Hi folks. I'm Steve Chen, Founder and CEO of New Retirement. Thanks for being part of our community and contributing to the evolution of our financial planning platform that we have built together with you today, I have some important news that marks a new chapter in our story. We are proud to announce that New Retirement is rebranding as Bolden. The number one thing we hear from our community is that taking charge of your financial plan helps you feel more confident about your money. And that confidence gives you the courage to be bold in life so you can make important choices like retiring earlier, taking a sabbatical, having children or buying a house. We want to help you explore what's possible and design your life around what matters to you. We aspire to help our community make the most of their money and time. Our users tell us that being financially resilient changes their lives and their children's lives. Our platform is about money, but this company is about lives and families. We chose Boldman to reflect our values and this vision. I first started this company to help mom out her own retirement plan. She needed help and she couldn't find it from traditional financial services solutions. It was expensive and confusing and so we ended up doing ourselves on spreadsheets and we saw how complex it was. And from that experience, the core of Bolden was born. Our core purpose, to serve our community in a transparent and aligned way, is never going to change. We remain committed to providing financial education for all users because we know that a financially literate world is a better world. We'll also always offer free financial planning to anybody and we'll be clear about our pricing and offer premium subscriptions In a transparent way. Our users are the customer and not the product. Today, about 10,000 people a month create their own plan for free. Over 2000 upgrade to Planner plus and thousands are taking advantage of classes, coaching and advice. Our community builds confidence through planning. As we look ahead to this next chapter, our team will always continue to work hard every day to bring you the most comprehensive, accessible and affordable planning platform on the market. Thank you for your support. We would not be here without you.
