When he first got started, there's these two brothers, Brad Smith and Matt Smith. They said, hey, you gotta meet this guy. He can blow this business up. He can do it. He can sell, he can recruit, he can train. He can do it all. And, you know, we hear that a lot, right? We hear that I got a guy thing a lot. I was like, okay, Matt. Okay, Brad, let's meet this person. And I got a chance to fly out to Dallas and work with him. And he got a whole bunch of bonus leads. I can remember he got a whole bunch of bonus leads. And I think before I got there, he had, like, called through 60 of them. And he said, I called through all these, and, you know, I only got four appointments. What should I do? I'm like, well, we got to get some more. He said, okay. So he went and bought 70 more bonus leads. And then we're up there in his office, and we were like, sorting out the lead. This was back when we had to drive to places. So you had to kind of sort them by zip code so you could kind of book your appointments by location so that you didn't, like, have to crisscross. Dallas is not something that you want to do. You can't do it right. So, you know, we were sorting my zip code. He was talented, booking in clusters. But in his first month here, with symmetry, this is back in 2000. Make sure my memory serving correctly. 2013, right? Fall of 2013, his first month, he wrote over $50,000 in production. Never done insurance before. All right, this is. He took knowledge that he already had and he applied it to what we do here. And a lot of you have some knowledge that you. That you can bring from other places, and it's not just the knowledge, but it's the work ethic.
