Nate Auffort uses a roadmap metaphor to explain how to handle customer objections. Isolate whether the objection is about the product, service, or timing, then overcome it to close the sale.
The objection is a roadmap to where to go. So if you're going to Florida and it says, disney World to the right, are you all stressed out? Get out of your car and go to Disney World to the right. That's where you're going. There's a science says go right. It's like, so why are you freaking out like a little kid? I'm not interested. Great. Okay. Take the exit. You know what I'm saying? I'm not interested. What aren't you interested in? Isolate the objection. Is it the product? Is it the service? Is the time you. Once you isolate the objection, you get that objection isolated. All you got to do is overcome that objection. Now you have the sale.
