Your Mentor, Is Waiting for You!

Two insurance recruiters celebrate a new recruit who made $50k in his first month and signed up 69 people in 60 days. They argue that real commitment beats goals, that small daily wins compound, and that you have to invest heavily to avoid quitting when things get hard.

This dude did 50k his first month in the insurance industry. 85k in his first 6 weeks. And to top it all off, recruited 69 flipping people in his first 60 days.
You think you have to be that much better, that much better, looking that much better, in speaking, that much better, that much smarter. And that was a pivotal point in my life where I just went, wow, like, I. I just have to be this much better. I just got to get up one hour earlier, not six. I just got to make stay at the office. One hour later, I got to be able to recruit one more person in that person. Just do it just a little bit more than the average. And I could have wealth.
Yeah.
To me, you know, it's great to have a goal, but without a commitment, it's hard to really achieve. Or impossible. My opinion, Achieve what you want.
What was so special about you that you could jump into our industry and pull off $85,000 in premium in your first six weeks? Most people don't do that in six months, let alone six years. Most people are failing. You don't even know how to spell insurance. You still have probably very little product knowledge compared to most people. And you $85k in 6 weeks. What's insane is the amount of money you produce your first month in the business.
We don't talk about money. Well, people want to hear about it. Why people fail in the insurance business is the same reason why people fail in network marketing. It's the same reason they fail in any type of sales. It's too. The barrier of entry is far too low. I can buy $500 of leads, and if I don't make it, I can go right back to doing what I was doing. I wouldn't be here today, Cody, if I didn't put myself in a situation where I couldn't afford to fail. I invested too much into this already to not learn how to do it successfully. There's such a low barrier of entry these days in any opportunity. It's so easy to quit, Right? You're gonna hate me if I say this, but, like, I could tie a note around a dog's net if it was cute and send it into 10 people's home, and he'll come back with three policies just because the people won it. Like, it's just. I'm serious, right? So if you don't offend the person, there's three out of 10 that want a policy. When you fill in that blank and you give up on your dreams.
You.
Just might be costing someone else theirs at that moment, I knew I was here.
You ain't got a chance. Trying to go to war with the champ? Trying to go back? But you can't now it's only one king and a man? Anybody wanna step to the plate? Better go and get one thing straight? I don't freeze and I won't hesitate. Matter of fact, ever running that place? Can't run for your fate? Who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me? Yeah, who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna stop me?
Because the only way you're gonna live your dream here is by never filling in that blank. And most importantly, helping other people achieve their dreams.
