Okay, this is gonna be fun. I've put together a list of over 15 years of the weirdest Sandals Resort questions I have seen from you. So let's start with one of the questions I get asked a lot. It's not real weird, but it is one that's on the top of some people's minds. So it is, are there nude beaches at Sandals and is nudity acceptable? There is only one Sandals Resort that has an actual Sandals nude beach. It's very small. It's on the private island in Jamaica over at Sandals Royal Caribbean. So that's where you take the little boat out and it's on the back of that island. Uh, if you stay at Sandals Montego Bay, uh, you can also take the shuttle between those two resorts. So either of those two resorts, you could get to Sandals Royal Caribbean. Oh, question number 2. Do I need to bring my own towels? I mean, if you're going to go on a private excursion, like on one of the catamarans, then I would bring some towels because you're going to go snorkeling or you might go to a beach. Or you might jump in the water somewhere and having your own towel is great. But to the pool at Sandals, they have them all available for you there. Okay, so this is actually an interesting question. Which Sandals resort has the most shade near the beach? I can tell you which Sandals resort does not have the most shade. And a lot of people ask this question because there is, there are cabanas in some of these areas, but then if the butlers reserve those, so if you don't have a butler, it might be difficult to get a shaded spot on the beach. So one that's difficult to get is in the Bahamas. So Sandals Royal, the Bahamian, Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort out there, if you don't have a butler, that one is difficult to get a shaded spot by the beach. The other ones, I don't, I can't think of another one that's really that obviously as difficult, but that one definitely in the Bahamas is the most difficult. Okay. I don't even know. Will I be able to watch TV at my all-inclusive Sandals resort? I don't have a card that says yes. Yes. Oh my gosh. Okay. Can I go to Sandals with just a friend and share a king bed? Yeah, I guess. Yes. So it's for couples. Sandals is for couples. So couples is two people. So whatever you want to do, you can do. If you're probably asking if I don't want to share a king bed with my friend, then you could have like a rollaway bed brought in if if that's what you want to do. So yes. Okay. Oh boy. Okay. I threw my no sign away. Uh, are flights included in the all-inclusive price? No, they are not. Um, sometimes you might be able to get a discount on a flight. It depends. No. Okay. Will I get kicked out right at checkout time? Uh, no. Checkout's at 11, and so— but they're not going to be like, time to go. But yes, uh, you should try to get out at 11 or before 11 AM. Our gratuity— Are gratuities really included or is that a trick? So I can see, like, because sometimes in the cruise industry things are a little wishy-washy, or maybe some other resorts, but Sandals, everything's included. So when they say gratuities are included, there's no tipping. You tip your butler if you have a butler, you can tip them. And if you do spa services, you could tip the person who gave the spa service if you want. But that's pretty much it. If you do excursions that are like island routes, not included excursions, they take tips. And then your transfers to and from the resort are not Sandals people. They're a transfer company, so they would take tips. Or if you're in the airport and you use one of the porters to help you with your luggage, they are not Sandals So you would tip there. Other than that, I just lock my wallet in the safe and that is it. So there's no tipping. I don't even know. Are Sandals Resorts trashy? I don't know. So I don't think so. So the reason I like Sandals Resorts is because they're consistent across the brand. Like, I've been to some other resorts when I first started this 15 years, 16 years ago. I went to some resorts and they were not great. And then someone would say, oh, the one on this island in this specific area is great, but the other ones, I don't know. So you're like, well, I want to go to a resort brand that's consistent across the brand. Sandals is pretty consistent. From resort to resort. They've got 17, and they're pretty consistent from one to another. Okay, here we go. Is it true I have to pretend my sister-in-law is my mother to book a room together? Uh, that— where's my no sign? No, you can— a couple's a couple, so you can, uh They actually have events. Where was I? I was at, I think it was at Beaches. And they have an event that's like, I don't know, it's like spa day and all kinds of, it's like a women's week and they have all kinds of really cool stuff going on. So no, you can do whatever you want there. Can I bring my insulated cup for for drinks? Yes. Yeah, sure. Bring— I think they're asking, will they fill it up at the bar for me instead of their own little cup? Yes, they will fill your drink cup up at the bar, and it is included. So that is fine. Which Sandals resort has a pool with a pirate ship? Uh, uh, there's a Beaches kind of has a pirate ship with a restaurant in it next to a pool. But that's for— that's Beaches for families and Sandals would be for couples. Oh boy. Okay. All right. The next one was, what's the butterfat count difference between French and American butter at the resort? If anybody knows, leave a comment. I don't know. I don't know. I'm sure there is a difference. I would say the French one tastes a lot better. So it's probably higher butterfat count, I would guess. Can I order 2 or 3 entrees at once? Yes, I order 2 all the time. Okay, I don't even know. Okay, does an adult-only resort mean absolutely no children or just mostly no children? It means no children. So yeah, you have to be 18. 18 is an adult. Oh my gosh. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Are Sandals Resorts safe from the surrounding areas? So, yeah, I guess because in the United States you'll hear like, okay, the threat level in Jamaica is this or whatever. I've never had any issues and I've been all over all these islands so many times and I like to go off resort. But yeah, you need to know where you're at and what your area is and time of day and where you're going to go and who you're going with. So yeah, but no, they're all gated resorts, all the resorts here. But yeah, I would still enjoy the island and meet the local people and enjoy that too. And not just go to this little, you know, I don't know, little resort and then not do other excursions and things and see the island and see the people. Well, that's it. That was my, that was my last one. So yeah, that was fun. So have a fantastic vacation at Sandals. Don't overthink it. But if you do have questions, leave them in the comments. We'll have 15 more years of crazy questions and we'll do this again. Have a great vacation.
