Hi, everybody. My name is Emily Sturgel, and I am here to talk to you about the do the thing challenges and the implementation day that I experienced. I've been in the do the thing community for months now, and it's been something that I've been able to move quickly with. Got me out of my own way, built my confidence, has put me in my zone of genius, where I continually get to see how I can further help people and help them grow. Right? And so we go into this implementation day, and I was feeling like, I'm just. I'm here. I'm gonna learn another thing, and we're gonna see how this goes. Because up until that point, I had learned people parties. I had learned challenges and how to facilitate. I've been an affiliate to bring people in, fill the room, and I hadn't yet gotten to run a challenge in my own group. So when Stacy was talking about, okay, we're gonna set the dates. Are you committed? At first, I felt a little bit of resistance. I'm gonna be truly honest, because I had. I hadn't really considered running a challenge in my group, even though Stacey was asking me if it be something I'd be interested in. And I don't know why I was putting it off, to be honest. I just felt like, you know, I don't have whatever the excuses are that pop it up in your brain, right? Like, I don't have the right people or I don't have enough people. And I had filled rooms for challenges before, but I thought for whatever reasons, like, why would they come to a challenge in my group at this point point? And something shifted for me, though, when Stacy was asking for our commitment, and she's talking about, you know, getting it going within the next few weeks and getting people pumped and excited, And I decided to just kind of take hold of that, and I ended up launching my challenge, you guys. I did. I used the find your voice challenge, and I launched it. Let's see. The implementation was on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Six days later, I launched my challenge. It took me. I started talking about it on Friday. Okay. Like, three or two days before I launched my challenge. And then I just got to work the next couple days. And when I say work, I don't want to scare you and make it seem like it was a lot of work, but it's just personal outreach to people who are in my realm and sharing that I was going to be hosting the confident closer challenge and that I would love for them to be a part of it. My first ever challenge, you guys, I ended up getting. People were joining, even, like, during the start of the kickoff party. So we ended up having 27 people join. And it's been an amazing experience, and it's built my confidence because at first I was like, oh, all these reasons why I'm not ready to have a challenge to. Okay, I'm gonna have a challenge. And Stacy's just so great at activating you and activating the group to. I'm having my challenge in the kickoff party, and it's lit and it's amazing, and it's so fun. And now I'm seeing people across various circles doing the challenge. It was so easy to take. They give you all of the assets you plug and play, and once you get it out there, the people start sharing. And so what I noticed through the challenge, which was my biggest takeaway, was how much I could bring my zone of genius, my skill, to kind of uplifting their videos and the things that they were sharing so I could share with them how much skill related to the thing I help people with they already had. And it was igniting some confidence inside of them, confidence that they could do sales. So I think full, wholeheartedly that the transformation that my people were getting were to find their voice, but then to also find their sales voice and me being able to reflect back to them that they, in fact, did have a sales voice, that they just, you know, needed to see it in a different perspective, and that helped them so much. So it was just, honestly, truly such a gift to be able to implement a challenge into my own group. And I am looking forward to being able to do a custom challenge, actually. That is literally what people are raising their hands for and asking for. Next is now, let's do, like, a sales challenge. And so I'm. I'm thinking about what that's going to look like, but I just feel so excited, so aligned to be able to have been able to do the thing and jump in and do it so fast and get activated. Something that I had been delaying for months. And I just wanted to share. Like, if you are thinking, you know, is this the right time? If, honestly, if you've been sitting on a group that's been crickets or you think that, you know, honestly, they're just waiting on you to be awoken enough to, like, give them a chance to show up and show out for themselves, because it really does help them get the transformation. And you're just kind of a transformation facilitator, helping them in the process. You are a movement maker. And so I want you to really think about taking advantage of this experience, because you're going to grow in ways that you didn't even think was possible at all either. So you grow, they grow. You create more income, you create more impact. Stacy's magic in the do the thing community just gives you the spark and the steps to not wait for opportunity, but create it. Thank you.
