I have some sad news if you're a Beaches Resort fan. Uh, Beaches Jamaica Ocho Rios will be closing in about 4 weeks. So May 31st, 2025 is the last day, uh, for Beaches Ocho Rios. But good news if you love Turks and Caicos. This is my, it's my favorite beaches. It's my favorite beaches ever. They have a new village, Treasure— I always get the name wrong. Treasure Beach Village. Treasure Beach Village. So that new village right on the beach, high end, looking beautiful. I saw some samples of the rooms. They look amazing. It opens in about a year, spring 2026. You can book that now. So that Beaches Resort is coming to Turks and Caicos. There is also Runaway Bay. Which will be over in Jamaica. There's also a new Beaches Resort in the Bahamas, Exuma, little known island. I flew there when it was a Sandals Resort. It closed as a Sandals back in August of 2024. They're redoing it as a Beaches Family Resort. It used to be a Four Seasons, which was amazing. Then it became a Sandals. So, you know, like the grounds and the buildings and the beach, perfect beautiful. So it's going to be this little kind of boutique— I would call it like a boutique specialty Beaches Resort. So that is coming. Uh, oh, then Barbados. If you haven't been to Barbados, there's a Beaches Resorts for families opening in Barbados. Lots of great news, lots of things coming for Beaches Resorts.
