This is a YouTube video titled "Leadership Isn't A Title, It's a Mindset #leadership #shorts" created in October 2024. The content is a motivational talk or monologue about the nature of true leadership, emphasizing that leadership is about influence and confidence rather than authority or titles. It appears to be a single speaker sharing insights related to leadership development, possibly connected to the Lois Leadership Institute.

We have all heard the phrase that leadership is not a title. We've all experienced leaders that lead through authority. People follow them because they have to. But then there are those leaders that people follow because they want to. When I think of the most impactful people in my life, I've come to the understanding that these people embody what real leadership is. They were all able to meet me where I was. They all had a confidence in me and were able to help me find the confidence in myself. At Lois Leadership Institute, we empower leaders to understand their impact on those they lead. That goes beyond titles.
