Can you "swipe" a million dollars in free marketing info without going to jail?

The question of the day is, is it possible to swipe air quotes, a million dollars worth of free marketing information without going to jail? Furthermore, can you do it and get paid in the process? And the answer to this is yes. And I'm going to tell you a little story. When I was first trying to learn how to market my own stuff, because I turned around and I looked and I saw that there were all these people selling their own books. The whole ebook revolution has changed everything, but the people were doing the best at it came out of marketing and it came out of sales. They understood something that us mere writers didn't understand about that process. And I wanted to learn it. I wanted to learn it badly because I not just wanted to market my own books, because sometimes it felt like the New York publishing industry wasn't selling my books for me, not the way I felt like they could. But I also had courses and things that I was doing on finding your soulmate and writing and martial arts and sorts of stuff. And I was wondering, what is it going to take to be able to tap into this? And I looked out there and the cost for the courses, when I managed to identify people were really selling honest stuff about how to market and the cost, it could cost thousands of dollars. I mean, if you went to their workshops, it could cost you tens of thousands of dollars sometimes. I'm not kidding you. And there was a mastermind circle that I found out about recently that cost 100,000 DOL dollars a year. These guys were the ones who were holding on to the truth. They were holding onto the truth. And it's like, I can't get that. I can't afford it. So I'm on the outside, just like you, banging on the windows, wondering how are people really making money doing this? Because there's so much fraud out there. And then I came across a strategy that was so simple and so brilliant that my jaw dropped once I read it. I forget where I came across at first, but it works so well. And it's this. All these marketers are selling stuff, right? They're selling their courses, they're selling their videos, they're selling their books, they're selling their webinars, they're selling their live stuff, they're selling their mastermind groups, all of them. If you sign up for their mailing lists, what are they going to do? They're going to market to you and they're going to market to you as hard as they can using their very, very best techniques. In other words, if you simply find the best marketers out there and sign up for their free stuff. Now when they send you emails, all you have to do is create a folder that has you just put all their emails in there. Now instead of getting upset that people are marketing with you, marketing at you, start getting the sense that you are getting a free education. Start studying what they send you in the mail. When you sign up for their free stuff, take a look at the sequence on their website. I would suggest taking screenshots of everything that they put you through as they try to suck money out of your pocket. These people have spent thousands of dollars, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions of dollars. I kid you not, figuring out how to punch your psychological buttons to get you to give them your money. All you have to do is keep track of every step in the process. Now here's a way you can even get paid while you're doing it. Some of these people have affiliate programs because they want other people to go out and sell their stuff. If you sign up for their affiliate program, they will often send you their best training stuff. Why? Because they want you to be really good salespeople for them. So for instance, I signed up for one of the guys that I'm studying right now. I'm studying him hard, is an ex wrestler baby faced guy named Russell Brunson. And the people who I trust, who I've been able to go to over the years asking questions about trust, this guy, they say he's one of the best. So I've signed up for his affiliate program. I now have access to a course that he was selling for like $10,000 on how to do Internet marketing. Because why? Because he wants me to go out and sell his stuff for him. This will work for you. All you have to do is identify the people who are really doing it. Don't pay any attention to the people. I hate to say this, don't pay attention to people who say I've taught stuff. Look for people who have actually made millions of dollars selling books, selling courses, stuff like this online at another time. I'll tell you how you can identify which ones are really successful. But if all they've done is sold people information on how to sell. It's a little incestuous. They're kind of ouroboros sort of eating their own tails in that sense. But if you find people who have sold products and then are telling you how they did it, I find that that is more reliable. Keep track of the emails that you get, the websites you're sent to learn, learn, learn. Start being fascinated. Ask questions and what you can get in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days of doing this is an education that is better than if you got yourself a master's degree at a top university because you are finding out what's working right now from people who've actually done it.
