Okay, I think I'll introduce myself first because we're streaming on your channels, too. So.
Yes.
My name is Stacy Lauren, and I am the host of the do the Thing podcast and the founder of the do the Thing community. And I am bringing on a special guest today who is Sarah Moses. And we met just recently at a event where we're both learning on how to put really cool events and do amazing programs. And it was just like, love at first sight.
And it was kind of cool. You. Actually, I'm just. This is coming up right now, so I'm going to say it, Sarah, but, like, that moment where, like I told you, like, when we first went to that event, I was like, kind of like, oh, my God, I don't know if this is the right thing. I just invested all this money and, like, do I really want to do this? And then. And then you did this, like, post in the Facebook group saying, like, you were nervous and going through these emotions. And then immediately I'm like, okay, I totally fit in.
Right, Right. And you reached out to me and talked about the word community.
Yes.
Which has been a theme between the two of us ever since. But you go ahead. Sorry.
Yeah, no, it's true. And so, yeah. So you guys, Sarah is an inspirational speaker. She does mindset. You are the expert in finding good. And you also recently started your podcast.
Podcast.
So I'm super excited to have you here. And why don't you. I'm going to do just a couple things and just share with everyone about you, and I just want to make sure everyone is seeing us that wants to.
Sure, sure.
Yes. So I have a background. I have a master's in psychology and had done counseling about 20 years ago. Got more into home building and remodeling and hosting Airbnbs and doing all these things so that I could be a stay at home mom and work, if that makes sense. Right. Do both. I needed something flexible. But in the last two years, some very serious things happened, obviously in the world to everybody, which was the pandemic and the lockdown and the isolation. And I lost a number of family members.
Very quickly and many of them in the last sort of year and a half. And when that happened, I just said, I cannot let all of this just, you know, go in vain happened. And I. I need to make some meaning of this and I need to share with the world my story of fighting through this and getting stronger and using everything that had happened to me, changing it to happening for me, and using that as fuel for the fire. To carry forward. And I realized there were some dreams I had in my life and some things I want to. Wanted to accomplish, and I wanted to help people by being an inspirational speaker. So I started at the ripe young age of 54, and I like to share that with everybody, because if there's anyone out there listening who is thinking of making a pivot in their life doing something different, it's never too late. And it's always just the perfect time, because it has just been a fun ride ever since I decided to do this. And then it was incredible when I met you, because one of the other things I had wanted to do besides be a speaker was to have a podcast. And when I met you and I heard everything that you were doing, and you and I had already had that conversation before we met about community and the importance of community, I couldn't believe that I had met you. And then I remember seeing you and just saying, well, you helped me. And you were so generous and so sweet, and you said, I will absolutely help you start a podcast. And then I couldn't believe how easy it was, because I have to tell you, Stacy, I had looked into it. I had talked to, you know, consultants, and I had been quoted, like, $2,500 to start your podcast studio. And all these, you know, different stories of it being this very long, tedious, expensive road to starting a podcast. Until I met you.
Hmm. Yeah, it was amazing because you, like. I mean, I didn't even talk to you one on one about it. I just sent you the workshop.
That's what's so funny. Like, we didn't even have, like, the zoom or anything. Like, you literally just watched the workshop, and then the next minute you sent me your podcast link, and I'm like, okay, I guess your podcast is Do it now, right?
My podcast is Do It Now. And I want everyone to. If you can't believe the story, I think your workshop was what, a $47 workshop? And how long is it? Can you remind me?
It's like an hour and 10 minutes. Yeah, yeah.
Now you guys, $47 and an hour and 10 minutes. And I had a podcast, and I called it Do it now, which is, you know, the story of my life right now. Do it now. Do it now. Do it now. But I was blown away by the formula you that you have. The formula that you have. Because I remember after I'd started, I would. I would, you know, be in touch with you, though, and I said, well, what light should I get and what microphone should I get? And what, this? And you're like, no, no, no.
Just.
Just go. Just go. And I can't. I was arguing with you. I said, no, I need to have all this stuff. And you said, no, you don't. And it was so beautiful because I. I remember thinking, sarah, you got to be coachable. So listen to Stacy. And so I just did it. Now, this is funny because I have this microphone. It's not. It's not working yet, because I figured. Finally. I finally got a microphone. But it looks good.
It looks good. I know it's funny you say that because I had a microphone. I've been telling people, like, I didn't have a microphone for my first hundred episodes. But the problem. I say that is because I had different ones that I tried, and I didn't. None of them. I didn't use any of them correctly. And you get so caught up in that. And so anyway, so that was why I. That's why with the podcast challenge, I. And when people start podcasts, no matter who you are, I don't care who you are, you know, unless you're, like, an audio engineer, maybe. Although I got my audio engineer to start a podcast. Messy. And that was actually really cool. But I think that's the hardest part for people, you know, is just realizing, like, you can just. You could just start it however you want, you know? Oh, I think you're freezing. Let's see. No, let's see. Okay, well, I'll see. I'll check in with you guys one of. While I'm waiting, why don't you guys let me know who's here? It's hard for me to see because I'm on restream, so I cannot tell your comments, but. Oh, I see you, Paul. Oh, very cool. Oh, there you are. Wait, hold on. Are you back? Let me see. Nope, not back. And then. Oh, hey, V. Hi, Joyce. Good to see you guys. I'm so excited. And then. Yeah, if you guys are here, I know Paul has a podcast, and Joyce just started a podcast. Hey, Alex. Good to see you. Alex, are you wanting to start a podcast? I wasn't sure if that's something that's on your. On your list. And then also, while we're talking about podcasts, I'd love to also find out if you. Oh, you know what I'm thinking, because the rain is terrible here right now, and she lives in California, and I'm wondering if that's the issue is something with the Internet. But anyway, I'll reach out to her in a minute just to make sure. But, oh, good, you're doing your Spanish one. Amazing. And then. Yeah, so Alex just said, oh, yeah, not yet. Not sure yet. And that's the other thing. And I think, Alex, you're the one I was talking to about.
About maybe even just guesting first, you know, on people's podcast. So for those of you that are here and you want to be a podcast guest, make sure you put your podcast name in the comments and how they can reach out to you. Because that's the thing about having a podcast. It's so amazing to be able to give someone the gift of basically being able to be their first. Like, have you be their first podcast guest. I love giving someone the opportunity and basically being able to. To have them on my show when they're like, I'm their first podcast. There's nothing that feels better to me. I'm just gonna message share really quick just to see. I think it could be a WI Fi problem, though, because of the San Diego is not used to or California is not used to having.
Rain, that is for sure. And then let's see. Wondering about your rain.
Wondering about the WI fi.
Okay, good. And then, yeah, Joyce just said, it's so much fun getting on others. Okay, Joyce, I feel like you should tell people in the comments this part of your. We have to do an interview at some point because your podcast journey was, like, so good. Joyce actually did the podcast workshop, and then it. And then she didn't start her podcast yet, but she ended up guesting, so that's what she needed to do first in order to start her podcast. And so now that she's guested on a bunch of people's podcasts, now she's comfortable starting her podcast. And so she's exploring that right now. And I think that's a really good, like, kind of like, do the thing strategy, right, Is you meet yourself where you are. You know, she got exposed to be able to, you know, like, see what it took to start a podcast and that. It's not like, it's not crazy once you have a good system and you have a good plan for it. But then she wasn't ready yet, and then felt like she needed to just go on other people's podcasts first. And so I think there was something really powerful about what you did that, like, a lot of people could learn from. And so Joyce just said it helps getting the anxiety out and helps seeing how everyone else does theirs. And then, oh, Paul said he would love to break the ice with you guys. Paul put Your.
Are you serious? Is that true? You just said I've never been on another podcast besides my own. Think I've done 25. But always your own. Is that true? I'm shocked about that. You haven't been on a podcast yet. Okay, I'll have to come on mine then, for sure. Wow. Okay, I didn't realize that. That's amazing. Okay, good, good. Well, I would. I would love to be your first. That would be great. So very cool. And I'm glad. I think a lot of you guys are actually in find your voice right now. Huh? I'm looking. Wait, I think I saw Fern here too. Oh, good. You said deal. Okay, amazing. Yeah. So I.
I think a lot of you are in find your voice. And so what's great about that is because we're going to be doing this challenge, and for those of you on replay, if you have not joined find your voice yet, or if you're here and just not commenting yet, that's fine. Find your voice challenge is still open. It's. Do the thing. Find your voice.com. and I think Sarah might be back. Let's see.
And.
Oh, good. Okay, great. And then I'll just finish this. And then. And I just added a bonus. It's. It's called magnetic content that converts because once you find your voice. Oh, no, she just left again. Let me see. Hold on. I'm not sure what that was. Okay, hold on. Let me just check her. All right, I'm good.
Okay. Yeah. So as far as. Once you find your voice, then you could level up.
Right.
And actually be able to show who you are on on camera. And so. Okay, great. And so that's what that's about. And that's going to be tomorrow at 4 o' clock, Pacific standard time. So I'm excited to do too. It's not. We're not doing the actual bonus. We're just talking about the bonus. But anyway. Yay, you're back. What happened? I was thinking it was probably your wifi because we're like, California is just not used to rain, you know? So I think it should be something with that. That's what I was.
Were you still on? Because I was talking for five minutes. Oh, yeah.
No, I couldn't. You were like, frozen.
So you were listening to me, so I was talking.
Oh, my God, that's so, so funny. So, yeah, frozen.
And I'm like, oh, I'll just save the day and talk for five minutes.
Oh, let me just finish that. So we got Fern, who I think you just Said you haven't been on a podcast, so. Great. Well, so all the people that are in the comments that have podcasts, get Fern on. And Fern, I would love to interview you, if you want to email me, because you've been a part of a lot of the challenges, and then you even did the listening workshop with Kate Middleton, and. And then also find your voice. The. I think you did it the second round. We did it. So, yeah, that would be great. I would love that. And then. Oh, Paul just said, Sarah, you interviewed him on your. On his show a while back. That's so cool. Yeah.
Yes.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, okay, good group here. We're back.
We're back. So I'd love to just hear, too, because. So there's a lot of people that go through that, like, struggle, right? Like, you went through such a hard. I mean, hard. The right word, horrible, you know, time, and then to be able to, like, come out of that and then be able to speak to that, like, it's part of that, like, hero's journey, right? Where it's like, you go through it and it's. It's not easy, but then, like, how did you get the courage to then just come on the other side of it?
Yeah. And it was. It was a lot because it was not only coming through the loss, the tragedy, the grief, the healing, but then to try to go and have this career in an area where it was not natural to me to be confident. I used to stutter until I was seven years old. I was. I struggled with insecurity and lack of confidence. And I had been sort of very happy in my marriage of 18 years to be, you know, sort of in the background. I was married to an actor who had a very public life. And, you know, he would go and work on location and there would be these, you know, film premieres, and he was on TV shows and all this. And I don't even think you can find one photo of me on the red carpet with him. I just was comfortable sort of being in the background, taking care of the family and supporting his career and all that. So. You're right. There was a lot of things that I had to overcome. But when your why is so big, right? And I think that all of us have a big why? My why was that My daughters were watching me, and I remember thinking. They're thinking in their head, are we going to be okay? We're going to be okay if mom is okay. Yeah. And that was just a really important thing to me, to not only survive, but thrive. Because I wanted my daughters to see that you can go through. Through incredibly hard things and you can take everything that that was meant for, for you to learn or to grow or to get stronger. And you can those things to share with the people, you know, the journey. And I mean, I also believe that it was a calling because I. I mean, I've shared with you that I lost my brother to suicide in.
22. And then I remember being on the floor at the foot of my bed, just sobbing and praying to God. I just. I didn't understand. I. You know, I was praying and praying, and I remember hearing these three words. Use your voice.
Wow.
And it was incredible because I remember actually, like standing up and hearing the words again, use your voice. And I. It was symbolic of so many things because it wasn't just using my voice in career, it was, Sarah, for once and for all, use your voice. What do you think? What do you feel? You know, my whole life had been about pleasing other people, you know, about making sure everyone else was okay, taking care of everybody else and supporting everybody else in every single way. And all of a sudden I was being told, use your voice. And I really just. I don't know what the words are, but I. I dove deep into doing that. Let's just say I. I've done that all areas of my life now, personal and professional. And when I decided to use my voice, it was a muscle I'd never used before, Right. And I had a lot of fear around it and, you know, asking how I. How I did it so I can share with other people. It did not feel good. I felt really uncomfortable and scared a lot of the time. And I think that's what we don't talk about as a society is that it's scary to do new stuff. It's fearful. Sometimes I would be paralyzed in fear, sometimes I would be crying, you know, doing scary things. And I think that we need to talk about that more so that we can all say, yeah, that's normal. If you're not feeling that, you're. You're living in safe, you know, the state of safety, you're not doing anything outside of your comfort zone. You're not stretching yourself. You're not doing really profound, extraordinary things. Right? So I had to really get used to those feelings. And then I had to just. I call it walking through the wall of fire. I just had to keep on walking through the wall of fire and doing things that scared me. And afterwards, I would feel so good about myself that I realized I was finally Building up that confidence and that self esteem that I hadn't had because I kept doing these things that I thought I couldn't do and these things that I thought would sort of, you know, kill me. Because you think you're going to die. It's so scary, right? I mean, sometimes doing something like that can feel like you're not going to survive it. That's why I think a lot of people, they quit or they give up or they don't do it at the last minute. But I was starting to see that if I walked through the wall of fire and did it, the reward on the other side, and I use that saying all the time, everything that you want is on the other side of fear.
But you got to get there. You got to find a way to walk over the bridge or walk through the wildfire or whatever metaphor you want to say. You got to find a coach, a mentor, a friend, a community. That's why I love being a part of your communities, because I think it's a group of like minded people who are all trying to do something, you know, new and, you know, outstanding and maybe achieve one of their dreams that they've had. And we're all seeing each other striving and kind of stepping outside of her and we're. And we're supporting each other and cheering each other on. And when you're doing that for somebody else, you're thinking, oh, yeah, I'm part of this community. They're going to do it for me too. We've got each other's back. We want everybody to win. That's the other thing. I think people don't realize that everyone's on your side. They want you to do well. They want you especially in the communities that you create where we can be vulnerable. Right? So I probably talked too long on that.
Oh my gosh. No, it's beautiful. I feel like you're really speaking to everyone right now because it's scary for everyone, you know, like right now, I told you before, I'm going to another level, right? Like we both are. And it's like doing something new outside my comfort zone, you know, and it's like, what are you doing back here? I've already, like, dealt with you. Like even just like, I'm gonna probably talk about it tomorrow more, but like, I'll give a highlight. But like when I was, I'm working with Lorelei now. I think a lot of you guys saw the, the Live on Instagram and I was, oh.
I think that. Are you back? Oh, I See you again. Okay, good. I was. I was doing the. This live. The live with Lorelei. Because what happened was I kept. She kept wanting to, like, take photos of me and even do, like, B roll and, like, different things, and I'm just like, oh, you know, I like, no. And then I had to, like, check in with myself, you know, and I'm like, is this because I want to hide still? Like, is that what it is? And, like, I have someone handling my personal Facebook group page right now and, like, just posting some of the stuff that I got. And she posted that crying video of me, like, the other day, like, twice. I did it once, and then she did it the second time, and. And I was like, please don't post that anymore. You know, like, I don't want to see it anymore. And then I was realizing what it is, is. It's like. It is. It's that feeling of just. It is so much more. Like, even though I've pushed myself to this level, you know, it's like, then if you want to go another place, and it's, like, scary. But what you're saying, though, is so true. If you're not alone doing it and you're with a community as people, then it's a lot easier. I think everyone thinks that it's scary and hard because you have to do it alone, but if you're with people doing it right, you know, it's just so much easier to, like, do something hard.
It is. And as the thing that you spoke to, that.
When you hear other people voicing your fears, right, Putting into words what you're feeling, there's a sense of camaraderie and almost relaxation, and you can kind of surrender into it and to say, oh, okay, we're all in the same boat. There really is so much to community. And I, I. This connection and this camaraderie that you have, you know, designed, it's incredible. And I mean, it. It really allows people, I think, to go farther and go faster than they ever would on their own. I mean, I certainly believe I have, because not only did I start the podcast, but then when I joined your other group and the bucket list challenge, and. And I had wanted to do standup comedy, you know, improv for, what, 20 years? And I had all these ridiculous obstacles in my head that, you know, I was going to have to travel too far, it was going to be too expensive, or I'm too old, or all the things. Right. We all have, right? And part of the community, and everybody's signing up and Doing their things. And I'm like, oh, well, I have to. I better get my act together. So what did I do the weekend? I Google it. No, it wasn't far. There were four in my own.
Then I end up.
Been studying and how long me. Where have you.
Stacy park.
What is she doing to my life? My dreams are coming through.
Who is this woman?
It would do the next thing, which is dance time. I got a little excuse in there, right? Yay. Right? No, it's incredible.
That's amazing.
You, Stacy. I don't know what this magic pill formula thing is that you've got, but it's.
It's wild.
I mean, how many lives have you changed? I hope you're documenting all of this.
Thanks. Yeah, no, it's cool because. Especially because I see. I see the people, right? And it's like the. The just the growth is. Is incredible. What do you think it is like for you? What do you think really helped you? You mentioned having all the stuff in your head and then just being able to, like, push through. Was it really that part of, like, seeing the people, or was there something else that really, like, stood out for you?
I think it was not only seeing the other, but I saw them sharing in a really vulnerable, deep way. And it really connects you with people. If you think about it, in this day and age where everyone's on their phones. We've all been isolated for a couple of years. No one's connecting as much as they used to. And here we are put together with this group of people who are bearing their soul. It's safe. They're vulnerable. They're talking about their wishes and their dreams. I mean, things that you would only take. Tell your closest friends, right, Your. Your. Your most intimate partners. And here we are sharing with one another and we're supporting one another. And when you see how invested they are and the. The growth that they're having, I think it's just incredibly inspiring. And it. It really feeds into what I believe in, which is that, you know, this beautiful life we have is short. Tomorrow's not promised to us, and if there's something we want to do or some, you know, dream we have, we better take action now. And here I see people in your community doing it. Things they probably, like me, wouldn't have done. Right? Because. Because there's no accountability if I'm just by myself. And I say, oh, yeah, I think that's a big piece of it too, the accountability part. But accountability, in the most positive connotation of the word, I think Sometimes accountability for people can be a little scary. And I want everyone to understand this is very nurturing, loving, supportive accountability. Does that make sense?
Yeah. Oh, totally. Yeah. That's part of like that social. Because you're seeing someone show up, so then you're inspired to show up. And then also I think the other thing is once you realize by you showing up, someone else shows up, there's something about that, like, feeling of contribution that really helps you. You do it. Like even Luis is one of the people in the accelerator program and he has a group, it's called New Dynamo U. And it's 30 minutes of movement every day. And I've been working so hard because I'm like building stuff right now and I'm promoting and all this things. And like, I hadn't gotten my movement in yet. And I saw Leslie, she's actually in the group, but she's in his group also. And she posted her walking at like, at dark, you know, where it was like, dark, and she's got her. She's doing a live in his group, you know, and it's dark out. And I'm like, okay, well, it was like seven or eight o' clock at night. And I'm like, I guess I really don't have a reason not to do it. And so then I walked, right? And so then I was like, oh, hey, Leslie, by the way, you inspired me to go walking. And I think that's like the moment that like, helps people. Because I don't think you realize by you doing the thing you're. Someone's watching that and then they're going to show up because they're going to be inspired by it.
Absolutely. That's so true what you just said. I mean, not only am I being inspired by others, but I am making a conscious effort, like you did, to also inspire other, you know, inspire others and show that if they can see taking action, then they might take action. It's just such a beautiful give and take and it's just incredible synergy in that group and I just am blown away. And I, I'm. I'm excited, excited to try your, your next. But the find your voice challenge.
Oh, yeah. Which I can't wait. Yeah, I can't wait.
Oh, wait, I have to tell you this. I haven't even shared this with. To somebody and I told them about the investment. So incredibly affordable. It's not even, it's. It's like ridiculous. It's such an incredible. Because it also includes the podcast workshop, right? And I was telling them about it, and they don't know you. And so they were just sort of asking me questions about it. And I said, list if you don't think this is the most phenomenal investment you've ever made and you don't meet an incredible community and have all these gains, I said, I personally will refund your investment. That's how much I believe in it. It's not even like the creator of it. It's like, me, as someone who's taken some of your workshops, I just said, no, I know a thousand percent. You're going to get something out of this. And so she was like, oh, wow. Okay. You're really convicted about this. Absolutely anything, Stacey. Magic.
So that's amazing. I can't wait to see you in there. It's going to be awesome. I'd love to hear what you guys have coming alive for you right now. So please comment and let us know, because I feel like I'm checking in with you. Oh, good. It's so cool. We have all the find your voice people in here. Everyone that signed up. That's amazing.
Yeah, it's so good. I see Angela's here, and then, oh, Joyce said, my people make a difference. Oh, Jean, are you here? It's weird. For some reason, I can't see it on my other side, but that's great. Yeah. Amazing. Well, I am, like, I am just so excited because I feel like you've tapped in now to.
The pain, really, of, like, what drives you. Right. And so now you're, like, coming on the other side of it and you're starting your podcast. You know, you found your voice, but you're finding it now in a different way, right, where you're, like, figuring out where your. Where your steps are. I'd love to hear, like, what your goals are for you and, like, what you're wanting to do now.
You know, I am going to continue doing what I do, which is speaking. And now I'm training other people to be speakers or presenters. I'm finishing a book, which is all about overcoming fear. I feel like that's one of the things that holds all of us back and from chasing our dreams. But something else I want to do is be a voice for what you're doing and sort of share, spread the word with more people. Because, you know, my background of being in psychology and counseling, and then also I'm very, very supportive of the, you know, suicide awareness campaigns and awareness month. And I really do believe that the reason why a lot of people sometimes struggle is because they don't feel connected and they don't have a community. And I think that that has become incredibly problematic in recent years for, you know, besides the pandemic. It also, I think, is because all of us are on our phones or we're, you know, on our screens or whatever. And so when someone like you puts together a community that people want to be in, show up for, are accountable and supportive and vulnerable with each other, that's a real connection. That's just not on the superficial level. Right. So I think this can bring a lot of.
Hope for people who are maybe feeling, you know, alone or isolated. And so I hope that you are just creating more and more communities and that more and more people hear about this. Because certainly even for myself, you know, I really stopped hanging out with as many people during COVID Right. And just sort of lost a lot of connections with people. I moved to a new city. I don't know as many people. And here I have now, from your group, met some incredible people. And in a really deep way. I mean, I use that word because it's true. People talk about stuff that matters. People have some tears. People, you know, they share. And I don't think we're used to doing that. We haven't used that muscle very much in the past several years. And so I just want to again thank you for creating this community and creating a place where people feel like they. They're safe. You know, no one's judging them. No one's going to be making fun of them. No one's going to be.
You know, doing anything but being supportive and encouraging. And also, these people now are going out and doing things in their lives that they've had on a bucket list from 20 years ago. So all around, I just think it's incredible. And I want to just. I just want to really actually talk about.
You're so funny.
Doing something really important. And I think this is going to. I think. I think there will be studies done on this that this, this improves people's emotional health or their. Their emotional well being to be part of a community that's truly connected on a deep level. So can you tell me what you have coming after Find your voice, because.
I want to know about all of it. Okay. I love it. All right, good. This is great. I'm feeling into this. See, I told you before, right? That whole being seen thing, it's like, it's so. It's like a. It's a conditioning. And I just, I didn't notice it until recently, really, when I was with Lorelei the other day, and I'm like, okay, what is this? What is this? What's happening here? It's a. See, it's being seen. It's like that conditioning to not want to be seen. And then even though I've done all this stuff, it still comes up, you know, so anyway, just.
But. But also when you're feeling that uncomfortable now, I want you to lean into it and go, oh, this is.
This is the good part. This means. Exactly. Yeah. You have to, like, kind of, like, step in. Yeah.
So it's.
I'm so excited right now about just the stuff that I'm working on because I feel like. I mean, for those of you that did see that video last week, but I like, really? Because I think. Because I'm sitting here doing find your voice again, and it's like, it hasn't started yet, but basically, before it starts, we do a couple pre dares to, like, get people to flex the muscle. So when the challenge starts in a few weeks, it's like they already know what to expect. So it kind of helps, you know, okay, this is going to take five minutes to watch the video, and it's going to take two minutes for me to do my video. Or for people that aren't going to do videos yet, they might just type something and post it, but it's just a gentle way to start. And so. And I've already been seeing, like, transformations in there just from like, a couple of dares, you know, and.
It'S just so touching and moving that. And then I'm like. And then so I'm, like, able to, like, tap deeper into, like, why I even did this, because, like, I sent an email today basically just saying, like, when I started this, I wasn't even planning on. It was just literally a personal fulfillment. Fulfillment project. I was working on other businesses that I was exploring. This was just my, like, hobby. And then research for a book that I was doing, you know, and then that's when I found the formula and then started embedding it into these challenges. And so, yeah, so now I'm doing the find your voice challenge, which is going to start. I always forget the date. It's like, in a few weeks. It's like February 19th. And so that's starting February 19th. So for. If anyone is here, I see a lot of people that are here. Then I'm so excited for you guys to, like, be doing this. But if anyone isn't, definitely comment find your voice because I feel like I can follow up with you after Just to make sure you have the link. But it's going to be really good. And then what's happening with that? It comes with a ticket to the audience accelerator program workshop that I'm doing in March. And so it's a. It's basically like a four hour. I think you were at the first one. I did. I did the first one. Very messy. It was after we went to Texas and I just sort of like asked the group, like, who wants to do it? A bunch of people said yes. And then out of that group, three people signed up for that. That's a. It's a bigger investment, but it's like you're basically building a whole business, you know, because I'm helping you create like your own online community. And like, pretty much that's what I'm excited about. Because as I've been helping Luis and Sean and Vicki, who are all just like unbelievable, I'm like seeing like, this is the thing, like, this is kind of like the last program people have to buy, you know, because there's like, I see so many people that are like, I gotta spend this money on that. Not that you want to educate yourself and all that, but in terms of being able to create some kind of like, really cool platform, you know, that you can monetize. And it's not just about the money, it's about the impact. It is the personal fulfillment side. But I think I see so many people exhausted with like funnels and emails and websites and like all of the stuff that can like, get in the way, you know, and the fact that like Luis already like, he did a. He ran a challenge, it was a five dollar challenge, but I wanted him to like, he doesn't have business with screen, so I wanted him to flex the muscle, you know, and be able to like sell it. And 11 people bought it. And he did the challenge this week and it was amazing. The first day we had some stuff where he was like learning he's a fitness expert, like, massive. Like, he like, is like. And so the first video was like, it showed how good he was. And then the second video, he was able to show like just one piece of it. And then that's how it. It was amazing. Once he like figured out, then he did this walking video that like, where he walked and we got to walk along with him, like, listen to it and he got to talk about, like, mindset and identity and like, all the things that he's kind of exploring right now. And so anyway, as you can tell, I'm really excited about this, because it's about it.
I love it.
Yeah. It's almost like you find your voice and then you're like, find your voice helps you figure out what you want, who you are. Like, you said so many of us, especially the people I attract are like the 45 and over, you know, like single divorce or some kind of massive change, health scare, you know, empty nester kind of thing. Not everyone's in that group, but, like, a lot of people are. And then that's when you really want to make that change. And so find your voice helps you tap into who you are again, you know, and then once you've tapped into who you are, what it also does, and this was the side effect I was not expecting is. And that's what I'm sort of speaking about now in these new videos I'm doing is, oh, my God. It's like people literally get comfortable on camera, you know, like, so comfortable. Like, not like, it's not like a show kind of thing, you know, like you are like seeing the person who they really are. Like, when I see like. And don't forgive me if I don't say your name, but when I see like Kimmy or Joyce or Marcia or Shauna or anybody, it's like, oh, my God, I'm like literally seeing them. And Paul started fireside chats during finder voice that last round. And anyway, so it's like. So that was the accidental dental part of find your voice, but now I'm like selling it like that because it is. It's literally like it helps you be seen and visible, you know? And so anyway, and then the second layer to that, that's why I have Lorelei coming tomorrow. She's going to help people basically now turn that into magnetic content that converts where now that you know who you are, you know, you can now actually be able to.
Sell stuff if that's what you want to do, you know, it's beautiful.
I see that someone wrote in the chat.
The word authenticity, which is something that is, I think, is what you're speaking to, which is that it gets us all down to our true, authentic self. And that is the most appealing thing to everybody, right? So we all show up, we have masks, or we're trying to be perfect or we're trying to do all this. But if we can just get down to our authentic self and have a conversation from the heart we're passionate about, right? That's so alluring to everybody. It's what they want because they're not used to Seeing that and that's what you're talking about. And that's what else is finding. It's that authentic self. And authenticity is such a golden. Especially right now. Think about it, with AI, what is the opposite authentic self. And nobody can compete with that. So we can all be in your communities and find our authentic voice, right? Yeah, we're going to be just fine. And I love this idea of the audience accelerator because I believe that there's an incredible loyalty because you're bringing together people that you're not trying to sell to them. You're trying to bring together a group of like minded individuals who all want the same thing. Does that make sense? You're trying to help each other. And I, I think it's incredible, this idea that you have. And I, So I want to be a part of that too. So I want to be a part of all your program, Stacey.
Yeah, well, so that's. So that's what. And just so. And everyone watching just. You guys know what's cool about this audience accelerator program is now I'm testing the formula on a whole nother level where I'm taking me out of the equation and I'm testing the formula by itself. And you guys, it freaking works. Like, that's what I was seeing is like, I'm looking at like it's a science experiment, not science experiment, experiment. It's not that bad. But like I'm like literally looking at like, okay, is it like, like it's literally this, this formula which is just a pure mentorship system, you know, and it like, it really works in terms of creating the space for connection. And so anyway, I've learned through you guys know, I applied for a TEDx talk and then auditioned last week. I think I told most of you guys and I had to tap really deep to be able to write that speech, you know, that I was doing. And I realized the why behind me, like, and the my people part of it is it comes from childhood and all that stuff and I'll explain it sometime, but it came from me not feeling safe, you know, as a kid. And so my whole like, I thought it was all about connection, but it's not. My life's like work is basically about creating a safe space for people to connect, be themselves and you know, be able to do that. So anyway, that's kind of the why behind it all, which is it's kind of interesting. I didn't realize that either until until recently, so. And now like all these other groups that are popping up, they have my People, you know, and it's not do the thing, it's their own, literally their own group, which is like really cool. So that's what the audience accelerate is basically creating your own version of, you know, it's like a do the thing baby, but it's on your own thing, you know, and then it has the formula embedded and then that's where everybody's able to basically feel connected through this other thing. Like, for example, Vicki just had her grand opening. Yes. Or today. It was amazing. And she's doing. Her group is on make, making lasting change. And so in there, people are going to be doing self care. And so that's the thing, right, that the people are bonded together and then all everyone's going to be sharing pictures of self care. And I mean, I'm really excited about that, you know, too, so.
Oh, so good. Stacy, you're doing it. You're doing the thing.
You're so awesome. Well, what do you think helps people get confident with their voice? Because that's something you're teaching right now too. Like, what do you think really helps that?
Yes. Well, it's, it's interesting because I'm, I'm. I'm always able to just fall right back onto my three words, you know, it's mindset, authenticity and presence. And that's what I help people with. So if there's anyone who's listening right now and they want to be working on that for themselves, a lot of it is mindset. And I know that that's sort of over time. We use that a lot. And so people might think it's cliche, but no, it's only because it works. It's because your mindset is really important and it's important to do whatever you can in your life to make yourself feel more confident. So with your mindset, that would be, you know, we have 60 or 70,000 thoughts going through our brain every day. We've got to be the boss, we've got to be the police. We've got to not be listening to the negative ones. And we, you know, I always say if you look for the good, you will find the good. So look for the positive things going on in your life. Look for the good things and put your. You will find what. Where your attention goes. So write down all the things that you're good at. Write down all the accomplishments you've ever had in your life. Write down all the awards you've ever won. Write down all the good things about yourself. Put it on a piece of paper and just Put it as many places as you can. We have to remind ourselves because the inner critic is too loud if we don't quiet it. Right? So that mindset piece is really important. The other thing is about authenticity is I spoke to it earlier is that when I finally took off my mask that I've been wearing all these years trying to please other people or be perfect or whatever, and I just literally is. It's down in some real drain somewhere. I don't care. I don't wear a mask anymore. I show up as myself. If you like me, you like me. If you don't like me, you don't like me. I use my voice to talk about what is important to me. Not everyone is my person. Not everyone is your person. But when they are our people, they will hear our message. Right? So I don't have anything to hide. I'd rather show up and just be like, yes, I've failed at many things. I've done many things wrong, but there's many good, right? You know, things good about me. And this is how I am. Take me as, you know, I really think it's important because then you stop caring what everyone else thinks. You can just use that energy in better ways. Do you know how much energy it takes to hide? It takes a lot more energy than it does to just show up. And if, if, if the people don't like you, they're not your people. Yeah, I didn't know that before. I thought, everybody be my people.
It's not how it works.
Yeah, and, and then the last.
Yeah, I was just gonna say you're bringing up such an important point because when you're, when you're stuck and your head is like thinking of all of the reasons why something won't work, or what do people think or self doubt or perfectionism or imposter syndrome or whatever's coming up. And granted, you guys, you have those feelings sometimes and you learn how to process them, but you want to be able to learn to like, move past it because then you're able to open yourself up for whatever opportunities are out there. But if it's sitting there, it's taking up your headspace, you know?
Yes, yes. And you brought up a good point that they are, are going to come into your mind, but that's when we start to be the boss and say, get out of there quick. You know, I have this, this funny story that I talk about fear is that fear is going to be there for me. But the difference is now when fear knocks on my door, I Answer the door. But I step outside on the porch and I have a little conversation with fear of what? Why are you here? What are you trying to. I'm like, you're not coming inside, you're not staying for dinner, and you're certainly not spending the night. But I will listen. You know what I mean? Like, I have this thing like fear. What in the world? Okay, I gotcha. But I'm gonna go back inside now and live my life. Seriously. You can come back next week when I'm trying to do something else scary.
Right.
It's like we just have to acknowledge and accept that it's going to be there. But do live our lives anyways, right? Do it anyways. And the last thing I wanted to mention earlier about helping people with speaking is just presence, right? So there's so many things online that you can do to study speaking, speakers to watch, watch every TEDx talk, you know, Google subjects you're. You're interested in already and then watch all the speakers and how they, they carry themselves. And you know, there's so many online classes you can take, there's so many ways that you can work on your presence. But the most important thing is what you were mentioning earlier. Is it Vicki with the self care?
Oh, yeah.
So, okay, so getting good sleep, eating well and exercising. The more fit you are, the better you feel, the stronger you are, the more confident you know, you're going to stand straight, shoulders back. There's going to be a certain way that you carry yourself. So really take care of yourself. That's the best way that you can improve how you're communicating with people. Right?
Yeah, I love that. And then you're feeling the best. So you're at your most like, energetic kind of vibe too.
Yeah, it's so good. Yeah. So this is a common thing that happens with the not feeling safe. And shame is why I've never really used my voice to tell my story. And then. But now I don't care what people think. I feel like that I love that you are kind of working through that. And I think what helps you do that is like when you find your voice, you get more convicted, you know, about what you're saying and like why it's important to you. So then it sort of releases all of that kind of like thoughts about what people think or what they're going to say about you and the judgments that people could have.
Yeah, it's really, really important. And I, I think that, you know, only recently I've started to talk about the fact that I came out of a.
I came out of an emotionally abusive relationship that ended two years ago. It was, it was not my marriage of 18 years, but after that I dated someone for about three or four years. And it was very, very, very good in the beginning and for a year, year and a half, and then turned it into something different. And I stay too long. And the only answer I can give to people to explain it is like the story of the frog who's in the pot of water. And when you get in there, the water's fine, right? And the longer you stay and someone's very slowly turning up the heat to almost boil it, right? And there was so much criticism started about, about how my voice, how I sounded. If I gained 10 or 20 pounds, I was body shamed. There was something wrong with my cooking. There was something wrong with everything I did was wrong my parenting. But what I can say is from every hard thing that we go through afterwards, I had a lot of time that I was able to spend on my own and work through why and how and do the healing and the work. And what it did was. Gave me now this muscle that is so strong to say now I can understand that. I grew so much that now I love myself so much. I would never let anyone speak to me that way again. I would never, ever accept that kind of behavior again. I will always, always honor myself and respect myself and love myself, you know, so I'm only sharing that in case there's anyone out there who's been through something similar and feels like I'm never going to get out of those feelings of shame, right? Of allowing someone to treat me that way. But what's beautiful is you can get stronger and then you can share the message with other people and help other people, right? So it's. It's like a gift that was given to me and I. It took me a long time in life to realize that sometimes really bad things happen to you. What a gorgeous gift, right? And it was late in, late in life, but I maybe would never have learned that, right? Just incredible, incredible, confident, unstoppable confidence now that I can share with others. But I would never have gotten there if I hadn't hit rock bottom and had to kind of fight my way out, right? And. And I. I heard a beautiful quote once when. When all you can see around you is darkness, you are the light.
I was the light.
And now I can be. You know, my daughters have seen me get stronger and more confident and at very late in life, take on this new career you know, do a lot of things I'm look at from you now. I'm going to stand up comedy, my improv class, you know, the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to be a dancer. Who knows? I mean, there's so much in life when you just say, you know, when you just say, wow, these things didn't happen to me, they happened before me. And there's. It's that idea of looking for the good. Right. I wake up every morning looking for the good. I find the good. And I always say, and I want you to. To do it too, right? Look for the good find.
Yeah. That's so good. Oh, I just wanted to respond to a couple people in the singles group, Eileen and Penny. Hi, you guys. So everyone's in.
Shoot.
They were just wondering where the chat was. There's, I think a lot of people that are in the challenge group. There's another. There's another do the thing Facebook group. So we have two. We have a singles group, which is my beginnings of when I originally got inspired from just even doing. My first challenge was a dating challenge. And so that group is devoted to. We do dating dare challenges. We do starting a book, getting fit. I'm trying to think what else has been in that group. But anyway, a lot of different things. We have a flirting workshop on Wednesday, and then we have the do the thing challenge group, which is do the thing community dot com. And that one is where we did a. Start a podcast challenge, Go live. I was telling you about that one before we went on. And then we did a two hour cocktail party, a bucket list challenge. Lots of fun, fun stuff.
So think about all this, like all this joy that you've created in all your communities, all the events, all the things it's like everybody's muscles are getting. You know, find the joy, experience the joy. You're really helping people. Stacy, I think it's.
Yeah, thank you. It's cool because we did that. You were at the watch party that we did for the bucket list challenge, which was like, I didn't even imagine. Was it Terry? Yeah, Terry was the one that, like, that was her dare in the community. We do a community bonus there where people basically give a dare to the group.
And.
And that dare one, which was the watch list for the bucket list. And, and it was so much fun because, like, we have this common goal, right? Like, which was our bucket list. Then we watched the Bucket list movie, you know, together. And now that's something Vicki's group's gonna do is they're gonna have like a monthly watch list movie thing in there. And so. And. But it's around self care, you know, it's around something with making lasting change. And I just feel like. I think that's what I'm excited about. It's like for you guys that are all here, right, it's the ripple that it can have and, like, you know, whether it's in do the thing, it's in your own group, it's in someone else's group. Like now you have all these tools, right. And you see it work. And so that's what I'm like, also really excited about. It's just that it's growing in, like a really cool kind of beautiful. Abundant. I think that's the word way, you know?
Yes. Abundant and joyful.
Yeah.
I mean, there's a lot of fun that goes down in these groups. A lot of fun. I mean.
Yeah.
And we all need more of that. Right?
That's the thing is like, so under. So the formula is I'm game and under the M and I'm, it's mindset. And so one of the biggest mindset tips that I give people is the what are your excuses? Which I do in every challenge, and then come up with a solution for how you're going to handle the solutions for excuses so you don't burn energy on them. And that's a game changer. That's a game changer thing to put in there because not only does it help you with that, but then it also. That creates the space to be safe for everyone because that's where you're vulnerable. And Alice saw Alex was here. I already mentioned you Alex, so I'm going to mention you again. But when Alex, her, she was the first one that I saw do that experience excuses there this round. And I was like, oh, my God. Like, it's already literally working, you know, just in that first one. And so, yeah, it was just really beautiful, like, to see that. And then. Oh, sorry. Where I was going with the fun is other is also under mindset. And I don't think people realize that, you know, fun is a mindset because if you can make something fun, it changes everything. And so that's why no matter what I'm doing, I always make sure there's some piece of fun in there. Hence dares, Right? I mean, how much fun are dares?
We have a fun thing and find your voice where I ask people, like, what kind of car would you be if you were a car? And like, That's a fun dare to just, like, play around with. And there's like, even. There's a way. I just talked to the singles group about this last week. I'm doing magnetic content for the people that are, like, wanting to do businesses and entrepreneurs, but for the singles group, they're wanting to date, right? So I'm like, oh, we can have a special zoom and I can show you how to, you know, use finding your voice through and do some dating hacks. And so we're gonna be doing that for anyone that signs up for the find your voice challenge through the singles group. So anyway, that's the point. It's fun. Fun is a mindset.
I'd love to hear. I'd love to hear you kind of share with people, like, the benefits of finding your voice, because that's what you're kind of like in this journey, right? Like, what are all the things you gain from that?
Well.
You know, it's so big, I don't even know if I'll be able to put it into words. Finding your voice.
Means that you will have lived a fulfilled life. I feel.
I feel like I will be sliding into home base with, you know, at the end of my life with, you know, dirty tattered my. You know, like, I will have done it all. I will have had fun. I will have lived every dream that I wanted. I will have, you know, done every thing on my bucket list. I'm just saying, like, it's almost like it gives you courage. It gives you courage, it gives you bravery because you then feel confident enough to take action and do it now, right? You start doing things and then that gives you more self esteem, more confidence. It's just sort of like this train, you know, it's a train that's left the station.
It's. I use that word, unstoppable. Because once you find your voice and you keep using the muscle and it gets stronger and stronger, then the whole world opens up to you in a way that possibilities, right. Are just everywhere. I think you use that word a lot, right?
Yeah. No, it's so true. Yeah. It's like the whole world literally opens up for you. It's like, true. Like, literally, like. And that's why I love having a podcast. That's why I got obsessed with podcasting for a while because, like, you read a book, oh, I want to talk to the author. You could literally reach out to the author. You listen to a podcast, you like the episode. Guess what? You could reach out to the. To the podcast hosts. I went To a. My daughter and I were in New York, and we went to a hard rock hotel, and there was a band there, and the singer was, like, embodying just, like, energy on the stage. And I just was like, oh, my God, I have to talk to her. Because she just, like, owned the stage. And it was like. I just still get something about, like. It's just such a beautiful expression of, like, who she was. And guess what? I reached. I found her on Instagram. I reached out to her, and she's literally an interview on my podcast. So anyway, that's the point of, like, the whole world is, like, open, you know, you get to learn about anything you want. You get to explore things. You get to meet people and then who they know is a whole nother kind of, like, thing. You know, it's like. It's crazy. Absolutely.
I. I can't even believe it. One of the guests that I interviewed on my podcast was Sean Kelly. Oh, ye big dream. And it was like my whole brain, like, exploded with what I learned from him, what I got from him, and just every. The stories that he shared about rejection, all of us, you know, it's lessons that I've been learning. And now I'm just so. It's incredible. I never would have had that conversation with him or that connection with him if I hadn't had the podcast. I absolutely agree with you that it's possibilities are endless. And, and that idea. Now, I have always been a person who tries to say yes. I don't. I don't like that word. No. You know, but now with. With the find your voice, it's even more so because there's. There's a strength and a bravery, you know, because we have the community who's also doing it at the same time. I think it's incredible.
I can't.
I, I, I always feel myself a little speechless when I need to share how incredible this has been, meeting you, being part of your different communities. Starting my podcast, I'm now doing the next, you know, find your voice. And I wanted to do the audience accelerator. And that made me sad when you said that might be your last program. It better not be.
No, I don't mean mine. I mean, like, people I'm thinking of, like, so what happens is. Yeah, so I mean, like, what happens is, I. What I find a lot is when someone's wanting to get into this space, they're, like, spending money on this course and then spending money on this program and then spending money on this system, and they think all these things are going to work, you know, but they're not connected. There's always, there's the factor of like, when you're doing something like this, people think they have to like do all this fancy stuff in order to like make it work. And so what I mean is whoever joins that program, you know, like when I launch it and march, you know, it's like that'll be the last thing they have to pay for to build an online community that they can monetize and then kind of like increase their platform. So anyway, so that's like, that's what that meant. It's really important to me because I feel like so many people spend so much time on.
Yes.
Like figuring it out, you know, and I'm like, literally like, it's so fun just like being able to hand hold and like do it that way. So. Yeah. So stay tuned for that.
And then, oh, I saw Eileen said I'm about to start a co hosting a podcast. I hope it's fun. A left turn in my career. That is amazing. So feel free. I don't know if you came in the beginning and I had mentioned if you are wanting, if you have a podcast and you want to have guests on your podcast, put your podcast name and then how they can reach out to you. Because, you know, I love being able to connect people like with podcasts and then. Or if you have a, if you want to just. You don't have a podcast and you want to guess, just say, hey, I want a guest. And then whoever like has a podcast can look later and, and you could just give some more detail about what you are excited about talking about and what you're excited about talking about. Could be literally anything. I mean, you could be snowmobiling and like that's a really fun podcast conversation. You know, you could have a story like what Sarah mentioned where, you know, you're coming from. Just a really.
Hard, you know, it's not the right word, but like just deep experience. Right. And then almost like that's healing when you get to talk about it. I mean, that's what I found is like, I mean that was part of. This has all been part of my healing journey is being able to talk about it and connect with people about this stuff, you know?
Yeah, I, I would love for people to put in the comments who would love to be guests. I'd love to have them on my podcast. I think that's incredible what you just mentioned of just telling your story. Storytelling is what it's all about. I mean, if if you think about from the time we're children, if you want to put your children to bed, you know, they never want to go to sleep until you say, I'll tell you a story. And then like everybody, you know, children love being told a story. We never lose that. We always want to hear a story. That's why we love going to the movies. Right? That's why we love a good book. And people want to hear your story, your unique story that's true to you, that's unique to you. And no one else has your story. So I hope everyone wants to share their story, will reach out to me and put a comment. And I'd love to interview you on podcast.
That's exciting. Well, so good. I'm so glad you were here. Thank you so much, you guys, for coming. I know so many of you that are here, like, going to find your voice. I'm so excited. If you are not in find your voice yet, please join. It's find your voice. Do the thing. Find your voice dot com. Or just put find your voice in your com in the comments and I'll reach out to you. And what else was I gonna ask?
I want to ask about that now. There's. There was not that many. Are there many spaces left so people know they can sign up?
So I have to check, but yeah, so I'm not counting the. I'm not counting people that are returning. So, yeah, I think we're at like maybe 17 people. There's like eight pieces left or something. But I was gonna check it later.
Yeah, no, I just want to make sure everyone who wants to get in can get in because it's amazing. So if my community is listening, if my community is listening, you know my three most important words, do it now.
Do it now. So good. And yeah, a lot of people want to be on podcasts. Amazing. I'd love to be in a podcast to tell my story with my mental illness. Amazing. I will be a guest and I would love to have you, Sarah, as a guest on mine. Yay. I love. That's so good. Amazing. And then, okay, tomorrow. Tomorrow I'm with Lorelei. That's at four o'. Clock. I might have said five, because I'm normally on a five, but she couldn't do five. So we're doing four o' clock, Pacific standard time. That's where we're talking about the bonus that we're including with find your voice. But even if you're not doing it, you should come because it's magnetic content that converts so you're bound to learn a lot just from that conversation. It's talking about how once you find your voice, then you can create magnetic content that converts. And so that's what she's helping with. Yeah, I will be great. And then if you're.
Can I ask a really. It's going to show my ignorance. What does. What does magnetic content mean? I always like to just show how dumb I am.
Yeah, no, I love. Right everybody, I love that question. Yeah, no, it just means like.
It means like when you can show up as yourself self. Right. And be like real on camera and be really clear and concise with whatever you're wanting to sell or present or something like that. And then you're able to record a video to be able to sell whatever that thing is that you want. So she basically, in the bonus, she's going to be teaching specifically that and I'm going to talk to her. So we start planning out what that workshop will look like. But I'm going to encourage her to use the. Where we could use the do the thing formula in the workshop. So I'm thinking people will be able to leave with at least a piece of magnetic content, you know, before they leave the workshop. The tomorrow will be us talking about it, but then the ideas behind it. So anyway, it's going to be. It's going to be really good. So that's the idea is like basically it came because I started getting sale. I never believed in Instagram. I was always like, eh, I love Facebook. Why would I want to do Instagram? And then I did those. She helped me do these two videos and like I've gotten like a couple people signing up a day just from those videos. I was like, okay, I guess this works. And now I want to teach people how to do it. That's how I do it. If I learn something, I want to teach people. And so many people want to make money online, you know, so. And just so you guys know when you're watching, those of you that are watching, if you're not even thinking this right now, I still want you to keep your mind open because what happened was with the group we have the podcast group, sorry, the group, this group that one of the groups this is in, which is the challenge group. We did the start of podcast challenge, but there were some people that joined after the podcast challenge or they might have come from the singles group and they like started podcasts even though they didn't even know they wanted a podcast. So because you got to see all the people that were starting podcasts and you're like, oh, I guess it's not that hard. I'm going to start one. So just keep in mind, keep coming to these things even if you don't think it's something you want to do because you never know. I mean, who knows? You know, in a year you could be having a hundred thousand dollar day just from something you learn on one of these live videos. You know, like, it's crazy, right when you think about it.
So good. Stacy, thank you so much for having me tonight and for letting me be a part of your community. It's been so much fun. I'm use that word, fun. It's been joyful.
All right, you guys, thanks for joining. Thanks so much for coming. Sarah, where can they reach out to you if they want to? But you will have your Facebook in there. But like do you have a Instagram you want to have?
