This is a YouTube video titled "Try THIS to Calm a Fussy Baby #colic #witchinghour #cryingbaby" created on August 16, 2023. The content features a single speaker providing advice and a calming technique for soothing a fussy baby, focusing on swaddling, using the sound of water, and encouraging the caregiver to remain calm through deep breathing.
Do you have a fussy little one? Does it feel like nothing is helping? Try this. Swaddle your baby and take them to the sink. Notice how just the sound of the water can be a little bit helpful. Next, get warm water. Not too hot, not too cold. And run that warm water over your baby's head like this. Now, as you're doing this, take nice, deep breaths. In through your nose, out through your mouth. Your baby can literally feel your stress. So the calmer you can stay, the more relaxed your baby will be.
