In leadership. Growing your people is one of the primary objectives of your role. But to so many it seems so time consuming. I just don't have the time to grow each member of my team. But that's a misunderstanding. I believe growing your people is about applying the science of coaching and getting them to take the action. The only way to be able to grow your people is is to first understand what drives them. The second, apply a methodology like the Grow method. What's the goal? What's the reality? What are the obstacles in your way? And together, let's determine the way forward. If you want to grow your people, think about using the Grow method.
