So let's say I'm a middle manager, no board in the organization, privately held or whatever the case might be, and I don't know what the vision is. Give me some advice as if you were coaching me. What would I do? First of all, you need to talk with your direct supervisor, you know, who you report to, and ask them what the vision is. Do you know what the vision is? Right. Can you explain it to me? And even if the vision isn't as finely tuned as it should be, say to your manager, explain it to me like I'm five. Yeah, right. And if they can't, well, then you got a bigger problem. It should set off a red flag, Right? But if they can and you go, okay, now I understand, say, well, what do I need to do next to make sure that I am delivering on that vision? And if the stuff that you're working on in a day to day, week to week, quarter to quarter basis doesn't fit with that vision, then again, you need to ask yourself, what's going on here?
