Did that vision at Ford also affect the culture at Ford? 100%, and it affected it in a couple of ways. So just stating the vision alone isn't enough a process that we call the bpr, the business plan review. Everybody knew what they were supposed to be delivering, right? And they would show up and be completely transparent as to how things were going even if they were going completely sideways. Most times you kind of hide when things are going sideways. You don't really want to admit, right? That's weakness, right? Well, there's strength in admitting where you're not succeeding because guess what, your colleagues, if they're aligned with the vision, right, and everyone's aligned to the same vision, they want you to succeed as well. So they will go out of their way to make sure you get the help you need. It's supporting each other, working together in a collaborative environment that we all succeed.
