Let's get right to it with Beaches, Turks and Caicos. There are now 5, 5 villages to choose from. Lots of selection, so it can be confusing. So we're going to go over all the different villages and which one is right for you. If we haven't met before, I am Steve Griswold. My wife and I own Pixie Vacations and we're happy to help you book any of these rooms. Working with us is 100% complimentary. So let's get to it. The first village I want to go over is the French Village. Now this village is the most affordable of the 5. Now they just redid some of the rooms. I was just there. They did not redo the bathrooms, but they did redo the rest of the rooms and they look really nice. So for the most affordable options, I really like these rooms. Now these rooms and this whole village is located kind of furthest away from the beach. So you're getting pool views and garden view rooms. Some of the things I love about this area, you're very close to the Pirate Island Waterpark. So if your kids want to go to the waterpark, only steps away. They have a pool right in the middle of this village that's kind of a hidden gem. A lot of people don't go to this pool, so it's very easy to get pool chairs. More of a quiet pool compared to some of your other pools. There is a swim-up bar, there is music., but compared to like the Italian Village, this one's a little more laid back. There are 3 things I love about the French Village. First, the price. This is where your entry-level rooms are. Second is the water park. The Pirate— if I can say it— Pirate Island Water Park is steps away. Slides, lazy river. There's a dog. Who wants— what do you want? You want to go? Are we going to take you for a car ride? Yes. Are you excited? You're very excited to go. Okay. Now the French Village is also fantastic for food. There's a mac and cheese truck right there, right next to the water park. My kids' favorite buffet for breakfast is located in the French Village. And right next to the buffet is one of my favorites, Café de Paris. My wife would pronounce it much better than me, but for coffee, cappuccino, crepes, they have crepes there as well. So some of the things you should be aware of with the French Village, again, it's not on the beach, so it's kind of tucked away more in the kind of tropical area of the resort. So away from the beach, but it's a little bit of a walk, not too bad. The other thing is the roosters. So this wasn't an issue for me, but we have had some guests there where the roosters wake up at like, I don't know, 4:00 or 5:00 AM. So you might hear the roosters. The third thing, the entertainment stage is very close to the French Village, which is an outside stage. So if you're trying to take a nap at, I don't know, 7 to 9 o'clock at night, you might hear some of the noise from the stage in that area. Let's go over to the Caribbean Village. Now, the Caribbean Village has a ton of room categories. So if you're looking for villas or you're looking for suites kind of closer to the beach area, it has that kind of in a tropical garden area and then has a main hotel building kind of pulled back away from the beach. Inside the main hotel, you will find a breakfast buffet and a lunch buffet. You'll also find, if I can pronounce it right, I wanna say Sapa-Dillas. I love this for Caribbean food and it's air conditioned. You know, I love my air conditioning. It's really nice. Great Caribbean food there. Oh, hidden little gem too. In the main lobby off to the right, is a little 21 and up only bar. So before dinner, you want to get out of the heat, you want to have a nice drink and then go to your dining reservation. That bar right off the main lobby is fantastic. Two large main swimming pools. One has, I think, volleyball, other kid activities. It's right when you walk out of the lobby. The other, it's the Iguana Pool. The other one a little farther down right by the beach has waterfalls, loads of seating, has a swim-up bar, has a kind of jacuzzi area also right by the beach. And it has a great restaurant, one of my favorite restaurants for lunch, Lunch Buffet at Arizona's. Buffet inside, Southwest kind of Tex-Mex, and then when you walk outside, they're cooking on an open-air grill. So if you want like fajitas, they've got all the toppings there. Chicken, steak, all kinds of meat just cooked right there, right to order. One of my favorite villages, the one I go to almost all the time with my family, the original Italian Village. They just redid our favorite room too. So when you walk in, you've got bunk beds for the kids. You've got a main bedroom for you. Really nice, very centrally located right by the beach. The most popular pool, Treasure Beach will probably be the next popular pool, but really love this pool. Lots of activities, swim-up bar, aerobics, all kinds of stuff going on all day long at that pool. If you get a Butler Suite in the, in the Italian Village, I love to get one of the little cabanas right there. I mean, we have come down, parked all day long in our cabana right there. They bring you lunch, have some drinks, just relax right by that pool. Now also, they have a restaurant right there on the beach where you can go barefoot in the sand. That's fantastic. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have Mario's for Italian. They also have a buffet in there for breakfast. Dino's Pizza is close by. They have a new coffee place and yogurt place, JoJo's and Froyo's. Now, Froyo's closes at 10 PM. I know you're like, why am I going to be eating ice cream at 10 o'clock? A lot of people are there like, okay, I can get my last fix of ice cream. That's right there. Really great centrally located village. So let's go over to Key West. Now this is right next to the Italian Village. It has amazing little villas right on the water. Some of them even have private pools. Some of these are 3 stories, 3 and 4 bedrooms, so you could sleep up to 10. So if you have an extended family going, those are a great option. Now the rest of the village is kind of tucked away from the beach, so you're getting more tropical views versus beach and ocean views. Very quiet. Two pools. Now these pools also are very quiet, a little smaller. I love— there's one that's really long, kind of right by the beach, has its own little bar. Like, I have been there with people and it's almost our own swimming pool because because hardly anybody is there and hardly anybody is at that bar. Lots of restaurants. Sky up top, great for breakfast or sunset views for dinner. Also, there's a great spot right on the beach to watch the sunset over here in Key West. Again, now this used to be, I believe, a timeshare that Beaches picked up a long time ago. So some of these rooms, I have been in rooms that have full kitchens, but Beaches is all inclusive. So you've got a fridge, you've got a dishwasher in some of them, you've got a washer and dryer, you've got a, a place to cook, but you're not gonna be doing any of that. But that's kind of, some of that is leftover from when this resort was picked up from Beaches previously. The final village, Beaches Treasure Beach, March 1st, 2026 is when it opens. We're already booking people in there. It's already open to book. It's the most expensive of all of them, but it has your nicest room categories for multifamily, for suites, for large families. It's got an amazing pool, infinity edge pool, looks spectacular. There is a kind of small slide area. It's not another Pirate Island Waterpark like over by the French Village, but it is like a little area for kids to play on some smaller slides. Again, you could be staying at the French Village. You can be staying at the Caribbean Village. You can stay at any of them and you can use the amenities of all the villages at Beaches. So you don't have to be staying in this village to go to that pool, to use those little slides. It's not a full water park. It's just a little area there for the kids. They're gonna have a cinema. They're gonna have a new food hall, a food hall concept that's gonna be super cool. I believe there's even snow cones in there. They have— oh, this is going to be great. If you love Sandals, which is their adult-only resorts for couples, if you love Sandals, they're bringing their top-tier steak restaurant from Sandals to Beaches, Butch's. So Butch's will be coming. That restaurant will be over in that village. Now, this is, if you remember, it's kind of next to the Caribbean Village that we talked about earlier. It's right on the beach. It used to be where the Jerk Shack was back in the woods before Hurricane Fiona destroyed my lovely Jerk Shack. But there is, there's a jerk, there's a jerk truck now kind of over by the Italian Village. Anyways, beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing, amazing village. It's on the higher price point. So this is more of your luxury rooms, room service in all the rooms. So hopefully that gives you a little overview of all 5 beaches, Turks and Caicos Villages. There's a lot to go over, so we're always happy to help. If you need help, just reach out to us at pixievacations.com.
