She put two teaspoons 10 milliliters of water in a medicine cup and then dumped it on a newborn outfit. She spread it around, let it soak in and said, kara, imagine if this was spit up. Doesn't it look like the entire feeding it was only two teaspoons a third of an ounce. Remember, when it comes to spit up, it often looks like way more than it actually is.
