I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive, with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books, I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near-death and thus record it for all those who are searching for something more, for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth. And it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge with you in this way, as a supplement to my books.
Hello and a very good day, and welcome to another conversation with Sylvia Leifheit. I am sitting here today with your latest book. It is called Awakened the Soul Within Me. And I opened the book, and on the first 2 pages is a collection of photos. From your life's journey, let's say consciously from the beginning of your life's journey, because it shows very, very many pictures of you in different costumes, logically in situations during filming, and on the front of the book it says, The Soul Within Me. That is another step when you look at these first photos which take place in a world, simply put, of superficiality, of media, of excitement. How did this title come about? How did this biography come about? What was the triggering step to go from this world on the outside into the world within?
So many questions at once! Hello, my dear Padawans, I am happy that you are back with us. We took a little break, but now we are continuing here with the conversations with the universe. And, um, yes, thank you for the introduction, guidance, and so many questions at once. I do not even know where to start. A question you just asked was, why this book now? And there is actually an answer that has more or less been on my radar for years. It is time for me to speak and share from my perspective what it is like to live a life where, on one hand, you have played many, many different roles, worn costumes, played roles and simply existed in the media. Red carpets were everything, completely normal, like breathing air for us. Movies, lead roles, that was all my life. And how I fared as a person suddenly dealing with completely different topics. And I have experienced it again and again and still do to this day that people cannot categorize it. That means they judge and unfortunately sometimes devalue This path in life because they cannot grasp and, well, perhaps cannot comprehend it. I don't want to imply that because I don't really want to lower myself to the level that people like to judge me on. But it is definitely the case that people do not see it that way. Can grasp. And that is why I want to talk now and share my perspective, my perspectives, and above all, my path from this one pole of externality of pure externality to the other pole of absolute internality, soul, spirituality. What even is that? This path and these 2 poles, how they feel and how the journey was, that is my intention, to finally tell people about it from my perspective, in my own words.
Fantastic. What comes to mind is, Ah, it made me infinitely curious about what you have just put out there, and I would like to continue with a relatively simple sentence which goes, if I remember correctly, the longest journey begins with the first step. Since you have already shown us so much of where this path will lead, I will now simply ask, what was the first step that changed your life so dramatically?
For all attentive listeners, you actually already know this answer, but for those who have just joined, I am very, very happy to help, because in the introduction to our podcast Conversations with the Universe, I already shared that it was a near-death experience that made me take this first step. But the exciting thing, and that is why it has become a big part of the book, namely the first part, is that I initially came from a world, socialism for example, from a very, very material world in which all of that religion, spirituality, and so on did not exist at all. And if it did, it was rather frowned upon that I, in this state of mind, I had a near-death experience. And because of that, it wasn't just, oh, I saw Jesus, Mary, and who knows who else, but it was a complete surprise. Whoa, what was that? And to outline it a little more clearly, although I have gone into it more intensively in the book, it was so different from what I knew until then, what I had experienced in my life up to that point. I was, I believe, in my early 20s. And above all, what I experienced in this so-called near-death, an experience outside of my body, meaning with other senses too, was so beautiful that it moved me, moved me so deeply. And above all, it made me start questioning things where I otherwise would not have. And that is why this book is called Woken Up, because for me, in a certain way, it was also a kind of awakening. I had other moments of awakening before, which I also described in the book, but those had to do with socialism, capitalism, with the systems, and simply with a certain rebellious way of thinking of mine. But this awakening This awakening was a different kind of awakening.
Deeper.
Much, much, much, much deeper than you could actually describe with words, but above all, much, much higher, because it felt incredibly beautiful, high vibrating, light. I felt as light as a feather, the way I can never feel, can never perceive in my body. And it was just so overwhelming, I'm actually at a loss for words, and that was the starting signal, and that was what you just asked about, the so-called first step to move in that direction, but it was just so clear, so strong, and so distinct that I really had no other choice. The rebel inside me, who is also a part of me, had to ask, what the fuck is going on? Why did I know nothing about this? Why did I learn nothing about this in school? What is going on? Why? Why do I live in this cabinet, in this half hall of mirrors, and the other half that makes up our being, no one tells me anything about it. How does that work? Well, and that was the first step, namely my search for the answers.
If we were on an American channel, there would have been a short beep signal just now for that sentence. What the— we would have. But that is what I find so great that you and I am transitioning right now, that you Have remained an accessible, relatable, and understandable person. How do I mean that? What you are describing, a few people here and there have described over the centuries. It is called a spiritual experience, a religious experience. They have seen God, seen Mary, seen Jesus, seen the other world. That, in quotation marks, is known from history. These people then almost 100% turned their backs on their entire so-called normal life, either went into the forest, into solitude, founded a monastery, and underwent a 100% life change after such a profound spiritual experience. When looking at your life's journey, and I find this infinitely exciting and extraordinary, one sees, one experiences, and you talk about the fact that both are still possible. After this great step into the spiritual world, into a spiritual consciousness, you have at the same time remained, to put it simply, the entrepreneur that you are. Could you tell us that again so people can understand it, even if they have heard all your podcasts? Some are tuning in for the first time, learning about your near-death experience today and what it did to you. How does it feel to have both feet in this world, one in the spiritual world and the other in the material world?
That is also something that's actually developed over time. At first, I thought that they just didn't go together. That means I thought, okay, if I enter the spiritual, esoteric, call it what you want space, then I will live a completely different life there with a completely different community, completely different people. But, and that is the beauty of such things, I also got to know myself even better in the process. And there is simply that part in me too, the actress, the performing, The yes, that as an entrepreneur, creating things, materializing of ideas into businesses, into ventures, and also really spanning the arc very wide internationally. Well, I couldn't quite let that go, I honestly admit. And of course, it also came down to the fact that I enjoy being a woman. I love femininity. I love celebrating the feminine. And I had certainly also experienced that very many who then moved exclusively in this direction, and I do not mean I don't mean that in a judgmental way at all, but merely as an observation that they had in a way renounced many of these feminine things. And I can only speak for my own gender, um, but perhaps also for men, I have no idea. But regarding feminine things, they had rather renounced them. It was like, oh yes, no, my inner values are what shine now, and so on. Hey, that's great too, that is also absolutely right, and there is nothing to say against that at all. I am talking about myself now. But it still wanted this avatar, this way of me being in the world, to live on and be celebrated through me. And for me, there was relatively quickly no question anymore. At some point, I understood, you know, I am somehow both. I am so many different colors. That is, by the way, also part of the book, to get to know this energy within me, to experience it, and to stand by it. That is where authenticity begins. And yes, what happened then is simply that I stood by both of these poles more and more. That means to my work in the media, but also to the very, very spiritual side and the questioning. And these many questions I asked, which I then recorded in the books, in the many, many books about channeling. So the knowledge that I brought down, captured, which is also part of the podcast here and so on. That is just as much a part of me as the fact that I like wearing high heels, dressing up nicely, and that I enjoy having ideas and turning them into companies, international companies. And so within me, that's what I'm getting at. Within me, it recognized that relatively quickly and accepted it too. But, and now comes the actual answer to your question, how did the world react to that? And I have to say, that's why we're sitting here. The world still cannot necessarily grasp that easily to this day. But I have a bit of a quiet suspicion, and perhaps that is also a bit of my task. I believe that many people are so diverse, and I believe that many people live so many facets within themselves. And if they do, they should stand by that even more. That means this choice between you have to decide now: are you someone who is only material and only asserts yourself in the world and struggles? struggle and war and I don't know what else. Or you are a very spiritual person, you go to a monastery, you withdraw, you have nothing more to do with all of that. Peace, joy, and happiness. This either-or, I think I am somehow here in this world to point out to people that it does not really have to be that way.
May I answer that with a few sentences? You just said that the first one is, a very dear friend left me this sentence, diversity is better than simplicity. Yes, but you have to be able to understand and live that first. Because we really all live in a world where people think they have to focus 100% on one thing so that they don't get scattered, seem superficial, and so on and so forth. I can only counter that. We are all capable of much more than we are led to believe. We are told we should be monotonous, but we are truly a symphony. Every single person. The second thing is, I also always enjoy these spiritual topics. In school, they called me rebellious. A wise Zen master was once asked by a student how to attain enlightenment, and he said, "If you meet Buddha on the road, kill him." So anything that disturbs our overly serious, pseudo-holy way of thinking, I personally like very much. That is why I really like your path, because it turns the normality of how things should be on its head. In conclusion, I would like to add that a master of yoga in the distant Himalayas once replied to the question of how to attain enlightenment: practice yoga for a lifetime or have sex with an enlightened woman. Oh, how unexpected! Because we all— why do I say that? Because we all believe that the path of spirituality must be linked to renouncing material pleasures. You are not allowed to eat, laugh, drink, have sex, or have fun. Otherwise, you are not holy. If you stare at a wall in a cell, serious, bitter, and chaste, then you become holy. Breaking that open, I feel, is part of your path, brother, is all I can say to that. Now we have taken this, this turn. But now I ask myself the next thing. You have had this experience which moves you, opens you up, and gives you energy. Then one asks oneself, and now, how, how do I practice it in the sense of practicing it practically? Are there perhaps people who can teach me something? Practical steps, like going into the kitchen and saying, the water must boil first before you put the eggs in. Were you ever in some kind of training for your skills?
Yes, and that is actually part of this book, because I also meet so many people who don't even know where to start. Yes, okay, sure, there are an incredible number of books, and now also many great podcasts on the subject, but it is still something else entirely when you can learn in a group. And that is what I did. I even attended several schools. I would like to mention one very, very intensive one in particular. That was the House of Shaman in Berlin. We spent almost 2 years there, well, 1.5 or 3 quarters of a year. We met once a month and And did intensive exercises, rituals, and were also taught things by the teachers. That was very, very, very helpful because I learned there that a group energy, if it is the right group, moves completely different energies and thereby enables, and this is very important, pay attention, a completely different perception. Because I also learned this from the school, the cosmos always remains what it is, but our perception of it changes. Perception of this cosmos transforms. That means different tools. By the way, the body is one tool that we can train, but a group is one too. A place can also be one. And when everything comes together, then it is even more incredibly many beautiful new possibilities. We have these possibilities, but they are part of this path, and a group is one too. I am digressing, but, um, House of Shaman was really very, very helpful for me. I discovered great things within myself that I carry them inside me, and from there I was able to keep refining them. But the Arthur Findlay College in England was also very, very great, and I tried to capture that as intensely as I could in the book, just to give people a kind of guardrail, a ladder, so they could take a few impulses from my path with them. How could it be? How could it work? I definitely want to pass that on as well. Schools are good, schools are important, but always in combination with constantly returning To yourself in the most positive sense. Back withdrawing is probably the better word.
Mm-hmm.
So the experience in the group is one thing, but afterwards there should be a lot of time for yourself, meditations by yourself, and maybe an exercise, a session with a friend so that you get some feedback, reflect and see what the other person perceives that I do not perceive myself. Experimenting. And I am a very curious person and I hope I was able to capture that in the book, that people should keep this curiosity, yes, or ignite it. But it also has something to do with this waking up. Once you have experienced something like I have, that brings you to a point where you question many things, then a lot of curiosity remains or arises because you naturally want to understand what you have not yet understood. Sure, It is connected. Unfortunately for many people, this only happens when they experience some kind of suffering in their lives. It is a real shame actually, but somehow it seems to be connected because you are stuck in such a machine beforehand. Yes, what can I say? I mean, if I had not had the near-death experience, I honestly do not know how my life would have continued. Perhaps I would have just continued to be happy if I had had the next leading role and the next engagement here, there, and I do not know whatever. I don't know. I can't answer that. God, the cosmos has a different plan. But to answer your question, it's always a dance, sometimes with a group, sometimes alone. And I tried to capture exactly that.
From your words, I gather that one also encounters people, a great number of people who have to go through their lives with great suffering. Whether this suffering is karmic or due to a personal encounter with another person remains to be seen. Very many people suffer, very many people have mental and physical illnesses that they carry with them. On your path of spiritual development, you must encounter such people. That can only awaken the desire in one to help. How did this desire take shape in you? With your experiences, with your personal encounters, which, as you describe, currently concern you, turning towards people who need help and healing?
Very exciting, very beautiful question. Thank you for that. Because that too is actually something that has transformed. When I started on this path, I still thought you can just help everyone like that. that if I feel an impulse to help, if I say something on impulse, then they should please just accept it. And over time, I learned that that does not work. And thanks to Friend of the Indians. By the way, for everyone who has just joined us, who is hearing this for the first time, that was one of my first works, Initiation into the Secrets of the Cosmos. There, Our being speaks. That is my old teacher from Atlantis. And he was the first to intensely initiate me into the fact that people must carry a kind of readiness within them. And actually the whole path from this small awakening experience onwards, after he taught me, aha, so it takes a certain kind of readiness for help to really reach you, for you to be open to it. Because before that, if you don't carry this readiness, within you, it also exists on this planet that people use help or asking for help as a tool for attention. Because if I'm constantly complaining and if I'm constantly just giving others the feeling that they should, they really should help me, then I get an awful lot of attention from them simply just because I am that way. And I realized over time that these are actually mechanisms that you also recognize on this planet. Meaning, and that naturally became the next stage of teaching, to recognize where there is willingness, to see where someone is truly open to this help or if they are just pretending to want it. And that, I find, is a very sensitive point. Because I have to be careful not to let the rebel in me speak too much, I actually experience that there are people who ask for help where I do think I see a certain kind of willingness, but who in the end do not follow through. Feels like 100,000 sessions, feels like millions channelings from the spirit world, contacts with grandma, grandpa, sister, friends, friends, no idea who. And everywhere the other person is bombarded with impulses on how to improve their life, become healthier, happier, more fulfilled, and it is not implemented. It is not implemented. And in the end, that always comes back to, well, my dear friend, the willingness within the soul. But you can already hear that is a really big, wide field that I have entered into. And to add one sentence to your question, it has made me exclusively humble.
Mm-hmm.
I realized when I am asked, when I am requested, then I am of course incredibly happy to help, but I must not expect anything for it, for that, or from it. Whether the other person, whether the other person takes that on board or not, I cannot influence. But I can, if I am asked, answer. And for that I have then also, because I am in a rather active-passive stance regarding this and in this acceptance that I cannot yell at anyone with, yes, you could, you should. That is why I founded Spine, by the way. Spine is my app. It is a life companion, a life companion, an app that uses artificial intelligence to guide you to the right providers, the right offers, the right podcasts, the right events, and also the right products that help you. And that is why it is a life companion, because the AI, if you want it to, remembers what your life path has been, remembers who you have already seen, and independently, meaning actively, turns to you and says, hey, we have someone new in the app who could help you with your wellbeing, or we have an event XY that was just posted that might be interesting for you. And the same goes for podcasts. So an active life companion like this doesn't exist yet, and I am passionate about this idea. That is, in a way, my way of helping to finally answer your question with a tool as well. But one more thing comes to mind. Excuse me, even if I am digressing a bit right now. I keep preaching the Cosmic Cross to people over and over, an exercise that Freund, the friend of the Indians, also passed on in this first initiation book. The Cosmic Cross is a gas station for energy in or of the cosmos. And for those who are truly ready, those who are really interested in giving their soul strength because they have understood that this is the be-all and end-all of life, because that is what determines one's entire destiny, they go to the gas station and they know how it works by simply doing the cosmic cross. So that is just another one of the tools, as I see it, of what help from the cosmos could look like.
For all those just tuning in, the cosmic cross. Summary: in a standing cross formation of the body, you invoke the energies of the cosmos from above, below, from the left, and from the right. They unite in the heart space and you ask for the cleansing of Old inherited patterns that you no longer need. Send them into the cosmos and continue to ask for the cleansing of the soul in the eternal change of events. Um, willingness. It really occurs to me that apparently only the most terrible suffering, and that is so sad, moves people to set out to seek help. I would like to weave in a very small, very small personal story. There is a healer in Vienna, his name is Peter Feigl, I am mentioning this name quite deliberately, why? This man, many years ago, a friend recommended him to me, many years ago began to dramatically improve my life by cleansing my energies, rebuilding them and giving me biological building blocks that made my body healthy. Because of him, I have become a different person. Over the last 10 years, I have met about 57 people who have complained to me about their suffering from back pain, headaches, stomachaches, infertility, impotence, nervousness, and who knows what else, and I have told them my story and said, go to Peter Feigl, he can help you. We know how many went. None. And that is something I admire so much about you, Sylvia, knowing, and I will say it as it is, what incredible inertia and heaviness one encounters in this humanity when one wants to joyfully offer something bright, something sacred, something cleansing, something invigorating. And the reaction is, is the World Cup already over? Who won it? That is actually, and I am one of those who has always tried to tell the esoteric scene, guys, please live in reality. We are not all brothers and sisters, yes, genetically, back to Lucy, but in applying what could be applied, I experience, and I say it again, Again, 99.99% fatigue, inertia, and staying put. I often ask myself, where is the sting? Where is the burning firewood that one should stick into people somewhere, so that they can wake up? Because I say, as it is written in the front of your book, and I unfortunately keep coming back to one point: not a joyful life that is not yet quite joyful, not a happy gathering with friends that is not yet quite friendly, but only the bitterest suffering, Mortal fear, horror, loss of everything you believed you were. That is what moves people a little. And that is why I think it is so great that despite everything, you are taking this path, telling your story, and brought Spine into the world. And that is why I would like to ask you to say a word or two about that. How can I find something in Spine?
So I don't want to talk too much about Spine because you can find an incredible amount of information about it simply on the website spine.app. And if you go to the App Store, Spine app, life companion for health. But I would like to briefly share my perspective on your question. It is so easy to say they are so sluggish, they are not making an effort. Um, do you know that this has to do with strength? It means the energy potential of these people is already so low that it is only activated by a truly intense experience in their life. And unfortunately, that is often the so-called suffering, which can then, however, lift one to the next level of being. But I truly believe that as harsh as it sounds, these experiences of suffering carry this potential for ignition within them, And that is the reason why so many do not follow these impulses right away. I do not experience it as them not wanting to out of malice, but rather that they simply cannot. They lack the strength, they are distracted by material fears, simply by fears in general, systemic fears, politics, this, that, and I don't know what else. And there is no room left for anything else. But also a very, very important topic, one that should not be ignored. And I am very aware of this as someone who grew up in socialism, which was, oh, So holy and then grew up further in capitalism, which is also supposedly the best, and both systems are not the ultimate in this world. Is there even one? I have no idea. I just also want to, um, draw attention to the fact that this very topic of spirituality is considered worthless in our society, is viewed as such. I experienced that with Spine, since you just brought it up again. I had to experience it very harshly with Spine, because I was full, full of drive, you could say, to bring this app into the world, where finally all the healers of this world can find each other, be found. A community that is not just about other content, not just scrolling further, my car, my makeup, do you already have the new coin? Don't ask me what. So a social media platform too, that simply has completely different values. But I also had to experience But there is a limit, and that is simply our system, in which alternative practitioners, healers, simply fundamentally other content that deals with consciousness, spirituality, and so on, have no value, or not as high a value as the soccer match you just so nicely mentioned, the World Cup. The person who is interested in a naturopath gets almost nothing or absolutely nothing reimbursed or covered by a health insurance company. That is a fact that is very, very significant. Very, very significant. And there, little Sylvia, I can do whatever I want. But what I can do is make all options accessible to people in Spain. That means they find alternative healers, but they also find doctors. And depending on what the budget allows, you can then find the right practitioner. So it is not just an app that presents or offers holistic people or holistic healers and their services, but also conventional medicine. Because both simply belong to our society and I leave the choice of what one ultimately chooses to everyone themselves. But yes, unfortunately I know exactly that it also depends on one's budget. Honestly, you have to be able to afford the holistic path and you also have to be able to afford Mr. Wegel in Vienna. Just to add that afterwards, because on one hand you can have a lot of vision and a lot of mission But you are still part of a system, and that is an exciting task to find the ways there. But I can still emphasize once again, it is incredibly fun for me to do this, even if it involves many hurdles. But hurdles are there for us to overcome. And incidentally, so-called education is happening too. I am learning an incredible amount from the people, from the healers, from the regular doctors, and from the systems. How are they? How do you find your way? How does the community live? Does she celebrate herself? Is she more reserved? Where, how, what is humanity like? You know, for me, this is an offer. An offer that has taken shape and continues to take shape from my perspective of being, which I have shaped on one hand as a person in the media, and therefore have no fear of speaking here in front of a camera microphone, but on the other hand carries a great deal of inner knowledge that is now through— now 10 books, so this is the 10th, 9 books of pure knowledge that was captured from the spiritual world, and this podcast that we have here manifested is accessible. And I no longer have the expectation that I am somehow, how should I put it, changing people Not at all, I only offer. But for me, the most beautiful goal in everything I offer, the books, the podcast, Spine, and so on, the most beautiful goal is simply that it is there when people need it.
People, humanity, these words keep coming up in what you say, and I allowed myself while you were talking to give a little room to a fantasy. That, but I would like to start very pragmatically. Every initiation teaching on this planet, in all religions of any kind, is connected to death. An adept is brought into a death-like situation, either through hypnosis, through drugs, or through an actual potential death in a life-threatening situation. That changes something in his personality structure. And afterwards, he feels differently, thinks differently, and realizes how precious it is to be alive and not to take that for granted. And through this shock of death, let's call it that, through this leap made by the shock of death to a level of consciousness where a person realizes, I am alive, I am grateful that I am alive and can love and can love other people. And be together with them. Simply put, that is the A of the ABC of wisdom teachings, which all, all, all begin with a great shock that is meant to wake people up. Your book is titled Awakened the Soul Within Me, so it is primarily about this awakening. But now for the next question: if this happens in isolation, That is all well and good. But what if— let us dream for a minute— we lived in a truly spiritual culture? If we didn't just have religions on this planet, both the Catholic Christian and the Muslim, which primarily only establish rules for life so that everything doesn't descend into total chaos, but in no way want to lead and help people become free? Free, self-determined, loving individuals. What if, let us dream for a moment, if humanity as a whole were to follow the loving path of searching for its own soul? Have you, for example, ever had an experience in your life with your soul in past lives where other experiences were called for?
Yes, of course, I also did a past life regression with the lovely Ursula de Marmel. I wrote about it in the book, but only in small parts because a regression like that is something almost sacred to me. These are experiences from my past and I didn't really want to share them. So I'll admit honestly, but it helped and that is actually the only thing that matters, is to bring people— yes, I'll say the word again— to bring people closer to the fact that things like past life regressions exist, that you can take a look into another life. And that is exactly what I did. I did. And yes, that was not always just fun, honestly, but what is so beautiful when you experience such things, you gain a deep trust that life always goes on. During the regression, it was mostly pleasant, but it was this main message. Trust life always goes on. Nothing is as dramatic as you feel it is in that moment. And even if you're Feelings, your avatar, your body. If it is really freaking out right now and your emotions are overwhelming you, do not forget that. And that is the beauty of such experiences. And I have visited many people like Ursula and other healers because I always wanted to know how they work, what their approaches are, and do they work with permission? So do they check a person's willingness? Yes. Or no. These are all very exciting topics that I wanted to explore on the side, but they are very big. And through this journey of exploration, I ultimately ended up in humility. That is the main energy that also emerged from it. But also a very interesting message. I am digressing a little bit now because this is very important to I already teased it just now, the topic of permission. I have met different healers who, as I said, worked with the topic of permission sometimes more, sometimes less, but some not at all. That means they simply blurted out what they just saw or what was appearing before them in their perception. They had no, I call it more or less cosmic filter, where you briefly check, am I really allowed to say it like that? And when I say it, do I say it in a truly appropriate way? Am I sensitive enough? Am I careful enough? Because if I am already empathetic and an empath who can perceive other energies, am I empathetic enough to really feel how the other person is doing? Are they perhaps feeling anxious right now? Are they shy? Are they perhaps also very sensitive? Are they sensitive? Are they fragile? Can they handle the message? How do I package it? Am I allowed to say it? And I have unfortunately experienced a lot of abuse there, I must honestly admit. That is very sad and a real shame, but that too is part of being human. Because every craftsman, even doctors, every person in their profession encounters another person in their profession who engages engages in some kind of abuse or some not really fair behavior. It is therefore not necessarily more common among so-called healers. It is just the normal statistics of being human. But people, or you can, I have realized this over time, simply determine for yourself, where do I feel comfortable? Where do I not feel comfortable? Where do I encounter an energy that scares me? And where do I encounter an energy that encourages me? And I really want to anchor this here in this episode once more. Folks, if you encounter people, and this doesn't just apply to healers you visit for help or doctors where you seek assistance, also in your private life and in your relationships, you will meet people who are not good for you, who drag you down, who make you afraid, who use some kind of mind games, perhaps as an example or point finger. You must not do this, you should not do that, or who in some way or another start trying to manipulate and suppress your energy. Run! Run as fast as you can to those who do not do that. It is that simple. Loneliness does not necessarily have to be the final, the only path here, because there are people who support you, and there are also healers who support you, and doctors who are great, but unfortunately there are also these And I have met both, and I have already recorded one or two experiences regarding this in the book. But Ursula de Marmels, to get back to the regression, she is one of those who gives you an incredibly large amount of great energy, who builds you up, and who, well, she did let me go with an energy, a further energy of humility and of accepting being. But I left exclusively with confirmation and a great deal of good energy. And that is the only thing.
So we are notes played in sequence on the score of eternity.
Yes.
If our soul reincarnates again and again, experiences a color, murder, and manslaughter, next life a monk, a doctor, a lawyer, A nun, third life a composer, fourth life a desperate husband, fifth life a desperate wife, and so on and so on and so on and so on, until all the notes are played one day, to have brought a soul into contact with all aspects of existence, and ultimately, and only then, does it make sense. To achieve the purification of all experiences that cling to a soul. Soul, primarily from negativity. I do not want to cleanse myself of the experiences of love, but of all, um, attachments that the ego has suggested to me. Be stronger than the other, defeat the other. Where is your advantage? No matter how much the other person suffers because of it. We clearly have these life experiences because I have also done a past life regression, and one thing is crystal clear. It does not even need to be questioned. The soul goes through the most diverse personalities, sometimes over centuries, thousands of years, with one single final goal, through all experiences, to undergo a purification that ultimately results in the purest love.
And the beauty of it is that we now live in a time that gives us the opportunities to do so more than ever. You can sit in your own quiet space, get tons of YouTube videos and podcasts with a click, and yes, perhaps also ebooks that you download. You could do this kind of training for your soul, you could see it as almost doing it alone, even if, as I said before, the group experience or experiencing it with other people brings a different quality, but for every person who recognizes this potential, well, I always ask myself why they don't use it even more. Yes, but as I said, that is my perspective, because having already been out of the body, I truly I truly feel it, just like the title of this book. I really feel it, like waking up, like, oh my goodness. Hey guys, there is so much more, just take a look. And the experience that not many want to look, or that it overwhelms them because they just can't, is also an important experience for me. But it is still exciting and it is fun. And now I come back, I know, I always talk like this, I come back exclusively with the positive from this whole story, from this whole being. We have these incredibly many possibilities now in our time. And life, I believe, has always been challenging in every era the soul has incarnated. There is no time where it is just all fun and games, not on planet Earth, I am pretty sure. Because it is simply the case that you incarnate here into this animal body, meaning you incarnate into the animal and try to manifest yourself from within this animal and perhaps leave behind a few other impulses besides just eating, sleeping, drinking, eating, sleeping, drinking, being. Whoever wants that can do it. They can do it. And if you don't want to, that's fine too. I say that again and again. All of this is actually value-free. It's just one possibility. And if it's not in this life, then it will be in another life. Oh well, so be it. Perhaps by Then the machines will have taken over our work. Then other possibilities will come along with that, naturally other challenges as well. And just like that, we had other challenges in the Middle Ages and who knows when else. Every era carries its own potential and its own opportunities with it, in a way. But I stand by it and I probably agree with all those or many others who say that Earth is such a good school, if not the toughest. But I cannot say that again because from my current consciousness, I do not remember all the other schools. It always sounds so beautifully pathetic. The toughest school, the planet Earth, no idea. Yes, it is not easy, but the mindset is what decides. And that is what I also try to convey to people in every chapter of my book. Every chapter, no matter what happened to me in film, as a model, or even back in school under socialism and after, I always try to bring people's mindset to a place where they can view it with acceptance and in this most positive humility, exclusively with gratitude, exclusively with gratitude. And I hope, yes, that through this I was I hope I have been able to nudge and inspire people a little bit, not just regarding the individual steps, but also regarding what the experience or the feeling from within our body means for our lives.
Yes.
From my point of view, and I hope this view is shared by many, you have done that and continue to do so. I wish for you that in the future you can continue to do it with the greatest joy. Thank you for this conversation.
I would like to thank you for the opportunity to speak about my work and this project in this way. And honestly, I am curious myself. I keep having people ask me, when is the next book coming out, the initiation from the Initiation Series? I think I already said in the last episode that my feeling was still that the initiation into the cartography of the subtle Worlds felt like a keystone, and everything else now has not yet revealed itself to me. But I honestly also believe that it has something to do with the fact that this book wanted to come into the world first. With that in mind, I will just let myself be surprised by what emerges, and I am happy for every one of you who reaches out, preferably via Spine. You can contact me, and for those who have ideas— I have already had a few who write, man, I would like to go a bit deeper into that. Can you find out and ask a bit more about it? And that is how the next book comes to be. But it happens primarily because you pass your questions on to me. With that in mind, thank you for listening. Thank you for the lovely questions here. And until next time, thank you, dear.
Thank you, love.
