From Fear to Facebook Lives: How Jacqui Found Her Voice in the Do The Thing Community

Hi, it's Jackie from London, and I just want to talk a bit about the do the thing community and the things, the ways in which my life has changed and expanded and grown since I joined Stacey's do the thing community. So I realized one thing. Relationships. Community is so big in this world. Call it. We call it the Stacy verse. I know Stacy is not too comfortable with that, but that's what it's become. And just knowing people and connecting with people, you know, this entrepreneurial journey is. Can be a pretty lonely one. So having people who speak your language, who are building something, who are going in the same direction and doing it, and, you know, talking to each other, discussing things, getting the support, the affirmation, and learning from each other is just amazing. The generosity in this group is. Is beyond me. Is beyond me. You just have to say it. And somebody's willing to help in a shape. One shape or form. The other thing, too, is that learning and doing a messy has been amazing. You grow your wings in that way because first of all, there are all these comfort circles. You know, if I had to talk to a thousand people, it's a very scary prospect. But just being in Stacy's world and first of all, talking to the very small group of people and then going wider and wider helps, you know, for me, it's almost like a scaffolding of which, you know, supporting me to get out there and do my thing. I could not go live before I joined this community. I couldn't go like, going live scared the living daylights out of me. I needed a friend to be on the phone and say, you can do it, you can do it. And then he will also say, okay, I'm going to go on your life. So at least you see one person there. So, I mean, there's been so much at the moment, I'm going from one to one to one to many, building my business, creating courses. My magnificent body program is moving from my WhatsApp to online. So I think everything that has happened in this world has been beneficial to me. Yes, it can get busy, crazy mad busy with all the my people parties. It's. It's. Yes. But, you know, you do what you can. And at the moment, what we're getting, we're getting certified.

To be my people party providers. And I think it's just a brilliant thing because, you know, people can congregate, but groups are not activated. But getting to activate the room is the magic. This is where the magic happens in the Stacy vest. So, Stacy, I just want to say thank you.
