This is my 30th year knowing people who are doing PhDs and dissertations. And I have known dozens and dozens for doodle cracks simply because we get to that stage and they flounder. They're swimming in the ocean of doubt and just not being able to know what to do and having no guidance. Mostly because I just found out recently that the professors are not paid to help me through the dissertation process, the accountability, the advice, even people who are doing quantitative versus qualitative work. I was happy to meet a few of the students who are doing similar stuff that I'm doing. And Dr. Tiffinson is very familiar with all both of the process, you know, of doing both. And he's worked at Howard David University. He's worked like, with a different diverse group of people, race, class, gender. The women students just have comfortable with him as the foreign students. And that's a really big deal for me.
