Cool chart from our @DoorDash earnings report. If you didn’t start with your customer, you’d think DashPass is a bad idea (lower consumer fees). But the team put a half a decade into making its value undeniable so that members order more. Over time, what should’ve been a headwind doubles your profit per user. Just one example of how we turn an either/or into a win/win.
