This is a YouTube video titled "Hot Take🔥Stop Trusting Sleepy Cues!" containing a monologue or talk about infant sleep cues and development, emphasizing the need to balance sleepy cues with awake time as babies grow. The content appears to be a single speaker explaining sleep behavior concepts, created in March 2025.
Stop trusting sleepy cues. Wait, are you thinking. But, Kara, you're the one that taught me about sleepy cues and how important they are. I did? You're right.
