This is a YouTube video titled "Your Dream Wedding at Beaches Turks & Caicos | Every Venue, Package & Secret Tip You Need to Know" (created 2026-03-23). The clip is an on-site guided tour and Q&A about wedding venues and planning at Beaches Turks & Caicos. Participants are Lashana (identified as a junior, soon-to-be senior wedding planner) and a host/interviewer (labeled SPEAKER B). Lashana walks the host through multiple venue areas (Caribbean Village, Key West, French Village, Italian Village, Schooner’s areas, Great Lawn, Treasure Beach, etc.), outlines capacities and time restrictions, describes packages (Sweetheart, Bliss, Epic), and gives practical logistics and insider tips (72-hour residency for marriage license, chariot transport, aisle plank runners, closing pools for dance floors at additional cost, string lights and decor recommendations, cake tasting, test-drive weddings, nanny services, sand ceremony details, twilight-hour surcharge). The excerpt is an informative venue tour aimed at couples planning destination weddings.

Sit-down cocktail, sit-down cocktail for 6 persons, for 6 people. All right, yep.
Oh, it's pretty.
So you can see a little idea how it is.
So I'm with Lashana, she's taking me around Beaches Turks and Caicos. She's the junior, soon to be senior wedding planner. We're in the Caribbean Village right now, but there's all kinds of really cool spots that we're gonna go see. So she's gonna— if you're planning a wedding to Beaches, so the key things are like people forget things. So Lashana Anna knows all those little inside secrets. She knows like the best spots to go to, the best places to— when to book, what room, all that kind of stuff. So we're gonna go walk around, we're gonna kind of walk and talk and talk about weddings.
So right now we just came out the Caribbean lobby. Yes, we have to my far right, we have the Iguana Pool. Iguana Pool, normally you will see people here right now. Yes, but people have their welcome cocktail here like a day before events.
Oh, so they have a welcome cocktail where, like off on the—
yeah, so You see all them chairs right here? Yeah. We will clear the whole entire thing.
Oh, you clear this whole section right there?
Yes, you add high cocktail. Yep. Yes, and your bar will be right where you see the towel is, right there.
Perfect. Yes. All right, so you can have, like before the wedding, it's been a while since I've been married.
So you can have a welcome cocktail.
You can have your welcome cocktail.
And then you can also have a rehearsal dinner.
Oh, and then you have rehearsal dinner.
Yes. Also, they— oh, you can have your cocktail and also your dinner reception.
Okay.
Yes. And you can also enhance the place by adding string lights.
So there's a Key West conference room if it rains, and there's also some backup locations. Yes.
So the Key West conference room doesn't hold 100 persons, just holds about 30 to 40 persons.
Okay, so 30 to 40 persons. What's like the average size wedding? You probably get all of them, but—
Probably our highest pack was about 190.
Wow.
But before I came, they did about 200.
Wow, 200 people at a wedding. So you can handle up to 200 people or more. That's crazy.
Yeah, so there are people sitting here, but then this is the Arizona Boardwalk. Okay. But this one, it doesn't hold 30 people. However, we can do a sit-down cocktail or dinner reception. Okay. Yes, probably like, you know, round tables and also a family style, a rectangle table, long-sided.
Okay, so you can do cocktail reception or a little dinner, or you can do an open cocktail for like probably under 25 persons. Okay.
Yes.
And then they've got this amazing view.
It is. And then your bar will be right here, right, right here.
Oh, then you do a little bar right here?
Yes.
And that's all included in the wedding package?
Yes.
Okay, yeah, you got a beautiful view of Grace Bay.
So you're not really on the beach, but you're close to the water.
Okay.
Yes.
Hello.
So this right here is called the Arizona Gazebo. We normally have— you can be up to 15 to 20 persons.
Okay, this is like a small group of wedding, so 15 to 20 people, small group wedding.
Yes, a ceremony. Okay, this is the Arizona gazebo.
Okay, what's the wedding walk like? Is it like this right here?
Yeah, from over here.
So the wedding walk is from here, right here, and there, and up to there. Yes, perfect.
Right this way. So keep in mind, we, we don't have no locations in Italian Village.
Not at all. No wedding locations in the entire village? Okay, that's good to know.
Only Caribbean, Key West, and French Village. However, we are still working on the Treasure Beach.
Oh, the Treasure Beach is nice.
Yes, we're still working on that. Okay, because most people love over there, but we have to find a space for weddings.
Did they leave you guys out of the discussions?
As of right now, it's still working.
Yes, get some, uh, Yeah, Treasure Beach is spectacular over there.
So we are now at the adult jacuzzi deck.
Yes.
So this is the adult jacuzzi deck. As I said before, you can have your welcome event here.
Yes.
Your rehearsal dinner, your day of cocktail, or your day of dinner.
Okay.
Yes. So time— so sometimes we normally have the Arizona Lawn right here.
Yep.
For the cocktail hour.
Okay.
And come right up here for the dinner.
So do cocktail hour Right here, right here on the lawn.
There's no lawn.
And then you come right up to this whole deck, and then it's right by the beach.
Yes. However, you are seeing the pool open now, but then most guests want to close the pool to add a little dance floor on it.
Oh, okay.
But it's like additional cost.
Okay, cool.
Or you can leave it open. Also, you can add string lights to enhance the place.
Okay. Yeah, so they usually cover up the jacuzzi area.
Yes, but most guests tend to leave it open. They can close it.
Okay, yeah, it's more fun if it's open.
Yeah, but who knows what will happen with kids. These two to my left, to my right, it's called the Schooner's Boardwalk. All right, so right now we have a wedding at 4 PM. They are currently at Neptune Beach. They're going to come over here for a cocktail, sit-down cocktail.
Oh well, they better hurry, it's almost 4.
So you can see a little setup right now. Okay, this is, this is the bar setup.
All right, so you got a bar set up right here.
Yes. We normally don't do a full bar for—
so is this a dinner?
Yes, this is a sit-down cocktail. Sit-down cocktail for 6 persons.
For 6 people?
All right. Yes.
Yep. Oh, it's pretty.
So you can see a little idea how it is.
Okay. And look how you're like right here on the water.
Yeah, you still got the ocean views.
Yeah, you're in the shade.
Yes.
Okay. And you got your little cocktail bar over here.
Yes. So normally right now we normally have a big old setup bar, but however, it's a smaller pack right here. This is the schooner's lawn.
Schooner's lawn.
Yeah, so right there will be your bar. Okay, you can have walking cocktail here. Yep, right here on this side you can have your ceremony here as well.
Okay.
Yes, and also you can have your dinner reception or the day of cocktail as well.
Okay.
Yes, most people have rehearsal dinner here too as well. So to my far left, we have the Schooners Gazebo. The first one was the Arizona Gazebo.
Yes.
Which is a smaller group. Yeah. Now we're here for a big group, probably like 30 to 45 persons.
Oh, so you do all the seating like right out here?
On either side. This will be your alleyway. You walk from not too far right here.
Yep.
So for the gazebo, we normally like fix it up. You can add floral. Yeah. Or structured linen.
Okay. Yes. So you can do up to 30 people?
Yeah, 30 to 40 persons on both sides.
The ceremony is right in the center.
So we just came from Schooner's Gazebo. Right now we have the Schooner's Deck. It's the Schooner's Restaurant. Normally for this location, you have to have a wedding here between 2 o'clock and 4 PM.
2 to 4 PM.
You cannot have a 5 PM sunset because the restaurant opens at 5.
Okay.
Yes, so normally we do remove all these chairs. We have chairs on both sides, and this will be an aisleway. Oh wow, so you're not really on the beach, you're close to the beach.
Yeah, so you get all this space. This would be the wedding or the ceremony part.
This will be your aisleway.
Yep.
And the couple stand here. If you have a bridal party, they stand along the stairs.
Okay, and then you have that as your backdrop.
Normally we'll block this location so nobody's come, come through.
Yeah.
Yes, perfect. The bridegroom stands here. The bridal party stands on both sides.
Okay.
Yes, you can have the chairs on probably in here or even close to if you want to.
Oh, you got a lot of room.
You have plenty of room.
2 to 4 o'clock?
Yes, 2 to 4, because at 5 PM the restaurant opens at 5. Yeah, we have a few packages to offer. Yeah, we have, we have the Sweetheart package that comes up with 10 persons.
10 people on the Sweetheart package?
Yes. We have the Retired and Not, that you can do up over 10 persons.
Okay.
Um, you have the Bliss package. This package comes with a welcome cocktail, including cocktail, and also your day of dinner. And then for the biggest package we have is the Epic package. It comes with a welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner, and a 2-hour dinner.
So what is that one called?
The Epic package.
Oh, the Epic package.
So it comes with welcome cocktail, welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner, and 2-hour dinner.
Okay.
So it also comes with a 2-hour DJ, so you don't have to pay for a DJ. Oh, that's nice, because included in the package.
Okay, but now do they get ready in their own rooms?
Yeah, they got ready in their own rooms. However, if you do have a room available, we'll ask them to get ready in the room. However, most rooms not available. Yeah, yeah. So let's say the bride and groom is in one room, we ask them to go into, you know, his It's friends when they get ready.
Okay.
Yes.
So everybody gets ready.
Mhm.
And since we're at Beaches, you can have kids at the wedding. I guess you can sort of have them at Sandals, but there's like some— you have to get like a little pass or something. I don't know.
But for Sandals, yes. But now for right now, you don't have to, cuz this is a family, family and friends.
Yeah. So Beaches you can do.
So I think right now they're just started the wedding.
Oh, they have a wedding? So you can—
yes, at 4 o'clock. So I just started it.
Oh yeah, so we saw where they're gonna have their dinner. Yes, after the wedding.
So right now this is the, um, so we're in Key West ceremony, right? Yes. So this is the Neptune Beach.
We're at Neptune Beach, which is appropriately named because there's Neptune's Restaurant to my far right that just happens to be here.
Yes.
So that's good.
Yes.
And these little 4-bedroom villas.
Yeah, these are the villas.
Awesome.
Ocean view. Nice.
You get your own pool. So there's a wedding function. We have to whisper.
Yes, whisper.
Nice.
We can take a look.
Let's go look. Oh, I saw the little thing. Oh, nice. Oh, they're getting ready.
Oh, nice. Okay, so right now, right now it's like a small way. Yeah, so right now we have a wedding. Keep in mind the beach is public.
Yeah.
However, we also have two persons on either side directing traffic.
Oh, that's good.
So you normally tell the guests to go around.
Okay.
And most guests respect that.
That's nice. Yeah. Oh, it's a small wedding.
And that is one of our pastors.
Oh, that's cool.
Yes.
And like, they got like out there sitting. They have like their own fan group. Yes, on the surfboard.
And you see, and you see the table right here?
Yep.
Normally use it for a sand ceremony. However, they don't want a sand ceremony.
What's a sand ceremony?
A sand ceremony is, is where you pick— each person pick a color and you put in a jar, become— becomes one. Oh yes, it's a keepsake gift.
Oh, that's cool.
Yeah, so right now they have a legal wedding, so it's like their first time getting married or remarried. Yes.
Okay.
Yes, and that is one of our pastors.
Oh, cool.
Yes.
So before, is there a certain amount of time you have to get to Turks and Caicos before to get the marriage license and all that?
Yes, you have to be 2 or 3 days before.
2 or 3 days before?
72 hours, yes.
72 hours on island.
Yes, but normally the pre-planner or the SRI or UVI brings the documents. So we can have it, we can have it. Okay. Yes, we normally get documents before they come on resort. Yes. Uh-huh. All right. Yes.
So that's cool. So they're gonna have their little wedding. I saw the little golf cart earlier.
The chariot is on the right. Yes, with the bride is on. Yes, I think they're taking pictures right now.
Nice.
Yes.
So this guy right here is the the chariot driver.
Yes, he is. Hi, Michelle. Thank you, appreciate it.
There it is.
Look, this, this is our chariot. You're the chariot driver.
There you go.
You good? Mhm. Let's go this way.
Oh, look, they're putting in their own little fountain.
Yes, so this is called the Key West Infinity pool. Yep, you can have your cocktail here a day before and also your day of wedding.
Oh, this is actually where I'm supposed to be tonight. This is our event.
Well, this is your event, but that's all right. This is your event.
Pretend it's a wedding.
So normally this is how we normally set up.
You could do a wedding right like this?
Just like this.
This is cool.
So if you have a smaller group, we'll use one side. If you have a large group, we use both sides.
Yes. Oh, this is nice. Yeah, I like this pool because people don't remember this pool is even here. Yeah, it's got a little bar up there.
Yes, you'll probably see most person in the pool like early in the daytime and that's it.
Yeah, yeah. So this is probably for like 80 people or something, so there's a lot, or maybe more because— yeah, so you can get a lot of people in here. Yeah, so this is Key West right by the beach.
Infinity.
For like a wedding reception dinner.
Yes. So we were just at the Neptune Beach. Neptune Beach is the closer beach to the rest— to the resort. However, this beach is called the Key West Beach. It's much more secluded. Yes, because you don't hear much people over here. This is kind of at the end, but we, we normally use this beach.
You know, if the coconut is gone, the coconut is dry. What does that mean? It means hurricane. No hurricane. That's what it says. No hurricane. It says hurricane.
No hurricane. It's down for the day.
No more hurricane. I was here for Fiona when Fiona came through here. It was a couple years ago. Yeah, I stayed at beaches. It was, it was all right.
That's good. So this is the Key West Beach. Yeah, you won't see much persons here because most persons love the resort, closer to the resorts.
Yeah.
Yes. So right here we— because I think the last beach we didn't have like much floral decor. Yep, we can— if you want toes in the sand, you can. However, we do have an aisle plank runner. Okay, I'll plank runner. You can have chairs on both sides.
Okay, so there's an aisle plank, so if you have high heel shoes or other shoes.
Yes, but keep in mind the aisle plank runner is only for the bridal party and the bride and groom. Okay, the guests will be seated in the sand. Okay, so we have chairs on both sides.
Perfect. Yes, you can have your wedding right here on the beach.
You can also have a nice structure.
Okay, floral and all kinds of other stuff.
Yeah, structure, linen.
So you can customize kind of as much as you want, just customize the different decor items. Yeah, yeah, just whatever you want to plus it up with.
Yes, and this will be your aisleway.
Oh, this is a long aisleway.
This is it, depending on how much water party. Yeah, they might have 10 groomsmen. 10 bridesmaids.
So when you show up for your wedding, what's like the process like? So you've already booked it, you show up on resort, is there like a wedding planner you meet with? Do they kind of go over this stuff with you?
So let's say the couple arrives today, we meet them upon arrival, we get them a letter to tell them that the meeting is the next day, which is more like 10 or 11 o'clock, and we go over the entire thing. We go over there anyways. We go over their location to go over their food. If they having a first-time marriage, marriage, we go over documents. If they just doing retired or not, it wouldn't, it wouldn't be that long. Right this way. So this is called the Key West Adult Pool.
Yep.
You can have different events here. Welcome cocktail, stay-up dinner, rehearsal dinner.
Oh, you've got like this whole area up top here.
Yes, you, you could have— you can use over here or around the pool.
Yeah, so this is a nice quiet little area.
I think they are busy in here preparing your food. Let me double check. Yeah, they're a bit busy in there, but this is the Key West conference room.
Okay.
Yes.
So you have a conference room, and then I've been in that space before. Yeah, this is much more cooler area in here.
Most people can do the cocktail inside, yeah, the dinner outside. Okay. Yes.
So you're out cocktail inside, or you've got this space right here for cocktails outside.
Super popular for a large group, I'll say Right here. I'll say the Great Lawn, because when you stop— when we stop the Great Lawn, it looks so beautiful.
Yeah, so this is the Great Lawn. This is in Key West. Yes, it's right by Sky. Right behind Sky is the beach where we were earlier. And then looking back at the main building, the Veranda House in Key West. So you have all this space for a wedding. Or dinner?
Yes, we can have both here. We can have a cocktail hour on the right side. Okay. And dinner reception on the left. Okay. You can also enhance the place by adding the string lights, and also you can add dance floor.
Oh, okay. So you got DJ, dance floor, big group.
Yeah, so the bar will be right over here. Your DJ— where I'll be— when your DJ could be, he'll be in the middle or on the side.
Okay.
Then we also have a sweetheart table for the bride and groom. Right at the top.
Okay, perfect.
Yes, we normally gonna put this sweetheart table right here because the pictures— the picture is not too good at the sky of the Bayside.
Yeah, yeah.
So put it like right over here.
Okay.
Which is around the house. Keep in mind, if you have your ceremony in Neptune Beach or the Key West Beach, we ask all guests to wait in the front of the house. So the groom along with the guests and the minister wait in the front of the house.
Okay.
Yes, the groom, the minister And the guest walks, but the bride don't walk at all. Oh, so the chariot picks her up at her room.
Okay. Yes, I saw the chariot earlier. Yes, it's nice. So what are the—
let me see where it is.
I saw it, I saw one over here earlier when he was—
what are the top things? Go ahead.
What are the top 2 or 3 things that people don't get that you're like, oh, they should have got the thing? Is there anything that they don't get that they just don't think about, or sort of like an insider tip?
Not really inside. I would probably say string lights to enhance the place, because most people think that they don't need string lights for the day of event.
Yeah.
But you need string lights for the day of because it got dark really fast.
Oh, it gets really dark and then you can't— Yes.
The time changes. Okay. Yes.
So string lights, you can add those?
You can add those, yes.
They make it look a lot nicer, better for photographs.
Yes, it is.
Look, look, we found it!
You find the chariot?
The chariot. Hi! So this is the chariot. So they pick up the bride? Yes.
So we normally ask the bride if he— if she have any 2 persons in the room, she can have 2 persons in the room to help get ready.
Okay.
So we have like 1 or 2 persons along with her ride on a chariot.
So this is the chariot right here.
This is our bed and chariots right here.
Oh, it's nice.
This is our BMW. So we only have two lawn locations. The one we just passed was the Great Lawn. Another one is the Croquet Lawn.
Oh, I saw the croquet out here.
Yes, they're refurbishing the grass.
Okay.
Yes.
I think they put new grass over here too.
Yes, they are putting new grass on it. Is it? Yeah, they are.
So we've got this whole lawn for receptions.
For welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner, day of cocktail, day of reception. It's all right here.
So this whole area.
So normally we will have a ceremony location here as well. So normally we will add a structure right here.
Okay.
We'll move the bench, remove the garbage, remove all of these stuff.
Yeah.
We can also add a structure right here.
Perfect.
So the bride and groom will stand right here. You have chairs on both sides.
Okay. And then you have it facing that way.
For the day of dinner, you can also add string lights or a dance floor. Okay. Yes.
Your insider tip was to add the string lights.
And the string lights.
What's your cake choice? What's your favorite cake?
My cake choice, I probably would say brownie. Brownie with piña colada.
What? Wow.
Or red velvet with vanilla. Yes.
Do they get to taste the little cake?
Yes, we do do cake tasting here on resort.
Okay. Yes. Now they can kind of do like a test drive wedding too, right?
Yes, they can do a test drive. We do normally test drive for 3 days. We meet them upon arrival, and the next day they have their consultation, they have a photo shoot, and they have a private dinner.
Okay.
Yes. So most people do test drive to see if they want to come back and get married here. Look at different locations, different venues, different food choices.
So test drive, they— the bride and groom come?
Yes.
And they book a hotel or a resort room, and then they get to meet with the wedding coordinators?
Yes.
And do they have to stay a certain amount of time, and then they get credit towards the wedding?
Yes, they do get credit towards the wedding. If you stay— well, if you have more than 5 months booked, you get credit towards your booking.
Okay. And then the test drive time frame or whatever?
Normally test drive comes towards the, towards the actual wedding time. Yes. Okay, so normally test drive give us like a little idea on how they want their wedding day to be, and they can kind of figure it out like a rough draft, then we send it back to pre— the pre-planner.
All right, so we're going through Italian Village right now.
No location.
This is where there's no locations in this one, but they have a really cool pool. Yeah, I, I'll show you guys on the video later the Treasure Beach, and they're trying to figure out where they're going to do weddings in Treasure Beach, and it looks spectacular. So that'll be nice.
Hopefully soon when that opens up.
Um, because that's a really nice area.
Have you been in the Italian Village weddings office?
I, I snuck in there earlier.
So you said video?
Come in, it was open.
Okay.
No, I didn't take any videos, so I'll do it now. We'll go now.
Yes.
So is that where they normally meet when they come in? They go to the Italian Village wedding office?
No, we normally take them there for consultations and meetings. Yes.
So when they're here to get married and you're trying to figure out the final plans.
Yeah, so, so let's say the couple are staying in Italian Village. Yeah, you only meet the couple in Italian Village.
Okay.
And then we did a walk with them.
Perfect.
Then go back in the office to sit down.
So right here by the new JoJo Java and the Froyo. Yes, it's kind of behind it. Is the wedding consultation office, so you can kind of pick out what the linens look like and maybe the flowers and what the cake options are.
Yes, we do. Okay.
Hi, welcome. So it's right here behind the, the Froyo. So it's right here in the Italian Village. Oh yes, look, it's so nice. Look, you got little setups.
So this right here is only our 2% of our inventory.
Oh, this is 2%? Yes, of the options.
Let us give the guests an idea what they want for their wedding day. Yeah, so you have, you have table linens, you have plates, mats, you have the napkins, and also you have napkin rings. Right here you have the votives and you have the gold, the gold frame rack.
Yep.
Yes.
So I saw, yeah, online there's a ton, and there— a lot of them are really Caribbean inspired.
Yes.
So they have this really nice kind of all-natural look to them.
So most couples, if they don't see anything they like on the website, they normally go on Pinterest or, you know, Instagram, get an idea. And then they'll send a picture to their pre-travel. We travel center up and give them a quote.
Okay. Yes.
So this is one of our office that we do consultations in right here.
It looks so formal.
So this I'm talking about, the sand ceremony.
Oh, look at that.
So each person picks a color and they come beautiful.
Oh, look how cool that is.
Comes so beautiful.
Yeah.
And it's a keepsake gift.
Oh, that's cool.
Yes.
I feel like I'd mess it up. Mine would just be brown.
No, don't shake it too much.
Don't shake. That's true. That's the tip.
Handle with care.
The tip is don't shake it on the flight on the way home.
Yeah, I get this.
Or you'll be like, wait a minute, it's all brown.
Yes.
There you go. I like it.
That's good.
Oh, you have a little candle. Oh, these are all the sands.
Yes. Oh, I want to say hello.
I like the sand idea.
Little Santa pieces for the table.
Is anybody doing locks anymore? Are they locking locks on things? The little heart locks on the bridges or on something?
No, nobody have that, you know, idea as yet. No, not as yet. Okay, so that's a good idea somewhere. Hopefully soon.
All right, so French Village, if you cut through Italian. Yeah, you go by the water park, then you're right in the French Village. Now you said you can pretty much pick any of the locations. Are some of them extra charges on the weekends, or some of them extra charges at sunset, or no further locations?
It's no charge. However, the time at 5 PM is a charge.
Okay.
Because at 5 PM it's twilight hour.
So twilight hour is an extra charge?
Yes.
But any of the locations is pretty much whatever you want to— yes, whatever works out. Okay. So the other nice thing is, is there's tons of price points. So like, we're walking into the French Villages, which is one of your kind of more budget-friendly areas. So if you wanted to get— if you have people that are more price sensitive, they can go over here in the French Village. If you want someone who wants to blow out of the park, they can go to the Treasure Beach, Italian, Key West. So there's all kinds of different room categories. So we're walking into French. They just redid these rooms. Yes, they are nice. So I like the new rooms over here. This pool is also kind of a hidden gem. Like, most people go to the other pools. See, like, it's still tons of lounge chairs over here. Yeah. Wow, this pool is huge too.
So I'll show you the French Pavilion up there.
Oh, you do it up there?
Yes.
Holy cow. So you can have your wedding up here on top of the French Pavilion. I don't think I've ever been up there.
Never?
No.
Were you going there right now?
You could have the bridesmaids in the pool to catch the bouquet when you throw it over your shoulder. Do they even do that anymore?
They can.
That's true.
So right up here, it's called the French Pavilion.
It's a French Pavilion.
Yes.
Oh, and they're working on it. They're getting it all spruced up.
Yes.
So normally it's a huge space.
We will have a welcome cocktail here.
Yeah.
However, for a dinner Reception. It holds about, I think, 30 to 35 persons. We can't go more.
Okay.
Because it's kind of tight space.
So 30 to 45 people, and it's usually later in the evening when people aren't in the pool, I guess, right?
Yes.
So it's a little more quiet, and then you've got— yes, this view here of the pool lit up at night.
You will see most persons— sorry, I'm cutting you short.
No, you're good.
You would see— you would see most persons head to dinner at the time of their dinner reception.
Yeah, so then, yes, you have this whole beautiful view, and then you have all this space that they set up.
Keep in mind the chairs will be moved.
Yeah, they'll get rid of all the chairs.
And this place can add string lights too.
String lights? Yes, this is the perfect place for string lights.
So with the string lights, you can also add paper lanterns.
Oh, you could add paper lanterns to the string lights?
I like that.
Yes. Do they still do that thing where they let the— they probably don't do it because of a safety reason, but do they still do the thing where they let the actual paper lantern go?
No, we haven't done that in a while. Yes, in a long time.
Do they still throw rice, or do they not throw rice?
No, no rice.
What do they throw now? Do they throw like birdseed? Birdseed?
Flowers?
Flowers? Bubbles? Yeah, yeah, because you got to be eco-friendly.
So from all of this?
Yeah.
It's a French poolside.
French poolside.
Yes.
Okay.
We normally have a day of cocktail here.
Yep.
Reception dinner and also a dinner reception here.
Cool.
So she'll be on a steam chariot along with her two bridal party.
Wait, wait, wait. We can't just walk past this.
They repainted that. You repainted the lions. Oh, nice. It need a little touching up.
They need some help?
Need a little touching up.
Yes, I think you should repaint the lines.
I did not do it.
I love the— oh my goodness, this little Japanese garden area over here on the right is awesome too, where Kimono's is.
Yeah, Kimono's and Soi.
Yeah, and then Soi's here for sushi.
Mhm. But Kimono's, you have to book it.
Yeah, you got to book it. But also, yeah, and it's like the best hibachi anywhere. I think they must audition them to sing and be able to cook because they are so good at singing.
Yeah, they can sing and cook. They're more talented.
Yes. So then we're walking right back over to Caribbean Beach is where we kind of started.
Yes. So if, if your guests have like, like, you know, kids or want to do a family event, on Friday we normally have a street party.
Oh, I did. I saw the street party on Friday night. It's awesome.
We only have a street party for the kids.
Yeah. Yeah, the street party is nice because it's cooler, it's all lit up, it's like right behind us over here, and then all the vendors are out here selling stuff like souvenirs.
Yeah, perfect.
And then they had all kinds of food, and then they had, uh, the beer— the Turks and Caicos Beer Truck.
Yes, it did.
And it had all the different types of beer. It was nice.
Yes. And then keep in mind, if, you know, if dad and mom want to go for dinner and they don't have the one to watch the kids, we can— we do have a nanny services here.
Okay.
Yes.
So kids can participate in the wedding also?
Yes. And then the nanny can come with the kid.
Oh, and then the nanny can come?
Yeah, to the reception.
To the reception.
To give mom and dad a little time.
Oh, that's nice. Yes.
I think I did pretty good, cover everything.
