Hi, my name is Mary. I'm a product designer at Bolden. In this video, I'll show you how to get started with Bolden in five easy steps. Let's Get Started Step one is all about getting organized in Bolden. You can enter or update your details in MyPlan. Let's walk through the basics. Review inputs made during onboarding, including your birth date, retirement and longevity. Age Input your living expenses. Spending is key to understanding how long your savings will last. Through longevity, you can use the start and stop ages to model expenses that may begin or end in the future. Connect your accounts using secure connections. Add your savings, investments and other financial assets. Our digital Coach is working behind the scenes to identify opportunities to help you improve your plan. Track your plan completion on the My Plan Summary page and use it to work toward completing your plan. View milestones, important dates and events to stay focused and aligned with your goals. The more information you provide, the more accurate your plan projections will be. Step two is seeing where you stand now that you've organized your financial details. Bolden's Chance of Success score shows the likelihood your savings will last through longevity. Review key metrics like savings rates and average retirement withdrawal rate in the Financial Wellness section and explore personalized insights to improve your plan. It's easy to add and remove metrics in your watch list using the metric library. Step three is about making better decisions with Explorers Our Social Security Explorer shows how your decisions to claim benefits at different ages impacts your plan. Adjusting your claiming strategy can make a big difference to your chance of success, so take the time to explore this feature. Step four focuses on making better decisions with scenario comparisons. Our Scenario Manager lets you create alternate plans and compare them side by side to see how adjustments like retiring earlier or changing your Social Security strategy affect your net worth and chance of success. Success. Use it to experiment and make informed decisions about your future. Step five is Staying on Track. Financial planning isn't just about starting, it's about maintaining progress. Get support through our Help center in Plan chat, coaching sessions and classes to build financial knowledge. If you're new to the platform, I encourage you to check out the On Demand Getting Started series and the daily Bolden Way to Plan live classes available in the classroom.
