If I'm going out and I'm talking to a hundred people and 25 speak English, 25 speak Spanish, 25 speak Japanese and funny, 25% German, I only speak English. You have a numbers game. You got a hundred people here, but only 25% speak the same language you do. What's your chance of closing? More than 25%? Zero. I can take somebody who is less skilled, not the greatest in objections, less confident, and if I teach them to communicate to all hundred, they can be as half as good as you at selling and still double the amount of sales you did. They can be a 50% closer. Out of a hundred people get 50 sales, you can be 100%. Everyone you talk to, you knock them dead and you get 25. They just doubled your production by learning that one skill of how to communicate to the person the language they speak. Not even being half as good as you can.
