A short YouTube video (meet-and-greet) featuring Michael, a plastic surgeon and incumbent board member, speaking in support of increased representation on the board. He praises Dr. Anil Kumar (Neil Kumar), criticizes a past board president’s decision to remove a math requirement after finding a 6-year graduation rate of 7% for minority groups, and urges the audience to elect Sonny (running on a slate with Michael) to shift the board balance and improve outcomes. The clip includes named local figures (Dr. Anil Kumar, Terry Lynn Land) and an explicit call to mobilize voters.

You know, as an incumbent on this board running again, there's nobody in this room who wants Sung in that board more than I do. Haven't been a sole Republican for several years. I do have to tell you that your community has a warrior on that board. And I want him to stand up representing your community. Neil Kumar, Dr. Anil Kumar. I have to tell you, you should be very proud of him the way he represents this community on that board. So my day job is I'm a surgeon. I'm a plastic surgeon. I work with Indians every day. And I know how the Indian community values education. So let me tell you a couple stories. When I got on the board, the president who was in place rapidly lost my confidence. He was wondering why there was minority groups who had a 7% 6 year graduation rate, meaning when they started at the end of six years, only 7% graduated. So he asked why is that? And what he found out was the obstacle was math. They had a problem passing math. So what would a common sense person say? They'd say get them tutorials, get them special classes, remediated. Do you know what his answer was? He did away with a math requirement. But I have to tell you, if we can get Sonny on that board, and right now we have Terry Lynn Land, who's been a wonderful board member for us, all of us in this room, and we've got Dr. Anita Kumar, who votes common sense, we could have a 4 to 4 split on that board and we can really change the way things are done. So we really have to motivate all your people out there to get him to vote for Sonny. We're both running as a slate and I think that we can change things in this community if we can get us both on there. Thank you.
