It's time to come out of hiding and get out of your own way. I used to be terrified of putting myself out there. What are people going to say? What are they going to think? What am I even going to say? And now, a year later, I'm doing stand up comedy and I'm going after a TEDx talk. What is even happening? And I want to show you how you can come out of hiding, be seen in your business, in your relationships, your community. And it's not what you think. I'm not going to tell you to go live on Instagram or just to keep showing up. You have to start small. You have to start safe. How do you start small? How do you start safe? You start exercising your voice and putting yourself out there in a small, private group so that you can slowly build the confidence to put yourself in bigger spaces. I've created that safe space so that you can find your voice, find your confidence, discover who you are and what you even want to say, so that you can finally stop holding yourself back from the things you want to do.
