The driver of everything for me is learning, and I think my creative road always starts at being curious. I'm Sophia Bush. I am an actress, an activist, and a podcast host. I love good conversation, and I want to understand why people are the way they are and what they believe in. I want to hear not from a version of themselves that they show to the public, but who they really are. I don't know what the point is of having a conversation that feels really surface. Vulnerability is really the key to everything. I want to really have an experience with people. The title of the podcast, Work in Progress, comes from what it means to find your worth To own whatever success that you've had and also get excited about what's coming. I think of any space in which we might learn about people or learn about ourselves as a doorway, and are you going to walk through it? I think of our web presence as exactly that. Working with Squarespace, it felt really important for me to have it look the way the podcast sounds. How do we bring some of our incredible visuals and social presence into web? To create a more concrete home base for the show. In a digital world where everything is constantly refreshing and changing and people and ideas can very quickly be lost in the scroll, Squarespace is invaluable. It offers you the ability to have a hub where you can bring your entire audience to know exactly who you are, exactly what you believe in, and to further their exploration of ideas. I find that to be kind of exciting. It's a democratization of space and opportunity, and I think there's room for everyone.
