Excerpt from a YouTube video ("Sean Kelly Speaks About the Audience Accelerator") in which Sean Kelly describes his experience building an online community and business. He contrasts trying to build a product alone (which failed) with working alongside Stacy, who brings in external experts, reinvests in coaching, and helps members like Vicki, Luis, and Sean. He praises Stacy's "do the thing" philosophy and cites her past success building a recruiting company in the construction industry that at one point did over $30 million a year.

If your path, if your dream is to try to figure out, hey, how can I make a living online doing what I love and building the community of people who are similar to me, and how do I fulfill their needs, and how can I be best of service to them? And I want to grow it eventually into something that's big. I would say that I've gone both routes. I went and tried to build the product in a vacuum, and it went nowhere. And now I've been working with Stacy, and it's been wonderful because we're building this. And what's cool about Stacy is that she brings in other experts, and she reinvests money into other experts that are able to come in that have helped Vicki and Luis and I. The three of us have been exposed to several of her experts, which has been wonderful. And then if she doesn't know something, she also hires these other little experts that will pop on and help us with technical things or different things. And what's cool about Stacy's whole, whole philosophy in life with do the thing is don't wait, just do it. Like, the example she was just giving you guys, like, hey, look, I didn't wait till I had this perfect head shot or this, and I just dove in and started doing it and figured it out. And that is Stacy's genius. And it also comes from a woman who. What impressed me was when I found out in her previous life that she had built this big, gigantic recruiting company for. For the construction industry. At one point, they were doing over $30 million a year. And this was a company that she built herself. And so this is a woman who knows how to build things, do things, and she's taking everything that she learned from the business, and she's pouring it into something she's passionate about, which is creating and fostering these communities.
