Hello, my friends, Michelle, Cameron Coulter here. MC Squared for short. Just a little bit about myself. I was a shy, quiet, sick kid. Failed my first level of swimming four times and went on to be an Olympic champion in the pool, no less. In sport of synchronized swimming, which is all about perfection, precision, hours and hours of training. So one of the things I love to do is help people tap into what are they really capable of if they let go of their fears. And fears come in different ways through our life. Confidence comes in waves through our life. Like when I finished my swimming career, and even near the end of my career, I struggled a lot with feeling good enough, believe it or not, even at that level. And through my research and all the work that I've done over the years, I found out that over 80% of high achievers, especially women, have imposter syndrome. I also struggled with the kneading disorder the last five years of my swimming career and ten years after. I was so hard on myself. And when I finally shared that publicly, it blew me away. How many people could relate? Not necessarily with the eating order, Yes, a very high level of people that could relate to that more so is relating to how we are so darn hard on ourselves. So one of my passions is helping people get past that perfection and procrastination and feeling like they need to have it all together and have it all perfect, because there's no such thing as perfect. And we let, when we let go of that and are real and authentic and also try not to do all the things on our own, like get support that we need, then it's incredible what we can do. So that's a huge part of my passion, is helping people really step into what their true potential is and to have a lot more fun in the process of reaching whatever goals and passion it is that you have. Now I want to share just how so excited I am about being able to work with my dear friends, Stacy Lauren, who I've gotten to know over a period of time. And one of the things that I that I'm so passionate about is helping people step into inspired action. And Stacy is the epitome of that. Having fun, jumping in, doing the thing, like actually doing the thing. She has a formula that helps get past that fear in a turbo way. And so it's been so fun working together. And I love her challenges. And so I've become part of the challenges and facilitating some of her challenges in the process of creating a couple challenges that are along the lines and foundation of what Stacey has put together because it moves people, it connects people, it is fun. It helps us really, truly step into what we can do in a really authentic and meaningful way. So my experience has been working with Stacy on her challenges. The people that I've had the opportunity to go through the challenges with, facilitate with. You see magic come out of it because you're not doing these things on your own. Like, there's this bond and community that happens within the challenges that are so powerful because I think foundationally, each one of us want to know that we're seen and heard, and it matters that we're here and we really see that within these challenges. And so it's been so much fun. And there's so many different challenges that we can do as well. So the foundational one is finding find your voice challenge, which is something that we all get to do, is find our voice. Who are we really? What is it that we really want and get it out of our head and be able to articulate what that is. And then as soon as we start doing that, we truly step into what is possible. It's not just a philosophy. It's something that you start feeling and you feel it within community that gives that extra support that really helps catapult moving in that direction. So I just wanted to hop on here quickly and just say how thrilled I am to have the challenges part of what I do. I'm so grateful and in the past have done a lot of keynotes on overcoming fear and stepping into play bigger and to let go of being so darn hard on ourselves. And one of the things that I found when I did keynotes was that I could get people inspired or motivated internally, make some shifts in that hour, keynote or half day workshop that I would do. And it was challenging because it wasn't sustainable. Like, it was a new muscle that got to be moved. There's how many times have you gone to a conference or something where you go, oh my gosh, and you're all fired up for that weekend or that week, but then we go back into our normal patterns, into our old patterns. So what I found so powerful about the challenges is that it moves us in that direction and starts creating new habits and new stretching our comfort zones in a consistent way that starts to stack. So we start to stack the results that we're getting. So it's not just a spike and then a drop and a spike and a drop. It keeps that momentum going. So adding these challenges to my keynote has, like post keynote, to have sustainability around the message that I'm Sharing is a game changer. So, so many reasons why I'm excited. Again, so grateful to connect with Stacy and this incredible community that is really all heart and passion driven to make a difference and we're seeing it happen. So I just want to hop in here to say I love what Stacy says. Don't wait for opportunities created and I believe that we are stronger together. We can be even more powerful, have more fun and create momentum together. So, so happy to meet you all here and maybe in person one of these days soon. Take care my friends.
