This is a YouTube video titled "#motivation #insuranceagents #insurancebrokers #millionaire #entrepreneur #dallas" (created 2023-07-20T04:02:56Z) containing an English motivational monologue aimed at insurance agents and entrepreneurs. The speaker describes a pivotal mindset shift toward incremental improvement — doing a little more than average (e.g., waking an hour earlier, staying an hour later, recruiting one more person) — as a path to success.

You think you have to be that much better, that much better, looking that much better in speaking, that much better, that much smarter. And that was a pivotal point in my life where I just went, wow, like, I. I just have to be this much better. I just gotta get up one hour earlier, not six, right. I just gotta make. Stay at the office one hour later, I gotta be able to recruit one more person than that person. Just do it just a little bit more than the average. And I can have well, yeah.
