Whenever I'm cooking, I feel really grounded in whatever I'm using or wherever I am or whoever I'm with. I'm Ana Hito. I am the founder of It's a Dinner, and today we are on my farm in Goshen, New York. Everybody needs to eat, and everybody needs something that sustains their energy. A lot of farm-to-table style eating is actually very fussy in the way that it's presented to you. And I think that takes away a large part of what's so magical about farming. The raw ingredient is so stunning. You don't need to take it so far down the line to make it into something else. Squarespace was a really easy platform for us to have our events for sale, sell our product, Have people subscribe to our newsletter. Everybody who looks at our website's like, wow, it's so beautiful. Ultimately, my goal in having people come to the dinners is to have them experience how I cook and what I do and have them walk into this space. And whether it's by the meal that's put down in front of you or the environment You feel really held in that space.
