One of our biggest objectives is to get our teams all going in the same direction. Think about it as if you're on a football team. On a football team, everybody knows the goal. Whether you're on offense, defense, special teams, you know it. But think about your team. If you went and asked four or five people on your team, what does it mean to win? Would they all answer it the same way? Therein lies the challenge. If the goal isn't the same, how can you get them all moving in the same direction and in the same vein? If you're at the football game and the goal is to win, you have a scoreboard that tells you that you've won in your organization. If we don't know what it means to win and we don't have a scoreboard that tells you you've won, how can you get everybody moving in the same direct.
