Short conversational YouTube segment (Quility Founders Series: Why buy life insurance?) where Casey and another speaker describe personal events that prompted purchasing life insurance: buying a car with $20,000 debt; buying policies after marriage and after each child; and buying more coverage when planning for retirement. They state that life insurance is important for everyone. The video was created/uploaded by Nate Auffort.
I think I had a small life insurance policy on a car that I bought.
Like a credit life policy. Yeah. So if he were to die, which, if you've driven with Casey, you.
Understand.
You might need more life insurance. Why he needed that life insurance.
What I found personally is there are certain events in my life and in other people's life that happen that make you think about life insurance. The first for me was I bought a car and there was $20,000 of debt that had something happen to me my parents or somebody would probably be in charge of. And so I didn't want to leave them with that burden.
First life insurance policy I bought was right after I got married. That's an important time, too. Yep. Bought another one right after I had my first child. Bought another one when I had my second child. Bought another one when I had my third child and bought another one when I realized that I might want to retire someday.
Life insurance is for everyone. I think everyone should have life insurance.
