Have you ever seen a vacation photo that's just so amazing that you're like, I need to book a vacation there? That's what this video is all about. I love tropical and I love going to Sandals Resorts, and they just opened a new Sandals Resort on St. Vincent. Sandals St. Vincent opens March 27th, 2024, but you can start booking that vacation today. Now Sandals St. Vincent is their 18th resort. It's the only Sandals resort on this unspoiled island of St. Vincent. So what I'm loving off the bat with Sandals St. Vincent is how secluded this island is, this kind of tropical feel, black sand beaches, white sand beaches, waterfalls, rainforest. I mean, when you look at this photo, just look, it's like in this little cove area. This is going to be an amazing resort. Now let's get into some of the details about Sandals St. Vincent, only 15 miles from the airport, but it's still going to take you about an hour from the airport to get to the resort just because of the terrain of this tropical island. Now St. Vincent, the island itself, is just a little south of St. Lucia, so that's where it is in the Caribbean. So I want to give you the breakdown of the rooms on this resort. Now the resort only has 301 rooms. 101 of those rooms are Butler Elite Suites. Next we have 120 rooms that are club level, and then 80 rooms that are luxury. This is the main lobby, and then to the left, the building over there is the Little Palm building, and then behind that, closer to the water, is the Bamboo Palm building. Now on the other side is a heart-shaped pool, and there's also a crescent-shaped pool. There were 4 pools at Sandals St. Vincent. There are also at this resort 2 wedding chapels, so it's a great place to get married. And there are also 2-story over-the-water villas. 2 stories. Now, if you want to go and still work out, there are actually fitness rooms. There's a room category that has its own fitness room with the Peloton bike in the room. Uh, or if you're a media buff, there are special rooms that kind of have a media hangout to watch movies, play games, uh, in those rooms as well. There are 6 2-story over-the-water villas. These are them right here on the beach, right by the water. There are also swim-up suites. These have a king-size bed. These also have a full-size walk-in closet. We'll get back to the rooms in just a minute, but I want to tell you about some of the dining and drink options. There are 16 food and beverage areas. 12 of those are restaurants and 4 of those are bars. If you're looking for sushi, Gatsu Gatsu is the restaurant that is in, uh, Curaçao, I believe, and it's also going to be here in St. Vincent. A new dining concept coming is Parasol, which is a kitchen and beach club, kind of nightly entertainment all rolled into one. And then Boucan is a family-style, locally sourced restaurant on St. Vincent. Amoro is for your bowls, your green bowls and vegetarian options. And then Scrimshaw is your upscale seafood restaurant. And of course, the pizzeria is Azola. Oh my gosh, they have a rum bar. Three Jewels is the name of the rum bar. Of course, there is a Butch's, which is Sandals' famous steakhouse. For Italian, they have Sora. They have a coffee shop— that's where you'll find me— which is Bloom. Bloom is the coffee shop. For late-night desserts, Crema has ice cream and coffee. Ah, and then my favorite, the Jerk Shack from Jamaica. This one's actually going to use the real wood where they cook it over the wood. So it should be interesting. There's some amazing discounts that came out from this resort because it's a grand opening, uh, so I'm going to put them in the description below, the link to all the discounts, because over time, uh, I'm sure they're going to change. But right now, if you're watching this video, uh, before they open in March of 2024, they have some amazing discounts out. Right now for flights, American Airlines has flights Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, uh, and they go out of Miami. And then Air Canada also has flights that go out of Toronto. Now looking at this overhead shot, on the right are your overwater villas. These are your two-story villas that we talked about earlier. Your over-the-water wedding chapel is in the center. Then you have the beachfront villas to the left of that. These are the butler villas that are right on the beachfront. Way in the back of the valley is the lobby where you first came in, and then the two main buildings are kind of centered also towards the back, the Lady Palm and then the Bamboo Palm. There are a lot of different room categories over here at the Sandals St. Vincent, so to make it easier, I have a cheat sheet. It is in the video description, just click on that to download it. It's also broken down by the description, the category, which floor has the different room types, what kind of view you're going to get from each room, and some other information like does it have a soaking tub, does it have a fitness room, does it have a media center, um, or, or some of them actually come with a private pool.
