You're in a leadership position, you're expected to have the answers. People come to you all day long, every day, looking for answers from you. Well, who's your peer group? Who are you turning to for answers? You have to go through challenging situations. That's how you grow. That's how you grow in whatever stage of life. We put so many hours into the workday, and so it represents such a large part of our life. We shouldn't be miserable. Why we do what we do. Why exactly? What do we do? What advice are we going to give people? What advice are you going to give people? But isn't that hypothetical? It's not hypothetical. It's real. Okay.
