This is a YouTube video titled "How Baby Sleep Really Looks #babysleep #babysleeptips #takingcarababies" created on May 2, 2023. The content features a single speaker discussing the non-linear nature of infant sleep development, encouraging parents to be patient and persistent as their babies gradually learn to sleep through the night.
Often when our babies are born, we think the road to sleeping through the night looks like this. But in reality, this is a more realistic picture of what that journey looks like. Infant development is not linear. That means there's going to be times where it feels like you're going the opposite direction of your goal. It's normal. They're babies, not robots. They're humans, not clocks. Just keep going, going. Every mountain has peaks and valleys. Pretty soon you'll see success. Have a plan. Follow it. Your baby will get there.
