This is a YouTube video titled "Baby sleep schedules aren't one size fits all! #babysleepconsultant #newparents" containing a monologue or talk from August 27, 2024, discussing the flexibility needed when following baby sleep schedules and emphasizing that schedules are guidelines rather than strict rules.
Anytime we talk about schedules, you're going to hear me say this. Don't try to follow a schedule to the letter, whether it's mine or anyone you find online. They're just samples. They're just examples. Keep in mind, you're going to adjust your day based on when your baby wakes up, how long their naps are, when they're showing hunger cues, when they're showing sleepy cues. Okay? So when I give you a schedule, I'll always give you guidelines to follow and say, like, okay, here are the guidelines. This is how your day could play out. Could play out. Remember, they're babies, not robots. They're humans, not clocks.
