Like, speak to people in a way that really helps them understand what this challenge is about. And for those of you that are watching this and that have been a part of the do the thing challenges, you guys know how much growth you can get through a challenge. And when I did the find your voice challenge last January as a live challenge, it was kind of shocking that the results people got from it. And so I think it's because, like, it also doesn't take any time. And so when I switched it to an on demand challenge, I changed the whole format where I'm not even doing live videos, because I wanted it to be, like, the quickest way to get someone the result. And I wanted to be able to really help someone be able to tap into their voice from, like, this, like, deep place without having to have extra time spent. Because I know, like, time is such a high commodity. And so when I switched it to on demand, I did basically, like, a five minute video that, like, tapped into that part to be able to activate your voice. And it's all about action. It's not about watching and learning, right? Like, how many times do you guys want to do something new? And that's like, all you're doing is you're, like, learning, consuming and. And like, wanting to do this course, wanting to do this program, whatever it is, and it can get exhausting because, like, you're not actually doing the work. And so find your voice actually gets you to take action. Because I record a. I had a video, I emailed you, and then I give you a dare. And so the time that the challenge takes is only five minutes a day. But the time that you can spend is more if you want to be in the group and really active with the people in there, because you're getting to see, see, like, transformations. I've already seen. We have Alex in the group who wants to sell E commerce, and she talked about from video one to video two. It's like, already a transformation. I'm like, oh, my gosh, seeing her already find her voice. You know, like, as she's stating what her excuses are for for not being able to find her voice, I'm like, literally seeing her find her voice in front of me. And so the reason why I wanted to come on just like, impromptu right now is because I was, like, crying this morning with this consultant because. Because I'm talking about. For those of you that did the podcast challenge with me in April, there was like a moment where I got on in a shower cap after I took a shower, and I Couldn't remember exactly I was writing. I don't know if you guys saw my email yesterday, but I. Or maybe it's today. I might be sending it, but I was, like, tapping into why I even did that. And the reason I put in the email, which is actually expanded today, and I'll tell you what that is, is I thought I did that shower cap moment because I was seeing everyone in the challenge, and they had this show right. Like, you see me right now. I didn't even brush my hair yet. So, like, I'm on with you guys because I'm, like, so passionate about sharing this with you, but everyone was, like, recording videos, and it looked too professional in the beginning of the podcast challenge, and I was worried that all those people that were, like, looking so good were gonna mess up. All the other people that, like, were like, oh, my God, I can't compete with it. And so I'm like, screw it. I'm gonna freaking go take a shower. Like, the next morning, I knew I was gonna do it. I'm like, I'm gonna take a shower, and then I'm gonna come down. No makeup, shower cap, whatever. And so anyway, that morning, I did that, and. And so that's when everyone started showing up. But what I realized. So what I thought that was was my moment of me finding my voice. And I wrote that in the email. And I don't know if you'll get it today or if I sent it yesterday. Honestly, it's been a little bit crazy because I'm launching this challenge right now, like, real time. It wasn't all planned to do it this way. I wasn't going to do. I was doing the. Just to give you some context, I wasn't even going to do find your voice right now. I was planning on. As you guys know, I have the audience accelerator program that I'm in the middle of. I've been working with Vicki, Luis, and Sean on it, and I'm working with them one on one, and then I'm going to be launching it as a group program. So sometime in March, I'm doing another action class, and it's going to be so freaking good. And I'm, like, working on it at the back end. So that's what I've been working on. So I wasn't even planning on doing find your voice now, but because I did the bucket list challenge with Laura, and I read her book, my father's list, her whole book is about her finding her voice. Like, literally, you know, like, you could see it happening. Her going from, like, anxious, shy, lacking courage, to, like. As she's doing her dad's bucket list, I'm getting chills right now. As she's doing her dad's bucket list, she is, like, finding her voice and, like, freeing herself. And so when that happened, I was like, shoot, I've got to, like, launch find your voice during the bucket list challenge. And that's why I decided to do it. So, anyway, so now that I'm launching it, I am wanting it to be a really good container of people or wanting 25 people. I think we have. I think there's 13 people in there right now, so we still have room for 12 more people. I'd love you guys to join if you want. This is a paid challenge, but it's ridiculous. It's like, $97. It's, like, not what it should be. Last time I launched it, it was 200, but I wanted to do it for less this time because I saw so many people were struggling with money, and I wanted to make it easier. And I'm also including the podcast workshop and a VIP ticket to the audience accelerator program. So, anyway, I'm going back to that shower cap moment. So the shower cap moment in the podcast challenge, that was me basically, like, me finding my voice again in a new way because I didn't care. Like, in my mind, I'm like, I guess some people could leave when they see me in a shower cap, you know, and that's okay because I felt so convicted that I didn't want to lose the people that were, like, in this perfect state of mind, you know, I didn't want those people to not show up. And so this morning, I was crying with the consultant because we're like, I'm recording this video, and I'm doing videos in a new way for this challenge. I'm, like, really pushing myself because I'm. I'm wanting to expand. Who, like, sees this too? So you'll see that video. You've probably seen a few of those videos already. They're kind of painful. Honestly, it's not as fun as doing live videos and the way that I do them. So I'll be teaching more about this process after I've done it, but it's a much more painful way to do videos. But regardless, I still want to challenge myself. So anyway, we're kind of strategizing what this video is going to look like, and I, like, realized I, like, want to cry again. I. Seriously, you guys, this is ridiculous. I don't know what's Going on with me today, I, like, realized why that moment was, like, so important for me. Because when I was divorced, like, I had no one. Like, no one understood what I was going through. Like, I had all these friends, but, like, no one got it because they were still married, you know? And, like, people don't talk about, like, what happens with your kids when you get divorced. You don't realize, especially if your kids are still at home, you don't realize, like, you don't realize, like, what that can do to your family, you know? My family got, like, completely destroyed with my divorce, you know? And on top of that, like, I exited my business and I didn't start talking about the details of that until recently. But, like, it wasn't as fancy as what it sounds like. I sold my half of my business to my ex husband, and it was two years after we tried to keep the business together. And for two years, like, I tried, and I just couldn't do it. So I had the opportunity to exit and I took it. I didn't get the value of what I could have gotten if we worked through it with the divorce, but I at least got what I wanted, you know? And so the shower cap moment is me showing up in a way that, like. And maybe that's what I'm doing right now is when I was going through that, I had no one that I could talk to. And I didn't listen to any podcast that, like, made it click for me. Maybe I did. I don't remember. But, like, nothing that, like, really landed. And I'm like, if you're holding yourself back because you're, like, scared or, like, you're wondering what people are gonna think or, like, that they're gonna judge you. The person that, like, needs to hear what you have to say, like, doesn't care if you have makeup on, you know, they don't care if your hair is wet. They don't care if they don't care, like, what you sound like. They don't care if you're, like, a blubbering person right now on this live, you know, like, it's like that person care what you look like. They just care that you have the message, like, you lived through this experience before them and you're able to speak to something that, like, connects to them. And that's what finding your voice is, you guys. That's what it is. It's like showing up as who you are and, like, not letting other people, you know, like, get in your. Like, not letting other people's opinions or like judgments or. Or like, things that, like, you think people are going to say, like, get in your way. And then once you tap into that, it's crazy. Like, the world is, like, ridiculously amazing, like, when you can tap into that and you're, like, convicted in who you are. And so anyway, if you guys haven't joined that challenge yet, I definitely encourage it. It's. What is it? Do the thing, find your voice dot com. So it's do the thing, find your voice dot com. I think we still have room for 12 more people in there. We just started sharing it. I was. I announced it at the bucket list challenge, and we had people that signed up then. And then I went on vacation, and so now I'm starting to promote it. It starts in a couple weeks. And like I said, we don't do the live videos during it because I want to have it be the least amount of time that you need to make the impact. And I like the people that are coming back also to be able to keep doing it, because that was something that came out when we did the live challenges. One of the guys had said, like, he wants to keep doing those dares because we change and we evolve, you know, and, like, just to show you a whole nother side for those of you that are, like, wanting to write a book or like, you're. You have a podcast and you want to grow it or your. You have a business. When you find your voice, like, then you get to show up as who you are. So you get to bring in the people that, like, are the people that are, like, tapped into you. Right. But also you then can, like, create a challenge for, like, sorry, I'm going too far. But, like, you're. You're, like, opened up to, like, you can eventually sell one to many, which I didn't ever even knew that was a skill. But, like, what you saw me do in the bucket list challenge, where I, like, sold a challenge that's like, called one to many sales, you know, and so, like, you could sell stuff, whatever it is, you could, like, then create, like, your own program, right? Like Luis, right now, he's in the audience accelerator program. He did the find your voice challenge a few months ago. And I'm seeing what he's doing in his group. His group is Dynamo U.com, his Facebook group. And I'm seeing him after he found his voice. He tapped into who he was. And now in his group, he is, like, tapping in in a whole nother way and kind of realizing, like, who he is, why he's motivated by what he is, you know, and all of this stuff. And so it's amazing to see what happens when you do it. Now he's doing a challenge where he's recording videos. If he wanted to, he could turn it into a program. Who knows what's going to happen with that? It's going to be amazing. But the idea is, because he found his voice now, he's able to do all these other things. So, yeah, that's what I wanted to tell you guys is don't be scared to show up, you know, as who you are. And when you get convicted in who you are, then that's when you've really tapped into the light of. Of what. What things are. So. Oh, my gosh. Okay. I'm seeing some of you are here. Hi. So I'll put on my glasses. Amazing. So, yeah. Thank you. Appreciate it. Hey, Vicki. It's funny, I. It's. I still can't see you guys, their names because I'm using restreams, but I do see you, Vicki. Amazing. And then, yeah, just a few people are saying, like, it lacks personalization. It's a deterrent. Yeah. When you see people showing up differently and then, thank you to you, saying do the thing is an incredible formula. Everyone needs to find your voice. Yeah. It's like, I love the shower cap. You. Yeah, it was. It was crazy because yesterday I thought it was. I did that because that was like, me showing up for everyone else. But what I realized today, literally, I was like, crying today with this consultant because I realized I did it because, like, I needed that. Like, I didn't need someone to be hidden by, like, how they looked. And I lost my daughter in divorce and she has not spoken to me since 2012. I totally feel that. Yeah, I do. It's hard. And when you're able to speak to that, there's still some things that happened that I can't talk about yet. But it's hard. And to hear, like, even you say that, like, it hits home because I went through that and I'm still not talking about. About it publicly because it's been too hard, but I feel it for sure. I think when people are like, more, I'm still really close to it. It's only been a year since some of my stuff has happened, so I'm not ready to talk about it yet. But for those of you that have gone through it five years before, whatever it is, you know, whether it's estrangement or complications or divorce or health, I know a lot of you had health scares. You are able to talk about it now, you know, and so for me, there's some stuff I talk about when I've walked through it, and I feel like I'm on the other side of it, but if I'm still in the middle of it, like, kind of like what that was about, I'm not ready yet. And so. And that's okay, right? It's meeting yourself where you are, but when people can, like, hear you speak after you've walked through it, and when you're on the other side, then you're able to really, like, come into that truth, and so whatever that means for you. So, anyway. All right, guys. Well, you're amazing, and thank you to you that said you love me. Vicki said, I know how hard divorce can be. I'm amazed at how that propelled you to make so many positive changes in your life. You're my inspiration. Amazing. Thank you so much. So, yeah. And you're the most beautiful when you're the most vulnerable. So amazing. All right, you guys. Well, I love and adore you all, so I am just happy to be here. And it's funny, just. Steven, find your voice being a paid challenge. I'll just mention this since we're being real right now, even though I forgot we're streaming on YouTube, too. But that's okay, because I can always delete it later because I do some stuff more in the private group than I'm comfortable doing, like, out there. Just so you know, that's kind of my strategy when I'm more vulnerable is sometimes I don't want it out in the world. I like it just in the safety of the private group. But I even had a. I went through a thing even when I decided to start doing pay challenges, because I get so much internally out of, like, the group and the community. And being able to, like, do this with you guys, you know, that it took me a while to, like, decide to switch it to paid. And I wasn't intending to do the thing to be a business in the beginning. It was really just a personal kind of, like, fulfillment project. I only converted it to a business when I realized that it could be. That was one thing, and that I could still help everybody, you know, and then help people even deeper when. When you can have them invest, you know, in it. And so anyway, even this part of me charging for stuff has been me finding my voice, right? Because I was like, almost like, well, I don't want. I don't want to, like, put that. I didn't want to not like it anymore, you know, And I realized I actually like it even more now because now I have more time to like be able to work with people directly and and be have an even more intimate experience. So. So yeah, so that's that. So, yeah. So if you're not in find your voice yet, come join us. Do the thing. Find your voice.com or message me if you want any more details on it. But it's a really small, intimate group, which I think is why it really is like on a whole nother level. If you've done a do the thing challenge, they're great. But the, the find your voice is different because it's like a smaller group and we're really bearing our souls through it. All right, you guys, well, you're amazing and have a wonderful day and do the thing. Don't wait for opportunity. Create it. Bye.
