Lucy J. Dutton, a Peak Performance coach, describes using the 'Do the Thing' framework (developed/used with Stacey) to create custom participant challenges. She reports creating a 5-day focus kickstart and a 10-day Belief Shift challenge, noting the 10-day format allowed deeper work and better participant connection; overall she praises the framework and the positive participant outcomes (ahas, deeper self-connection).

Hi, I'm Lucy J. Dutton, an aligned Peak Performance coach and speaker and I have been working with Stacey with the do the Thing formula to create custom challenges. I've now created two of my own challenges using the formula and it's really helped to bring my zone of genius to people that otherwise wouldn't experience it on such a deep level and just like a part of that. So they're not getting the whole thing, they're just getting a little part of what I do for a short period of time. So I did a five day one. I've just rung a 10 day belief shift challenge and the focus one to kickstart your focus went really, really well. It just felt it was a little bit fast for me because there was a lot packed in there. And so with the second one I made a 10 day that which gave it a bit more breathing room and allowed people to go deeper which the Belief Shift challenge needed to have. And so using the framework made it really simple to build out. It's really simple for participants participate and to be able to connect with each other. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the things that have come from this. The aha moments, the deepening of connection within themselves. It has just been a beautiful experience and I've loved absolutely every moment. So do the Thing framework is fantastic to use for custom challenges.
