance.
Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
For the year. The magical things with that friend. What, what did that look like? Do you mind kind of sharing a little bit about that experience?
Yeah, she's probably, I mean, her, her name is Aline Hanley. She actually lives near Austin, Texas, in Wimberley. I think her brand is, I want to say Consciousness Catalyst. If you Google her name, anyone that wants to work with her, I highly recommend it. Probably the best coach I've ever worked with because she never told me anything. She only either gave me a question or gave me an exercise to do. And I'll share some exercises I did. I was pretty profound. One exercise was simply, she said, hey, have a conversation between your ego and your soul and have your ego ask your soul this question. And the question was, what is love? And I was like, sure. She. She emailed me this. And so I got off the email, got a pen and paper. I wrote ego Coleman, what is love Soul, colon. And whatever came, whatever ideas came or words came, I just wrote it down. And literally after a minute, after about four exchanges back and forth, I. I felt a shift. It wasn't like an intellectual understanding of love. It was like my body vibrated love. And so, yeah, that was one of the most profound experiences. It just came from a simple exercise. And so, yeah, those type of things kept happening. I was like, I was having some difficulty with some staff members back then, and she was like, write down each of your staff members names. Then write down each of your family members names and cross reference which staff member represents your family members.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, yeah. And so again, as I did that, I was like, holy crap. I saw all kinds of patterns and things that was happening that I didn't see before. And so these are incredible ways of taking in information. I. I usually remind people when we tell someone something, it's the least effective form of having that person embody whatever you're trying to tell them. The second best would be storytelling. The third best, which is the ultimate best, is experiential. And so what she was doing really was just giving me experiences for me to take on the knowledge, not telling me things.
Yeah, that's amazing.
I love. Yeah.
So now, now in terms of. So over the last nine years, that's pretty much doing. You've been diving in, you're getting more and more experience and now you're. Do you want to talk a little bit about what you're doing now? Because when in like your events and then what else do you do?
Sure. I mean I really, I've taken treated 9,000 patients in the last 20 years from a perspective of like, why aren't they healing themselves? And so we've discovered about 70 different variables that if people just did, literally it would just resolve and have them let go of their mental and physical symptoms. And so we've programmed that into an app. We're finishing it this year and we gamified it so that it's actually fun and engaging to go through this game. And so that's one thing that super excited to launch. The other is we created a chamber, a device that you, you lay in almost like a tanning bed, but super high tech. And it combines seven different technologies together to basically give your body the energy, the frequency it needs to heal itself, to restore itself fully, no matter what's happening. And so super excited to launch that this year as well. So those are like the actual business things. I also have an info product business where people can buy courses, how to relieve their own neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain. So those are the actual businesses. When I do events, it's not the business. Right. It's, it's not the revenue generator. It's really just me wanting to support our entrepreneur network, especially the ones that are aligned, that they have a knowing that they're meant to also contribute to moving humanity forward towards the age of golden light. Right. Basically, where no matter how chaotic the news says the world is, that period of humanity is coming in the next 12 years. And so my, my main motivation to do events is to support the beings. Right. That are in alignment of that, to give them the tools, the knowledge, the vibration, all the things, the strategies for them to do their, their, their life's work, basically.
Yeah, I love that, love that. Sorry, I'm just like thinking about how well that has to be. I'm like, oh my gosh, how often.
Do you do the events?
I advance like I'm doing a quote unquote pop up one. This is like a special request from someone next week that was not on my planned schedule. I typically try to do one maybe every other month just to kind of, yeah, keep my schedule open. And each event, some of the events are different. Like for example, in June I'll be in Mexico where we combine all the things we just talked about all the mystical practices, plus some substances with plants. And basically it's all designed to use supplements and peptides and plants to optimize your biology, your brain, your body. And then we put stem cells into the body to regenerate everything and restore everything. And so that's a unique event that combines the latest science technology with old science, which is sort of the magic shamanic glues stuff together. And also, let's say in July, I'm doing an event where with the Vibravision people that do the martial arts, I'll combine my mystical and science knowledge to their practices. And we did this last year and what we found was that their instructor said our class, that class where I combined some of the stuff I had in mind to their stuff, learned things twice as fast. We progressed twice as fast as any other group in their history. And so there's some very different experiences. It just really depends on what people are looking for and really reflecting on where they are in their journey and what may be the most helpful. And all the way to. On my website, I have a free course. I made it free since COVID on how to be aware of your language. It's called Wisdom Words. And so if people are just starting out, I think that's a great place to start. It's free. And so it'll really start to give you awareness of the impact of your language on your reality.
And when you mentioned that earlier. But the. I get to. I had just started. I read the book Atomic Habits and so good. And I started really tracking my habits and being careful about the have to versus I get to. And. And once I started using get to, it changed everything, you know, of me being able to actually do them.
Yeah.
Is that what your course does? It teaches it like programs your brain to do that?
Basically, yeah. It goes much deeper.
Okay.
It will give people the understanding of. I list the three phases of that course. The first phase, just like awareness, wow, what. What is my current language and the way it's framed? Because, you know, most courses will say, oh, you're doing it wrong. This is the right way. This course is framed. The way you're doing it is exactly divinely perfect for you. It's just that you may have already gotten the value from it and now you're ready to evolve it, unfold as nature intends versus fixing. And so the first step is setting that frame and become aware of how you're currently using language. And the second phase is, okay, so what are you choosing to change? And then the third Is okay, the ones that you've changed, how do you actually live it and embody it? And so that's really how the course is structured.
Okay. I love it. Yeah. I'm gonna check it out.
What's your.
Just drstbeyond.com okay, cool.
So everyone go look at that. Wisdom words. I love it.
Yeah, yeah.
And then who are most of the people that come to the events? Are they, are they on? I know the ones that I know that have gone, they've been entrepreneurs. Is that your typical.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Entrepreneurs. Sometimes C suite executives, like CEOs and COOs, but 95% entrepreneurs. And, and just so you know, each person that wants to come, I muscle test. I, I use a, a process to think of it as to tap into the collective consciousness. And I ask if this person comes, is that serving for them and serving for all of humanity? And they only get in if it's a yes.
Wow.
Yes. Only because, you know, I can't do these events every week. There's only a certain number. And I want to make sure that I am for my own desires and wanting and all that stuff to have exactly the people that can ripple out the biggest impact.
Yeah, definitely. And it's really, I know everything amplifies with the people that are there and them all connecting at the same level. So I'm sure that helpful when you screen, when you're able to screen them like that.
Yeah, I'll. What you just said is so powerful. I'll share with you a super short story. So there were 11 of us. We were just in Peru doing a sacred mission. We were there to do a specific ritual to harmonize masculine and feminine energies for all of humanity. And in the beginning of the trip, we asked each person, what's your intention for the trip? And so in some of them, we're deep. Find my soulmate or find or attract the love of my life. Three of the 11 during the trip, as a 10 day trip, already manifested their intention before the trip was over. And so that's the power of getting a group of people that are so aligned. Get 10 Xs or 100 Xs your manifesting capabilities.
That's incredible.
Wow.
And then if someone. You mentioned the word. Okay, so it's funny, I watched an Oprah episode where she used to never, she never used the word spirituality. Right. And she would use the word vibration because it cut off the masses. But I think all of us are more open to that. So we'd love you to explain the word vibration.
Sure. From a physics Perspective, Right. It's literally molecules moving dictated by energy or heat. Right. Purely from a physics perspective, if we also look at it from the hermetic perspective, the law of vibration is one of the seven laws that governs reality. And actually it's the law that they say once you master, you literally become God. Right. In other words, once you understand that everything is vibration, you can start to. And once you can affect the vibration, you're literally affecting time and space and matter. And so that's like the much, much deeper understanding of vibration. And then from a simple science world, it's just molecules moving at different rates. And so. And we now know that vibrations are affecting us and we affect vibrations. I'll give you some science behind this. We now know that the WI fi waves from our router is actually affecting us epigenetically. Like in other words, our genes are being instructed what to do by the WI fi waves. This is science. Like there's published studies on this. So that's an example of an external device that is putting a certain frequency into us, of typing our entire biology. The other way to say it is. And people can look up the double slit experiment on YouTube and you'll see videos of how they shot a molecule, I believe it was like might have been electron out of a mini cannon. And they wanted to see does the molecule vibrate, does it perform like a wave or does it perform like a particle, which would be like a cannon fault. And what they found was that when the experiment was done without a human observing it, it behaved like a wave. So when they shot 100 of these electrons out, it made multiple dots in front of it. But when they had a person observe the experiment, the electron behaved like a particle, it only made one dot. And so that's an example of science showing that our attention on matter literally is affecting the behavior of matter. Right. And so if we tie that back into vibration, it means our intention and attention literally is affecting the vibration of our reality, just like the vibration is affecting us. Two way street.
What do you do daily to keep yourself. Is it just the. I'm sure you have a different practice. What's your daily practice routine?
Great question. I typically start with my day again, combining a little old, a little new. So I get in front of my red light panels and I do about 15 minutes of qigong, which is just Asian practice of moving your body with breath to harness energy. And then after that I'll do the vibrision practices which takes about seven minutes. It's another form practice to harness and tune into your own vibration energy. And then I'll do some kind of movement, maybe 15 minutes of some kind of body weight movements followed by 20 minutes of infrared sauna. That's basically my sort of morning routine to get like my mind, body and spirit all into harmony even more. And then from there. Yeah, I just do. To do the daily stuff, get on calls like this, do things. However, moment to moment, I am consistently choosing, not control, but choosing my relationship to the doing. Right. This is very important meaning. The way I'm making meaning of things, it goes much deeper than I get to. Right. It's oh, I'm literally just expressing my divine gifts onto the world and no matter what happens, is being very of highest discernment, choosing what's the meaning and what's the relationship that I'm assigning to it. So that's happening all.
And then do you do something nightly before you go to bed?
I typically will read for about an hour. Some kind of. Typically these days, mystical books. There's a lot of them.
Paper or audible?
Not audible. I typically. If I'm going to use audible, it would be during the day if I'm driving or doing something. But at night I like to actually have either a physical book or it's just Kindle.
Okay. And then with the. When the. Okay, I think you've sort of answered this question, but I'm gonna. Yeah, because a lot of the people that have come on have said the hardest thing with doing the thing is overcoming your mind, you know.
Yeah.
And once you can do that, and you did mention one of the things with like holotrophic tropic breathing is you could find those dark places and bring them to light.
Yeah.
So that sounds like that's one way. But what are some other ways that you know is having that inner critic come out that get that person to.
Yeah, yeah. I'll give a very left brain weight and a right brain wave and people can feel to which one resonates with them. The left brain wave is to just go on Google and search PQ Score or PQ quiz. And it's a free quiz. I think there's about 20 questions. It'll take you like two minutes. And when you take it, it will actually give you a number. And the number represents. Let's say if it's 50, that means 50% of the day you're criticizing yourself and 50% of the day you're in presence. If it's 75, it'll tell you 25% of the time you're judging and criticizing yourself and not in the present, and 75% time you're in the present. And so that will give you a very trackable score as to just how much are you judging yourself? And all that stuff. And then they also have another quiz called the Sapper Sword Quiz. And there you will find how are you judging yourself? And then they'll have tools and tips on how to eliminate the judge. So that's a very left brain way. The right brain way is a little bit more of a subconscious, sort of Tibetan Buddhist way. It's called the wholeness process.
One thing I could do is I can maybe, if you want, send you a link to a video that I have. It takes about 10 minutes, but it will guide people through this process. And this involves no stories, no measurement, no meeting. It is completely subconscious. I find that doing either or both can be very helpful. People feel into which practice they're most called to.
Yeah, I would love that. We could put it in the show, notes the link.
Sure, yeah, I'll send it to you.
That'd be great. And then what do you think would be your best advice for people on doing the thing?
Faith, number one thing. And really this is just a cognitive bias. It's a recency bias. For me, last year, my entire year was about having faith because we set some impossible things and I had no idea how they were going to be achieved, but I just had faith and it happened. And. And so my number one advice is to know that you are being supported, right, by, by God, by the universe, by ancestors, by aliens, whatever you believe in, any one of them or all of them, you're being supported. And when you have faith, you're inviting those supporters to kind of help you. Right? Because we are, we're typically egoically trying to prove our own worth and be like, I'll do it myself. But when you have faith, you're literally inviting support and it just makes things so much easier. So whatever you're wanting to do, to do the thing, have faith. And you'll find that the resistance to doing it automatically decreases.
And how does someone, if, let's say they're not open to. They haven't, they haven't had a practice for faith. What would be, what would be their kind of your number one advice for that?
Yep. There must be. In their lives, I should say must be. I say most likely in their lives, they've had someone that was like a hero of theirs or a big supporter, leaned on the faith from that person. And that energy that doesn't mean like the hero. I don't know, let's say if your hero is, I don't know, some famous entrepreneur, it doesn't mean that the famous entrepreneur is going to come, you know, to your house, be like, hey, I'm going to help you with this, with this thing. But even just having faith towards that person, you vibrate faith. Ultimately, it's not the attachment of who you're having faith with. It is just a practice of vibrating faith. And so my recommendation for anyone that hasn't gotten to spirituality and all this stuff, just ask for faith from a parent or someone that you love, because you'll still get into that vibration of faith no matter what.
And is there anything that I have not asked you that you wish I would have asked you?
That's a great question. Take a moment to feel into that. I guess in general, I feel like with all the tactical and contextual things that we've talked about, I think one very important context that will glue everything together is keep in mind, whatever we practice, we get better at. And whatever we get better at, we attract more of into our lives. And so right now, in the industry, there's a lot of words like trauma and healing, right? Because it's very profitable. Very, very profitable. And. And I know a lot of people are on their healing path. And when you practice healing, you get better at healing, which means you must find more wounds to heal. And keep in mind, this game is never ending. And so this is where it's important to realize that. And there's a benefit of the healing practice. There's lessons that come with healing. However, most people are attached to healing. They think that's the only path. And so I want to offer people a different path, which is earlier I said, we're just finding more aspects of ourselves to love even deeper because that you're practicing even more love, which is a very different energy and practice in healing, which is finding wounds. And so just having people reflect on their path and get the lesson from it and potentially inviting them to get on the path of loving even more aspects of their. Of themselves.
Oh, my gosh. That is good. It's really good.
Yeah.
Oh, my goodness. Well, thank you so much, Stephen. This was amazing. And I am really grateful that you were able to take the time to talk to me. And then also.
Yeah.
Yeah, super happy for you and that great job of getting this type of information and all kinds of other people onto the, onto your platform. It's. These will have bigger ripple effects than.
We can imagine moving humanity forward yes, exactly.
Thank you. All right.
