Tonya Lynette Stout: Crushing Negativity and Setting the Stage for Unwavering Confidence

Stacey Lauren and Tonya Lynette Stout discuss using short musical phrases to energize presentations and grow communities. A spontaneous virtual sound bite session brought in 14 new attendees and led to cross-promotion and paid speaking opportunities through collaboration and a go-giver mindset.

Okay, guys, we are officially live. And Tanya and I were just saying how this is a live kind of day. I don't even know what happened, but apparently we have a day full of lives. I guess I could do a summit now. I feel like, you know, I mean.
It'S a full day.
I know. Yeah. Because we have this live where we're gonna wait till you guys see what's in store for you today with Tanya. She's amazing. And then right after this, I have. Shawna is doing a delegate your task party that Tanya is also going to be a part of. And then in this group, but we're going in Eileen Wilder's group and teaching them. And Tanya's coming for that one, too, with the black card Sprint and showing them how Tanya got so many people to come up to her virtual event, which then shows that you have the skills to go to the masterclass, which was exciting. And then I have at one o'. Clock. Oh, my gosh, it is busy. And then at one o', clock, I have the pin for your cap show, right? Yeah, her cap show. And I really want you guys there because that's on YouTube, which is a scarier place for me. But with that, I have my mug, which is says, don't let anyone ever dull your sparkle.
Let's go.
Is that a sound bite?
Yeah, I mean, somebody. It's somebody's quote. Oh, my gosh.
This is so fun. And we'll tell them who you are in a minute, but we should, like, you could have a sound bite scavenger hunt.
That's fun.
Where maybe people like you, you give videos. I feel like that this was an idea. I think Paul Newstrom had this idea a while back where we talked about looking for bits in, like, different videos.
Yeah. So Kevin and I have found those in songs we found. We have found them because we're in Nashville.
Yeah.
We have found bits inside of songs and we call them lyrics. Learning your real identity, conquering system, but same same thing. So, yeah, it's super fun. And then Sean and I, we did a follow up yesterday, and we did a little fun. We just took a quote and we did kind of the hot seat right then in the follow up. So that was fun, too.
I love that. You guys are so fun. Okay, we're going to talk about you. And so.
Hey, Nicole.
Nicole's here. That's awesome. So we are going to be. Basically. Let me find the chat so I could see it better.
Where are. Oh, okay.
Let me see. So we're gonna. First, why don't you share for anyone that doesn't know you, share who you are, what you do, who you help, and then we'll get right into how Tanya is starting a movement around words.
Yes. Yeah. So for those of you that don't know, my husband and I do a thing together. We help individuals conquer and cash flow what you know, baby, is what we always say. But we help you conquer and cash flow your keynote message so that you can craft it, crush it, and cash flow it. How many of you here want to do the same? So that's what we do. We're here in Nashville, Tennessee, so we have a musicality. We talk about the soundtrack for success, and we pull in my background of songwriting, Kevin's background of corporate America, and we've melted those two things together to have fun, not boring stage presentations and keynotes.
I guess that's why we connect so much. Because everything I want to do is fun. And I just think you. You just exude, like. You exude fun.
I like to have fun. I do.
Yes. Yeah.
And I think. I mean, don't most people want to. That's what Sean and I were talking about yesterday, Stacy. It's like these boardrooms, if they would not be B O R E D rooms, because we work with corporate America, too. So the boardrooms can. You can. Once we have this sound bite sizzle session inside of a boardroom, it would unlock and does ideas that take you to the highest level value to your imagination.
That's so good. Oh, my gosh. So this is actually. We have to. My brain is, like, going incredible crazy right now because I'm like, we have to remember this conversation because I am very soon going to organizations and I'm putting my stuff there. Like with Find your voice and developing a leadership kind of program where I'm helping them create it, similar to what I'm doing now. But I'm Once this program, my program's on demand, then I'll have the energy and the capacity to do that. But anyway. Oh, my gosh. I would love to bring you in with that. That would be so fun.
I would love that. I think. I think, like, we were talking about the other day when we did this random impromptu sound bite sizzle session. Say that five times. What was. Oh, my gosh.
That's another fun game.
Yes.
Get to, like, do the name over and over again, and then we get to, like, practice and play. Okay. Sorry, I'm just.
We got.
It's okay.
That's okay.
At least it's recorded when we Were.
Talking about your, you know, we learned from the beginning of time in nursery rhymes. In the beginning of time. And so when we learned that it's what kept it to stick. Mary had a little lamb. We could all Repeat that. I'm 53, 50 years later. You know what I mean? So why don't we unlock that now in these cultural corporate America. Let's bring the fun and the sizzle into your organization, or in a sizzle zation, make that your nation that you work in, because that's what unlocks the ideas.
Wow. So we met. So you guys know, we met in Eileen Wilder's group through her Million Dollar Masterclass, which is what you'll get to see on Thursday.
On Thursday.
And so I have the audience accelerator masterclass. I'll be revealing the money grows on trees formula and also opening up the next cohort for the wealth experiment, which I'm really excited about. But anyway, we met there, and right now I'm putting the black card, which is all the people that have upgraded to her $25,000 mastermind, which is both of us. And she said, I basically am leading this group, which is so fun. And Tanya is one of the people. And it was a Saturday. Last minute. I'm like, hey, I think it was Saturday. Did I post it the same day or the day before or.
I think the day before. I saw.
Yeah, I'm gonna do this co Working session because. Oh, I remember because I wasn't even technically doing it for you guys. I was doing it for me because I wanted to promote my TEDx talk. Oh, yeah. Like, so thinking of who I could send it to, and I'm like, well, I'm doing this. I might as well do it with other people, because this would. That would be more fun. So then I mentioned it's. And I mentioned it to audience accelerator. I think we had, like, six people on with us.
Yeah, it was pretty small. And the whole thing about. Oh, go ahead.
Oh, it's funny you said small. In my mind, I'm like, that's a lot. Because it was like the night before.
Oh, yes. No, it is a bit.
Yeah. I'm like, that was actually. Yeah. And saying, we're gonna work together, but yeah.
Yeah, that was cool, Stacy. Because when we did that, it did ignite not just your TED Talk stuff. That's when you did the. You were doing the live email to somebody, and then you were doing that post, and I'm like, had the TED Talk.
Yeah.
Do it.
That's.
And then. And then. Then my stuff and then I think Randy's stuff. So. Yeah, and it was just a. A live collaborative session. Yeah, everybody benefited.
Yeah, it's so true. Because what I got from it was I was like, what? What did I do? Oh, that's right. I was like, what would be cool to help him promote the TED Talk was as if I did a virtual event, then gathered people together so then I could use it to promote the event. I was writing something about, I'm really good at helping people start a POD podcast. And then you added the start a podcast that can turn into a TED Talk. And everyone was really interested in that. Which I have to remember that that could be a good one of those seven dollar products that I can actually do to lead them into my world. But anyway, that's another story for another day. Mental note. But yeah, and then Randy and Angie, they did their master class. That also went really good. And then you, you showed us your sizzle. That's what happened. It was like we were just all talking. We're having fun. I don't know, is working fun? Like, it's so fun. Right? We gotta talk about that because I feel like I want people to see how fun this is.
Yeah.
But anyway, we're seeing you do your magic sizzle sound bites. And I don't even know what I said, but something happened. And then all of a sudden, five minutes later, we set the date for your events.
Okay. I just said. I just said yes. I just said yes. And then it all flowed after that. And the thing about it is, Stacy, you recognized what I didn't. I didn't know I was doing sizzles, you know?
Yeah.
So you recognize that? And then said, why don't we do this?
You know what's cool too, is it kind of doesn't have to be me either. For people watching, it's anyone. It's like you're with people. And that's what I love about having a gathering place, a community, is when you have people around you, they notice your genius. It's always the thing that don't ever even realize, but they're like, how did you do that? I do that with people who are good at cooking. If I see they're able to cook, that is not my strength. And I'm like, how in the world? But for them, it's like just natural or like crafters or they create this like beautifully exquisite kind of like thing. It's like. But you don't even notice it because it's like so natural. And that's what the Sizzling sound bites are for you.
And it's what your. Push everybody out of the plane and make it. It's good we have all these things. And I'm like, how's she keeping up with all of that? But it's your genius.
And hey, Grace, Good to see you. And Nicole just said her husband says fun gets done. Fun gets done. I like that. Is that a sound bite? That's a sound bite. The sound bite.
This is where so.
So this is where the. The. Okay, we'll talk about. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. There's so much. I see this being so big. And I don't mean big people. I mean big conversation, big impact. Right. I don't know what the people, but the. I'm never about the number. It's about the impact. Right?
Right.
So because what it. It brings this aliveness. You're almost the party trick for everyone's business, too. Like. Like, it's. Not only can you teach it, but when you teach other people that you're teaching them to be the party trick. So if they want. Or they want to speak or they want to create their gathering place, whatever it is, you're like the fun that gets to get them done. Thank you, Matt.
It's so true, Stacy. And what it does, even in the session, we did, like the first one and then the second one, it created ideas for offers from the sound bites.
Oh, yes.
You know, so it. Because ideas start to level. Come up. Come up to the top.
Yeah.
Makes it fun.
Yeah.
Well.
And what happens is, it's like when you say your dreams out loud and the things that you do out loud, and people hear it, and then they're able to either ask you questions because they don't get it, or they're able to say, like, oh, I love that. And, you know, it's like all of a sudden it brings this thing that's in your head alive, Right. Where you're able to. It expands then and grows. It has this place to live. And the energy. Energy flows. Okay. I'm just singing in sound bites right now.
But anyway, what happens. It's what happens. There is a musicality to it. And I always say music is the universal language. And there's a musicality to speaking, and it unlocks a part of our brain that we all then just start to flow into. And it is this soundtrack. It's like a silent sound soundtrack that everybody's on. And you do have the permission to just let it roll. And you get to affirm somebody like, that was so good. Because that came out of them. And then if Stacy didn't say what she said, this is how songwriting sessions are. If you wouldn't have said what you said, even if we didn't use Sparked. It sparked the final lyric, if you will, so that. It's literally one of my favorite sayings, is a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle. And so all in the room, we're just lighting each other's candle, you know, and it just creates this light inside of what started off as maybe a boring business session. And it just. Yeah, it just. It brings light to it and fun.
You know, it's so powerful, what you said, that I don't think a lot of people realize I did this the other day. I'm actually. I have to say, I'm creating it now. I'm not just thinking about. I paid money now to do it, but I am creating a global group directory, community directory. I think I'm calling it find your people, or find my people, whatever it's going to be called. But anyway, it became really easy to move forward with it, because, first of all, my group is with collaborations, right? And I am in a mastermind with Alex Sampilipo, the Podmatch founder. And I was like, hey, I'm exploring this idea. Can you come live with me in my collab? No, it didn't even start with Going live. Could. Could we brainstorm this idea? I want to hear about your. How you started podmatch before you created the software. Cause in my mind, software was too complicated. I wasn't gonna start there. Yeah. And he was like, sure. And then at the last minute, I'm like, do you mind Going Live? We could do it that way. And he said, yeah, sure. He. He's so amazing. And then because, well, number one, I'm in the room with the person that has created it, then, of course, he knows someone that has a. Does a no code website. Dan. So then I brought Dan on. We also went live. We talked about how he helps create it. It was so inexpensive compared to what I thought it would be. And so all of a sudden, now this thing's coming alive. So then this is getting to what you just said. I'm getting there, I promise. I'm landing the plane, tell you the whole story. So that. So then he gets the idea when I hear someone that. So my whole thing is about my people, which is the TED Talk. Like, the whole thing, right. It's all connected. He was telling me about this no code conference he went to, and he was like, yeah, we're all weird, you know, like, we're into no code. Who does that? Right? So then I'm like, okay, he totally gets it. Because I think I see my talk being a thing that's going to eventually get everyone to want to join the group, go to the event, go to the sound bite sizzle session. Because why would you not want to be with people with the same goal you have to be? It's like in our body, right? And so I want people to use. I want community leaders to use my TED Talk, or at least the idea from it, as a way to sell their high level mastermind, sell their event, because then they can ask people, who in your life has done it? Anyway, he got it. So then when I was doing the brainstorm session with Karen Samuelson, who's helping me with some images, and then I was also meeting. Oh, I was just meeting with her. And then I was like, oh, my gosh, Dan, can you come to this meeting? And he was like, yeah. He was like, I don't know what I would be able to add because I'm a software guy, but sure, I'm like, yeah, you get the idea. And then I had just been interviewing Junaid, who's a community builder, and then I meeting was right after, and I invited him. So all three, four of us are on this thing. And then all of a sudden, Dan, Karen's showing him all the images. They're really cool. And he's like, I don't know if I'm going to be able to add any value to this meeting because I'm not a marketing guy. And then he pretty much said that. And I was like, no, you get the idea. That's all I need. I need you to just get the idea. And keep in mind what you just said. The reason why it's so powerful is I've been telling people about this idea for like two weeks. I don't know if you've seen my posts about me. And it's been exhausting because no one understand. They understand it from like the group, but they don't know how it's going to sell their group. You know, I got it. But then all of a sudden he. Then all of a sudden he says, well, what I really liked about going to this event is that we all feel different or weird. We're not the only weird ones. I think that's what he said. And so he's like, we like, we like identifiers. Kind of like I do with my group, like daredoers, right? And then all of a sudden, I gotta show you this. I don't know if this is happening yet, but I at least presented it to them. So that's where now I have articulated because Dan said that one thing. Now I have like, this where it's like, I'm gonna. This is the way that I think my people. Right.
I love that. That's so good, Stacy.
Thank you. So the one. So the point of this is, is I never would have gotten here. Now people are gonna. And whether PodFest decides to use this or not now it's like, I've got the idea. I know how to now sell it to people, get them to do it. So it's great. But if Dan didn't say that, I would have never gotten here. So you're a hundred percent right. Is we've gotta be able to like, do that. And because we're in community and the gathering place, people aren't even safe to do that if they're not feeling like they're in the right container. Oh, gosh.
Yeah. That's so good. And just your premise of your TED Talk community. I think I've said this before with you. It's communing in unity. That word. We are communing in unity. Not for ourselves. It's a communion and being unified for the goal. Like you talk about.
Yeah.
It really is, as we know, energy. Where energy flows, it goes. And so there is energy in a room with, as I called your collaboration. There's the lab inside of the collaboration. And you put in a petri dish the one. One thing and it's just what it is. But when you add the other, it creates like two things. Create aluminum. You know what I mean? That's not right. Water, hydrogen and oxygen create the water. So I don't know. Science. That's about. As eyes. I go on that. But my point is exactly what you do. Just to absolutely agree with you. It's so important. And I don't know how many. How many people that are listening. You remember when you were in science in high school and you had to do it either by yourself or with a group table? I give me the group.
Yeah.
You know, and because it made it a lot. The experience a lot more fun. And iron sharpens iron. So we're all throwing these ideas to get to the highest idea, the highest imagination. So, yeah.
Oh, my gosh. So we planned the event. So we did the virtual event. And we could have left it there. You could have been like, I want to put a post up and wait for the Algorithm to do something. Right. But you didn't do that.
I didn't. Through your. Is through your guidance.
Yeah.
So I did. I put it in a couple of groups and I. I would say for me, the overcoming or conquering, what was the most concerning for me. Is it okay to share it in somebody else's group? I knew your groups were safe to do it. But if we could all go with that mentality of understanding it is not competition. We are supporting, encouraging in the current that's going and that we're all helping one another and that energy begins to flow. So, yes, I posted it and that's how we got. We went from zero to there was a total of 17 people in the room. I also had no idea that that many people were interested in what comes so easily to me because I just didn't know there was a desire for that. But there is. That's what's cool.
So cool. And you had a collaboration partner too.
I did, yes. And she posted it in her Facebook. Susan Sue. And honestly, that was from our post. That wasn't even. I didn't ask her to do that. So that's what's beautiful too. Because I'm going to highlight her in my group now. You know what I mean? And just like our thing today, I'm highlighting Shauna.
Yeah.
In my group because although we teach keynote speaking and how to do that everybody. If you're an author, don't you want to know how to do a keynote if you're in community. But yet I don't know how to do the author thing. I don't know how to do the Stacey collab thing. So it's just. We're all sharpening one another. That's it.
That's what's called realize, like, I really want to do a visual that has all of it. It's like that maybe I need that before Thursday marking it down. I'm gonna really have to watch this again. I'm like, you got the gathering place right. And then you got the person that can help with the keynote. And then it's actually not just the keynote. It's kind of cool because you can play with everyone.
Yes.
So it's so different than what everyone else is teaching.
It's totally. And that's exactly right. So that's the keynote part of it. But the sound bites are really. The words are our wealth. Words are our wealth. And that is when you take words. Sound BITE sizzles in a book, in Stacey's collab, in interviews, all of those things the sound bites are what is so memorable that sticks to you and your name as a legacy long after you've done written your book. You remember the quote in it long after the president dies. Right. All of those things we talked about the first time. Which is why I love. I love words. It's kind of weird. I'm weird. I want to be the podcast of weirdos. I love weird people, too.
Yeah. We got to figure out what your identifiers are like for your. What would be. Okay, let's play with this, because then I can Images for you. That'll be fun. What would be. Oh, let me show you a few more. So. So we'll see. We'll see what yours are. Because I'm eventually going to do this for people in my program where they're able to, like, bring people to their group over. Okay. Yeah, I'm going. It's the only place where my rambling is considered content.
Hilarious.
Then I think I got another one. I'm going to podcast where passion meets purpose and mics meet the right people. This is where wild ideas get the. And then. See, there's some more. Let's see here. My people know the big. This is the perfect one. I like this one.
That's. Do you know I'm in a closet? Like, I'm literally in a closet, like, legit. So I am. I am in a closet. We sold our house. We're in this rental for a year, and my. I can hardly move. It is a closet with that. I lean too far back. That falls down. So, yeah, I'm in a closet. Legit. So I must be weird.
Okay, so what would be your community? So your community. Tell everyone your community name again. We're going to.
Yes, It's Conquer and Cash Flow. Your keynote is our private community.
Okay.
Yes.
And so what would be your kind of weird identifiers for the people in the community? Let's just play. Is there anything in there that would identify them in your group? It's almost like we're sound bites or cash or where it. Was there any I got?
Well, I always say it's where your communication becomes compensation.
Ooh.
Yes.
Ooh. Okay. That is so good. Yeah. And what would. What would be something else that the people in your group. I gotta write that down. It's where communication becomes compensation. What would the people in your group identify as like you? What's weird about what you do with the sound bites? Is there anything that you could think.
Of that's weird about the sound?
I was thinking, but I'M just thinking like, for do the thing. It's. I mean, like, like, oh, I'm actually. I'm crushing it. Today. I took a shower when I. Or I had. I had to. I know when I recorded a video or something, like, I put makeup on. I don't know, something. Oh, like I went live. What would be another weird one? I don't know. It doesn't have to be weird, but something that would identify the people, make them identify in your group. Because I'm feeling like when I can help people do this now, people are going to be attracted and want whatever it is you have. Like, if you think about it, people that are Apple users, they have a. Like it's in a certain identity. Right. That you end up having. So it'd be kind of fun to. To play with that.
Yeah, I'd love to somebody to tell me.
Yeah.
I mean, truly. Because here's what was cool about the other day. Stacy.
Yeah.
And it could spark something. Is.
Yeah.
I. In my brain, I have these pillars that I didn't know that were pillars for people.
Okay.
You craft sound bites. And so I was able to give just a little bit of nugget of just a nugget of information that started to. People started seeing words differently.
Yeah.
And I've just always saw them like that. Right now other people are like, oh, just like seeing the word. Compound words and quotes and challenging cliches and little things like that. So the crafting of sound bites, when people don't think they're creatives, I'm like, yes, you are. Let's go. So anyway, I don't know what's weird besides just me, if you know me a little bit more. But I don't know if there's something about. You know, I just think everybody has a song inside of them. Everybody. And it doesn't have to go with music. And I always say your voice really is the instrument to anything you do. I mean, this is our instrument and that is the soundtrack.
Yeah. Yeah. Like our voices spit out bold. Okay, so Michelle's here. Hey, Michelle. She said a fun one for you, maybe. When I giggle at what comes out of my mouth. Sounds like a song. Craft sound bits. So good. Well, now I've opened that thought up. So to think about it, because that would be fun. I'm trying to figure out still what questions I want to ask to get people to know what their community almost like what their community stands for. Are you going to. For your people?
Say that again.
Are you going to have a name for Your people. Like, I have.
Okay, so we are the Conquer Clubbers. Like, because our. Our whole thing is you can conquer anything in life. Finances, faith, business. Your keynote. But in all of those, how we speak is the communication to compensation. So we're conquerors. So our.
We.
We're called the Conquer Club of our small, small side. Community.
Yeah.
Just, like, what do you want to conquer? Let's do it. You want to start a new business? We can do this. And really, that's the whole. Sparking one another with sound bites.
Okay, so let's talk about. So we had all these people at the event. You said 14. 14.
There's 14 plus the three of us. Yeah.
Okay. Yeah. So I have 14 plus us, which is so fun. And it was great. You want to talk about that? Because. So there was no planning, right? Did you secretly plan or.
No, you told me not to, but. Okay, so what's interesting in that I think people think you have to plan, but when it's already in you, it's just an overflow.
Oh, my God. That's so good, Tanya.
So good. I mean, so. And then I always say this, and I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere. I wish I could remember where I read a lot, but. So I didn't want to plan. Even, like, when I spoke in Las Vegas, you inspired me not to plan. Like, let's just not plan this. Let's just do it from an overflow of what's already in us, because we already have it in us. And then the overflow. This is the part that I've read, this part where there's a waterfall, everybody gets splashed.
Wow.
So then the overflow of who you are, what you do. I've taken 53 years to get to what I'm doing. And so the overflow of that splashed on people, and it.
They got.
You know, they got what they needed. It was refreshing, and it opened up something in them, which is what?
Yours.
Your stuff. Your overflow. Splash onto me. And you know what I'm saying? So anyway, I think that I did not plan it.
Promise.
Because we only had, like, three days. It was three days. And my mom. I was grieving my. And still I was grieving my mom. And it actually gave me accountability to just do the thing. That's why I didn't plan it as well. I. The day before, I was literally crying all day, and I just. I just was like, I'm just gonna. I'm just gonna be me. I'm just gonna be what's already in me. And I didn't know that what was already in me. This is gonna make me cry. That people needed it. Yeah. Or I don't know what that's from, but anyway.
Yeah.
So it's super cool when you just unlock what. What you. You don't. It's the strife. It's the resting and the knowing that everything you need is already in you. It's in there. Yeah.
It's so good hearing you say that because there's so much power in being able to just gather people in whatever capacity that is. Right. A lot of people, they think it's all about the group, but it's like the group is just the. It's like the podcast. It's just the vehicle where people get to, like when you can gather people on a zoom, in person on a whatever, WhatsApp group, it doesn't really matter. But when you're able to connect people together in this way, where then the magic comes out of you. So the magic comes out of them. It is so powerful.
One of my favorite books, I don't know if you've ever read it, is called the Go Giver instead of the Go Getter. I read it probably 10 years ago and I've read it twice, but it is such a great book and it's called the Go Giver. And it's just kind of like. I feel like it's more of like a parable of. Or some sort of a story. It is a story, but it just reminds us. It's. It's what your. It's what your concept is for sure. And it is the Go Giver. And what happens at the end of this book, I'm not going to give it away, but it's incredible.
It's.
Richard joins Stacy. And it's very small. It's coffee top, you know, coffee table book. But I used to. I've given many away of that book years ago. But it's incredible. And I think if we can walk into our space and allow ourself to pour out it and give. Being a Go giver instead of such a go getter, you know, the hustle. It's like that's where the beautiflow happens.
Yeah. Oh, yeah. We have to go here first. Before I forget. So what's happening now is. So you got to see how your magic showed, right? Because we all were like, what is happening? This is so good. And then. Then it doesn't stop there because you have a gathering place right now. All of a sudden. It's continuing. It is.
It's it's. It's super wild. Yes. So then I, I did the interview. I followed up with you say or what you recommended, like, hey, you know, why don't you. So somebody that was in the group that did the sound bite sizzle session, I interviewed him, live stream on my platform of the conquer and cash flow, your keynote. And then, you know, shared his stuff so people could see what he, what his genius is. You know, what's sizzling inside of him that somebody might need. They may not need this communication to compensation. They may need a copywriter. So we highlighted him go giving.
And then even beyond that too, like even more. It's like the comments are flowing with sound. Yes. Now where everyone's like, once you've opened the portal of the brain to the sound bite now it's like so true.
It's. And I love it because I'm like, oh man, we could write a song right now. But. But seeing. Yeah, just seeing people's responses to seeing. Susan did a reel and she, she had typed. I don't remember where, but she had typed a sound bite sizzle. And I was like, girl, that's brilliant. Go put that on your reel because that's. That'll stick, you know. So I. Anyway, yes, it's opened up and then it just starts opening up people's brains. And it actually is just the very. It's like Alice in Wonderland. It's just the first door. And then those, those sound bite sizzles turn into what's the bits and then that turns into the speech or the book or the online, you know, the, the TED Talk. It's just one door of many.
Do you have any thoughts? So now that you see my people in action with people around a shared goal. Right. Which. That's what the sound bite sizzle session is. It's literally like, that's why it's magical, is because everyone's wanting to do something with their speaking. Right. And then all of a sudden now we've got this space with people just connecting and creating these really cool conversations. I was just curious because I'm still struggling explaining the idea to the people that have these communities and that want to do events on how to connect it, that this is going to help you sell your event. And I'm just curious if you have any thoughts on if there's a sizzle way for me to explain my people and the power. And even the other day, I don't know if you saw that I had one of the other TEDx speakers on with me on Sunday night. And her talk is so crazy. This is a soundbite, I think on the unresume, which is the things that you don't really put on your resume, but it's the things in our life that are our life experiences. Anyway, she was talking about doing a thought party around her talk, and I was like, I'm a thought party. And I'm. I told her, I'm like, I can help you because the party is my people. So then we can actually be promoting both of our talks that way. And so anyway, I'm just curious if you have a way to explain it better or a sizzling way to say it.
Gosh, I probably maybe have to process that a little bit more. But what I would say that it has done for me personally.
Yeah.
And being in those groups, I think it's everything we all crave and it's truly community.
Yeah.
And you know how like you said you could post these professional pictures and that sort of thing. You don't get to know people until you get behind the pictures and the pixels and actually. And then you literally hear the vibration of our. The frequencies, energy of our voices to even. It's like a text. Sometimes you don't feel like, what was the languaging in that? Did they have an exclamation mark? Are they mad? Those thoughts that are crazy. So what it does in your communities is we are a sharing sometimes uncomfortable things hand to hearts. Like, yeah, sharing this with strangers, but better to share it with than strangers because you can be a. For some people, they may not feel safe to share it in their, you know, their. Their family or whatever. Maybe they're embarrassed or maybe the dream's too big or whatever that is. And then I think just getting very comfortable with who you are. And I love seeing people's response and you know, just like anywhere you naturally gravitate to certain people, certain resonations of voices, it naturally just in the world, it's part of it that you're drawn to and it's just super cool.
Yeah. And with find your voice specifically because hand on heart. And the reason why that works is because the goal is that everyone wants to find their voice. So that's why it's okay to do it with strangers because they're having the same goal as you. And so, yeah, it's so fun. I'm so excited to keep doing this with you. I love that you're good with playing. And then I loved seeing you. You share Shauna's thing today. Cause I was like, shauna, Just so you guys know, she's someone. So Tanya and I did this a week ago on Saturday. And then she had her. Her session, her virtual event on like, Tuesday or Wednesday. And then the same thing just happened to Shawna this Saturday. So we're doing hers right after this, which is the delegate your tasks. And that's at 11. Then Tanya shared it in her group. So immediately she's. You're giving back to someone else, which I just love, as, you know, go give her, I guess.
Totally. Yeah. Go give her. And what I would say to that, Stacy, because I would imagine possibly some people may be thinking, well, you could possibly be thinking, well, how can I be on all of these things? You know, how could I have the time to do that? And I always just pray, like, just show me the right thing I'm supposed to pop into. And if I wouldn't have popped into you on that Saturday, then none of this would have transpired. So you don't have to be everything, all the places at all the time.
Yeah.
And just one little session with a few people created octopus hands of many things. Because you, Stacy, Lauren, are following the voice that you're called to and the word calling. We talked about this. I think maybe with you, all these words, but the word calling, people are like, I don't know what my gift is or my calling. And, you know, you don't have to be quote, unquote, married to your calling or your passion may not be your calling, but inside of the word of calling is all in C, A, L, L, I, N G. And so your calling is, where are you right now? What are the gifts and talents you have right now? Share it in your territory.
Yeah, yeah. And, yeah, it's so good. Hi, Charlotta. Nice to see you. And so, yeah, one of the things I teach in my. With the program too. It's like anytime you're having an opportunity to do something like this, you know, and you understand the power of collaborations. And then you also understand and not just say, hey, I want to collaborate with you. It's like, no, I want that for this kind of like me, I already have in mind. Specifically, oh, when I do this corporate thing that's gonna be so fun when we're organizing stations, so you don't just go to someone and say, it's almost like, totally where I have a lot of people come to me and they're like, I wanna collaborate with you, but that's it. Right? And I'm just like, I don't have time to, like, think about how this could work. No offense, I love people, but I just. I'm so busy right now. I need you to tell me specifically or show me in these sessions. Right. So. And it's not just me, it's you too, right? Whoever it is, that's like, we're getting to see the gifts that each other has.
That's right.
And then. Oh, that. I need that here. And then as you get more clarity in what you're doing, or as the people in your group are needing certain things, you're like, oh, sue, you do this. I need that. Can you come? And then all of a sudden, that's where it becomes so fun. And then you're coming to these things, and it's actually kind of like, work because you're getting the connections. It's not work from like a. Like I'm working, but it. It leads to revenue. Right. Because now you're sharing audiences. You're building these amazing networks. And so anyway, there's. There's something here that's really exciting, too.
Mm. So what that allows. Two things came to mind when you said that, Stacy, is I always say, release your expertise. Release your expertise. People like, release your expertise. How else. What a better way than how you're allowing. You're giving opportunities. That's what it is. You're giving opportunities to release our expertise. And if you don't know what your expertise is yet, you figure it out as the candle lights another candle. And then you're like, that's. Oh, that is my expertise. That sort of thing. And also what you're doing, Charlotte. Yes. Release our expertise. And also what you're doing, Stacy, is. You know that formula? I can't remember if it's Steven Pressfield or. I don't know. Anyway, it's the 7 11. 4. 7 touch points. 11. Maybe it's 7 hours, 11 touch points for different platforms. Something like that formula. But just in your dares alone, Stacy, somebody has seen me 17 times. So you are inside of a formula that works in an algorithm that's already out there.
Wow.
Because people have. I've seen you speak 17 times in your 17 day sprint.
Yeah, that's actually a really good point.
You meant to do that, didn't you? Yeah, yeah, I meant that.
But it's so funny. It's like everything I do is. I literally was talking to my boyfriend about this last night. I'm like, I just created a WhatsApp group. I'm like. And then I'm like, wait, I forgot. I just created two. I'm like, literally, it's. It's kind of an addiction. It's, like, really bad. But it's. It happens. It's like what happens with you with sound bites. That's. Groups is my thing.
That's right.
Like, whatever's natural. You don't even notice it. So it's just, like, right thing. Yeah, but.
But that's what's so cool about it. Like, Shauna, that thing. We're getting ready to hop on here soon. She, you know, wasn't sure about, you know, she love. When I heard. Shauna, if you're listening, when I heard you say I love to make spreadsheets, I wanted to crawl under my sheets. Okay. Because that sounds like torture. But what's so cool about it is I want to get into her brain and see how are. What do those systems look like? Because that can serve my company as well. And what I do. Sound bites can serve your company as well. Let's do the thing. Can serve. We're serving. I mean, bottom line. Serve, serve, serve.
Oh, my gosh. Well, this has been so fun. I love being in your world, and I'm so excited just to continue to see it. What you. Your group and you just come alive through the work that you're doing. I'm just thrilled.
Well, thank you, Stacy. I'm excited that you. I keep saying you pushed me out of the plane. I hope you're okay with that.
But no, I love it.
First of all, that's a dream of mine. I wanted to do that this past summer, and it got canceled in Colorado to be pushed out of plane. Then the parachute will come. Because I love the thought of the adrenaline of that.
Yes.
And even though it's not, you know, you're. It's a little scary, but being pushed out and knowing with the expectation that it's going to be good, you know, there's a parachute. There's somebody on back of me. That's Stacy. Like, she's on back of me. Up and down. The landing may not be smooth, or maybe it will be, but it doesn't matter. It's the view, right? Yeah. So anyway, thank you for pushing me out of the plane, because I would have. All of this wouldn't have happened if you weren't such a go giver.
Oh, I love that. I'm gonna. I'm gonna read that book. That's so good.
I think you'll. I think you'll like it.
Well, I'm gonna enjoy spending the day with you.
Yeah. We'll see you in a couple. We'll see you in the next couple of hours.
We'll go to the bathroom. So if you guys didn't hear, we're doing another session with Shauna coming up in 13 minutes. We're actually gonna give the zoom link in the group too, because she's gonna help you delegate your tasks, which I personally am also really excited about. And then after that, Tanya and I are going to a separate group for those of you that are in Eileen's group. We're doing that on Black heart. That's at 12, and then at 1, I'm on YouTube. It's my very first time on this new sponsored show for Cap show and would love to be talking about how to unleash your content beast. Is that a soundbite?
I'm like, yes.
The whole is that a sound bite? Thing to me is so fun. There's so much here that I just am so excited.
Oh, yeah. Unleash your content beast. Let's go.
Absolutely. Yeah. So good. Oh, my gosh. All right. Oh, please show your group again. Do you have a domain redirect yet for your group?
No, I started working on that yesterday morning.
Okay.
You have it very well planned on how to do that, so. No, but it's Conquer and Cash flow your keynote. And eventually. Listen, it could change into sizzle something.
But I think it could, because I feel like it's. Even people that are going on dates might be not. I know people say rich are in the niches and all that, but it's like, I think when you have a goal that people are excited about, it's just everybody needs it. But again, you could always figure that out later.
No, I agree.
Yeah. Your paid programs could specifically pull out the keynote.
Right.
But grind out like, everyone.
That's a good point. Yeah, That's a good point. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Think about. Yeah. So, yeah, join the group. For right now, it's called Conquer your keynote.
It's Conquer and Cash flow your keynote.
And Cash flow your keynote.
Join. I'll put the link wherever you are. I'll put it down in the comments somewhere.
All right, you guys, thanks for joining. Do the thing. Don't wait for opportunity.
Create it and compensate it.
Oh, I love that. Stacy. You can see that. Stacy, Lauren says, don't wait for opportunity. Create it. And I say, and compensate. And compensate, dot, dot, dot with Eileen. Where. Because I'm like, Eileen says, yeah. What does she say?
Oh, something like procrastination is the.
Yeah.
Something to your destination.
Yeah, I do one. It's a new one that the skills.
Oh, I have the bills.
Because the master class gives you the skills to pay the bills. The wealth experiment. You get the. Or with money grows on trees, you get the skills to pay the bills where you don't have bills anymore.
Yeah, got it. Yes. So, I mean, but look at how cool is that. We remember those with the person connected to it. So you see a visual of the person with that. So that's, that's how cool it is. So. Hi, Charlotta.
Good to see you. Oh, yeah, bye, Charlotta. Thanks for joining us on here. Okay, bye.
Bye.
