Hey, you guys. Okay, so this is funny. Find your voice. Just telling you. I am in the middle of trying to record this video for an event that I'm doing in April in San Diego. So if any of you would like to hear more about it, let me know because it's going to be amazing. I'm looking for speakers and also people to be a part of panels and all that kind of stuff. And so this is what happens to me when I am, like, wanting to do something where I have to actually, like, have a camera. So I'm going to show you guys to make meet Josh for a minute. You want to say hi? Hi, Josh. I have a camera. And, like, oh, there's a light going on here. It's like, this happens every time for some reason that something, like, bigger is happening where, like, I'm going more than live it, like, it, like, stuck stops me because all of a sudden I'm like, what am I gonna say? And how am I gonna say it? And so anyway, just want to share this. And so I'm going live right now because I have to get the energy to get the words out of my mouth to say what I want to in a minute to have people come to this event. And so what are you thinking? I just need to say. I need to pretend like this is on me. I think I'm just gonna, like, literally hold it like this.
Okay. Okay, let's go.
Josh to the rescue. Okay, There you go.
All right, so I'm trying to do this video. Here we go. We're doing the thing. So. Hey, everyone. All right, we'll try it that way. Okay. So my name is Stacy Lauren, and I am the founder of do the Thing. And something I've noticed over the last 25 years is the patterns of what keeps people stuck. Stuck from wanting to achieve their goals and the things that they really want in life. And something that I've seen and experimented with for the last few years since I've been doing do the Thing, is that there's one thing that we need in order to be able to achieve our goals and to be able to feel just the deepest level of personal fulfillment and satisfaction, and that's being with people who can help us achieve our goals. A lot of times there's this misconception where people think our friends and our family and our normal support network is enough. But a lot of times if they haven't, like, felt that goal or they haven't done it themselves, there's this misunderstanding or they don't understand what you're going through. And sometimes they might not be supportive, or they could be supportive, but they just don't know how to help you. And that's why it's so important that you're with people that are wanting to do the same thing as you. And so that is why I want to do this event that I'm doing in April. And I want to invite you to come because we're going to be connecting people who are looking to be. Okay, so this is where. So what are we doing? So that's why I want you to come to this event. Hi, Jamie. Say hi to me. So I could, like, feel your energy right now.
So. So let's see. That's why. That's why. That's why I'm excited. And that's why I'm so excited about this event that we're doing in April. Yeah. And that's why I'm so excited about an event. An event.
Is that an event? Is that what I want to say? It's an event. Yeah. And that's why I'm excited. Movement. A movement. Yeah, you had said that it's a movement. Yeah.
So movement. Start of a movement.
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Maybe just saying, like, something I've noticed in the last few years, I've been helping thousands of people get through their.
Like, so I wonder. Because that's the thing. Right? Like, it's. A lot of these people won't know who I am. Do I need to tell them that piece where I've been, like, helping people?
Like, you can. Yeah, but I mean, it's. You got your about on the. On the set.
Yeah. So I don't need to go too much into that. Yeah. Okay. And that's why we're going to be doing this event. This event is going to be the start of a new movement which is going to inspire people to be able to think bigger, dream bigger, and take any idea that they have in their head and turn it into something huge. Because you're going to get to go so fast. Yeah, I don't like that fast. You're going to get to go fast. Short event. And that's why. Doing an event. Because I want to gather people. Yeah. See, this is where, like, I just wish I could, like, figure out how to connect and have it be me. Right. Like, and just start talking like I normally do. There's something with the camera still that, like, just throws me off. It's good. It's good. Like, with the TED Talk, it was kind of like, one thing where you have to memorize the whole thing. And that was, like, already scary in itself. Yeah. And I think that's what it is. But anyway, it's okay. Going to get there. So it's like, event. Why is it important? Why do I care? Yeah. So I'm going to be bringing. Yeah. And I think what it is, this is the piece I really want out there is what? Azure Vision. Okay. Maybe that's what it is. Yeah. As your vision gets bigger, it gets harder and harder for people to understand what you're doing, because there's this, like, site that you have, but if people don't see it yet, it's hard for them to really understand what you're doing. And so we're gathering people who have gone through this process and been able to get that idea out of their head and be able to gather people around it. And we're going to be able to learn from all these amazing women who have started movements. And you're going to get to be with people who are wanting to start movements or that have started their own movement. And there's really this level of being a pioneer when you're starting a movement. Yeah, that's not something I want to do. Okay, let's start over. Okay. I could do this. It's just one minute. Okay. My name is Stacy Lauren, and I'm the founder of do the Thing. And I am so excited because we're going to be doing an event. An event. Okay. So what's there? Event. Okay. Got this. Got this. Documenting the process. You're seeing it real time. I got you. Hi, Becky. Good to see you. In case you were missing it, I'm trying to record a one minute video right now, and I'm like, I'm just gonna go live. Help me get my thoughts out of my head. Start talking through it. Okay. Hey, everyone. My name is Stacey Lauren and I'm the founder of do the Thing. And something I've noticed over the last. It's not really noticed. Yeah. Okay. Hey, everyone. My name is Stacy Lauren, and I'm the founder of do the Thing and. Okay. Hey, everyone. My name is Stacey Lauren and I'm the founder of do the Thing. I've spent the last 25 years seeing the patterns of what keeps people stuck. And I've noticed the one thing that can help people get unstuck and achieve any goal that they want. And it's all about the room. Being with people who have a common goal and being able to feel that support and encouragement and camaraderie and understanding that you need when you're with other people who want the same thing as you. There's so many misconceptions out there that your friends and your family and your support network is enough when you're wanting to achieve your goal. But actually, it's not enough. There's this level of, like, not understanding what you're doing. Okay, I'm getting there. I think there's one more minute left. I think I'm good. I'm gonna do it. Okay, ready? We're gonna do this. Okay, I got it.
Okay.
Hey, everyone. My name is Stacey Lauren, and I'm the founder of do the Thing. And I've spent the last 25 years seeing the patterns of what keeps people stuck. And I've interviewed thousands of people all over the world, and I asked them, how did you achieve your goal? I asked this question to. Okay, now I really am doing my TED Talk.
Okay. All right. Okay. Hey, everyone. My name is Stacy Lauren, and I'm the founder of do the Thing. And I've spent the last 25 years seeing the patterns of what keeps people stuck. And I found the one thing to help people get unstuck and achieve their goal, their dream, and get any idea out of their head and put it into action. And that's being with a group of people who want to achieve the same goal as you. I actually call that my people. This is where you're getting the momentum, the support, the encouragement, the camaraderie of being able to actually go towards something together beyond the same journey. Some are ahead of you, some are behind you. And this is what we're going to be experiencing in the event that I'm going to be doing in April. I'm actually partnering with she Talks, and we're putting on this incredible event where we're bringing on visionaries, women who are pioneers in creating movements. And I'm looking for speakers, people that can attend the event, people that want to be a part of the expert panels that we're going to be doing and the lunches and all of these different things. And this is going to be the spark of the movement that you will get to see the world be on the global stage. Because not only are we helping people find their voice, share their voice, make money from their voice, create a movement from their voice, but we're actually creating films from people's voices. And so this is going to ignite the movement that starts all of that. And I am so excited to welcome you to this journey with us and come join. I don't know how should I end it.
And we'll see you there? I mean.
Okay. Yeah. Okay. Hopefully we're good at editing. Okay. And we will see you there. We will see you there. Yeah. No. Okay. And. Oh, that's right. I could do my. Do the thing. Yeah. Yeah. So should I say click the link.
Below or join below and if you're going to use it for socials, we can, we can add that in or we can just say, you know. Yeah, you know, can't wait to see you there because, I mean, it's going to live on the website, too.
Yeah. Okay, cool. Yeah. Can't wait to see you there. Do the thing. Don't wait for opportunity. Create it.
All right. Bye, guys. Thank you.
