A short YouTube video clip of speaker Barb praising Sonny (also spelled Sunny in the transcript) Reddy for his ability to bring people together and endorsing his candidacy for a seat on Wayne State's Board of Governors. Barb thanks Sonny for his community work and notes that, through meeting him, she’s learned that the Indian community centers on four values — faith, family, education, and security — which she says are shared across U.S. cultures.

First, I'd like to say it's no secret to any of the candidates invited here tonight that Sonny Reddy has a special talent for bringing people together. And by the size of this crowd, he has outdone himself. I think I can speak on behalf of all the candidates by saying that Sonny has become a friend to each of us. And we are all rooting for him to win that seat on Wayne State's Board of Governors. Thank you, Sunny, for all you do. You got this. Since meeting Sunny, I've learned that the heart of the Indian community is faith, family, education and security. These four values are shared with all cultures across the United States.
